Earlier this month the ITV2 show hunk confirmed the couple's happy baby news in a romantic photoshoot. 6 6 6 Love Island UK star Theo Campbell, 34, met Olivia Ann Kaiser, 33 – who won the third series of the US version of Love Island – while shooting MTV competition series The Challenge. They are now expecting their first child together and captured the sweet moment the tot's gender came to light in a video posted to TikTok. It saw Olivia donning a white halterneck dress with a matching bow in her hair carrying a streamer. Theo donned a cream shirt and white shorts as he stood in front of their blue and pink balloon arch with his own streamer. Their family and friends could be heard cheering in support before they let off the devices to reveal blue colouring - signifying their unborn child is a little boy.
