Hollyoaks star announces he is having his first baby with girlfriend after whirlwind romance
Hollyoaks star Ben-Ryan Davies has announced he is having his first baby with his girlfriend Lottie. The actor, 36, who plays Nick Savage on the soap, took to Instagram to announce the happy news. Ben shared a photo of the happy couple posing with their ultrasound scan. Alongside the snap, he wrote: 'Absolutely over the moon to tell you all the news that me and Lottie are expecting a baby in 2025!' The pair were inundated with well wishes from their followers, including Emmerdale actor Danny Miller who wrote: 'Congrats again my brother!' It appears Ben and Lottie have had something of a whirlwind romance. The actor revealed their relationship in April by sharing several loved-up snaps. He penned in the caption: 'What an amazing 6 months. I'm so excited for our future together. You've changed my life and I'm so happy.' As the post was shared in April, the couple likely began dating in October or November and have been together less than a year. Ben joined Hollyoaks in 2016 as evil Nick Savage. He left the soap the following year when his character was sent to prison for raping Ellie Nightingale. In his younger days, he had a recurring role in Waterloo Road as Ronan Burley and he has also made appearances on Holby City and Casualty. He is currently peforming in panto in an adults only version of The Wizard Of Oz. It comes after fellow Hollyoaks actor Ricky Whittle hit the headlines recently after he reportedly returned to London and signed up to celebrity dating app Raya. The ex-Hollyoaks star, who finished runner up on Strictly Come Dancing in 2009, moved to Los Angeles to work in Hollywood in 2011. According to The Sun, one picture showed the actor cuddling a quokka and another of him running shirtless through a street. A source said: 'It's like he's saying I'm cuddly, hot and very available. 'His profile popped up a couple of weeks ago. It says he's an actor who lives in LA but was visiting London. 'Given how good he looks, I bet he had loads of people swiping on his profile.' Ricky is best known over here for playing Calvin Valentine on Hollyoaks. After his character was killed off in 2010, Ricky relocated moved and has starred in shows including The 100 and American Gods.
