Who is Beth Mead's partner Vivianne Miedema? Arsenal stars' relationship compared to ‘David and Victoria Beckham'

ARSENAL midfielder Beth Mead impressed as a substitute in England's breathtaking win against Sweden in the quarter final of Euro 2025 – but she's not the only world-class footballer in her own house. Mead helped the Lionesses secure their place against Italy in the semi-final but did you know her partner Vivianne Miedema also plays for the Gunners? 5 Who is Beth Mead's partner Vivianne Miedema? Beth is dating her team-mate and fellow Arsenal star Vivianne Miedema. It was confirmed by Beth after her Euros win in 2022 that she was going out with the Dutch striker. The duo are both goalscorers with Miedema one of the most prolific in the Women's Super League. Vivianne helped fire Arsenal to the WSL title alongside Beth in the 2018/19 season. The ex-Bayern Munich forward is a record breaking attacker just like her partner, and is the Netherlands' all-time leading goalscorer. She is also a European champion after winning the Euros in 2017. Beth joked that they are the David and Victoria Beckham of women's football, saying: "Yeah – of the lesbian world." Both found out they were nominated for the Ballon d'Or 2022 while on holiday together, with Beth adding: "I was buzzing. I was like, 'Wow, I'm nominated for the Ballon d'Or. "She [ Miedema ] said, 'Yeah, it's my fifth time. I'm really proud of you though'." Beth was runner-up to Barcelona star Alexia Putellas who took home the main award. Chelsea 's Sam Kerr was third. There was also huge controversy at the event after a photo caption at the event described Beth as a "guest" of Vivianne Miedema. Beth later laughed it off but speaking on the Boots, Balls and Bras podcast, Beth said she preferred the FIFA Best Awards, where she finished third, adding she thought "the Ballon d'Or was a token Ballon d'Or for women's football". Beth was previously in a relationship with Arsenal team-mate Danielle van de Donk. 5 5 5
