Sarah Jessica Parker Got Real Weird When Asked About Lauren Sánchez's Vogue Cover
She couldn't help but wonder WTF to say. On Sunday's episode of 'Watch What Happens Live! After Show,' host Andy Cohen decided to play a little game with his guest, actor Sarah Jessica Parker. The game was simple. Cohen would bring up a topic in pop culture, and Parker would respond with her iconic 'Sex and the City' line — 'Hello, lover' — if she approved of it. Parker was pretty easygoing during the game until a photo of Lauren Sánchez Bezos popped up on the screen and Cohen asked the 'And Just Like That…' star what she thought of Mrs. Amazon's new Vogue cover. On the magazine's June 2025 digital cover, Sánchez Bezos can be seen showcasing the wedding dress she wore to marry billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in Venice, Italy, last month. In response to Cohen's question, Parker stammered a bit, seeming completely tongue-tied. After pausing and pursing her lips, she muttered, 'Um… I—' before raising her hands in frustration and shrugging her shoulders. Eventually, the actor came up with a diplomatic answer. 'I mean, why shouldn't she? I was... why shouldn't she, as well, have the opportunity?' Parker said, referring to the numerous times she has been on the U.S. cover of Vogue herself. '...Alright,' Cohen eventually said before quickly moving on to another topic. 'Oh, I should have said, 'Hello, lover,'' Parker awkwardly remembered before she much more enthusiastically reviewed 'Love Island USA,' the next item on the list. Despite Parker's uh, mixed review, her hesitation could be due to her distaste for trash talk. Last month, she opened up on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast about the harsh comments she's received online about her own appearance. 'I didn't feel like it was actually a conversation,' Parker told the podcast about the hate she received. 'I didn't feel like I could sit in a room and someone would say to me, 'You're really unattractive,' and then I could say, 'Wow. Well, first of all, that's hard to hear. But second of all, why do you seem angry about it, or why do you feel it's necessary to comment?'' Justin Bieber deletes shocking post about wife Hailey amid backlash
Is it too late now to say sorry? Justin Bieber made major edits to his headline-making Instagram caption after overshadowing wife Hailey Bieber's first Vogue cover. The singer's initial social media upload yesterday divulged a bitter fight in which he tried to 'get even' with his partner by telling her she'd never end up on the front of the magazine. 'Yikes I know, so mean,' the Grammy winner, 31, wrote, noting that he had felt 'disrespected' prior to making the diss. 'Baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn't get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken,' he continued. Now, however, the caption has been edited to simply a string of emojis, including a shrugging man, a pointing finger, heart hands and a face tearing up. The songwriter's followers called him out over the change. 'Bro thought he would edit the caption and nobody would notice,' one Instagram user wrote, with another labelling the move 'crazy' after he aired 'dirty laundry.' A third added, 'Not him changing the caption.' Reps for Justin and Hailey have yet to respond to Page Six's requests for comment. The pop star hinted that the viral Instagram post caused strife when he shared a photo of a pink sea creature. 'On hard days like today these little rare little creatures give me some joy,' Justin wrote. Bieber's fans advised him to 'put away' his phone and 'go touch grass' or 'read [his] Bible.' One quipped, 'hard days? ur wife just got her biggest magazine cover ever and ur making this about urself lol.' In the wide-ranging Vogue profile, Hailey attempted to dispel rampant split rumours plaguing her marriage in recent months. 'You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,' the 'confrontational' she said in the interview. 'So I guess these bitches are going to be mad.' She repeated the advice her husband has given her regarding headlines, which is, 'You're not going to win. There is no winning.' The couple wed in 2018, welcoming their baby boy, Jack Blues, last summer.
