The new clubhouse is expected to open summer 2026 LENOIR CITY, TENNESSEE - MARCH 26th, 2025 - The team at WindRiver Living is thrilled to announce that they've broken ground on a brand new clubhouse that is expected to open to members of its lakefront golf community beginning in Summer 2026. The WindRiver Living development offers amenities for everyone, including a marina along the stunning shores of Tellico Lake; world-class dining at Citico's Restaurant; a pool and sports complex; walking and biking trails, and more. Residents can enjoy events and leisurely strolls at Brightwater Park, which features park benches, and event lawn, and six waterfront acres for all to enjoy. Daily events offer social outings, fitness, and fun for all. For instance, the Spring 2025 calendar of events for the WindRiver Living community includes pickleball, member fitness classes, ladies golf events, a St. Patrick's Day celebration, and much more.
