Love Islander reveals she was secret bombshell last year but turned DOWN show after seeing the other stars

LOVE Island's newest recruit Meg has admitted she was supposed to go on the show as a bombshell last year. Payroll specialist Megan Moore from Southampton was lined up to enter the villa but pulled out. The 25-year-old passed up the opportunity after watching the series - saying "no one was my type". She was approached again this year to be in the original line-up and will make her debut on Monday. "I was in a Whatsapp group that was to keep me updated on the show. "I'd tell them who I fancied and would my top three be. "It just got to the point where I felt like I wouldn't really have fitted in or that I would really get on with that person. "They always kept me in the loop and then it just all happened really quickly and I didn't really think about it, I was still living my normal life. "So then obviously it came around again this year, and they said, 'Meg, would you go for it again?' Megan's looking for someone tall, with a nice tan, nice eyes and a nice smile. Love Island 2025: Top villa snog spots "He needs to have a good fashion sense and a really good, funny personality that I can get on with," she added. But her biggest ick is men in flip-flops and bad hygiene. If she does manage to find her type on paper, Megan is prepared for a showdown if someone tries to steal her man. "I'll probably be in the thick of the drama. "I don't cause it, it just comes to me, so. "But at the same time, if you're going to try and steal my man, you're going to get the drama."

Who is Lucy Quinn? First female Love Island contestant revealed for 2025 series

LUCY QUINN is said to be a bombshell entering the villa in summer 2025's series of Love Island. She is among the first two contestants to be revealed for the show, and this is everything we know about her so far. 6 6 Who is Lucy Quinn? Lucy Quinn is a 20-year-old from Liverpool, who will reportedly be entering the recently made-over Love Island villa as a bombshell midway through the series. A source told the MailOnline: 'Lucy is single and ready to mingle. She can't wait to enter the Love Island villa, and is counting down the days until it becomes a reality.' "She's fiery and doesn't take any nonsense when it comes to dating but is equally looking for the man of her dreams, hopefully all will come true for her this summer," they added. The announcement arrives after fellow Liverpudlian Gabby Allen was crowned alongside Casey O'Gorman as the winner of the most recent series, Love Island All Stars, although the two have since called it quits. What does Lucy Quinn do for a living? Lucy is a make-up artist, who dolls up clients for special occasions ranging from birthdays and nights out to modelling shoots and weddings. She works out of her home up north, and regularly shares images of her clients in glowy, full-glam looks amongst the personal snaps on her Instagram page where she has 5.3K followers as of May 2025. Who else is joining Lucy Quinn in the Love Island villa? Alongside Lucy's reveal made to MailOnline, a male Love Island contestant has also been exclusively revealed to The Sun. Standing at an impressive 6 foot 5 inches tall, personal trainer and Londoner Aaron Buckett is set to be another entry to this year's villa. 'It's a fact of life that girls go crazy for a tall lad, and Aaron is a man mountain," a villa source told The Sun. 'He's got great chat too." 6 Although the rest of the cast and official premiere date of the summer series have yet to be announced, fans have been loving both the teasers on socials and the trailer. In the trailer, we see host Love Island's stunning host Maya Jama in a boardroom at Love Island HQ, gearing up for the ten-year anniversary of the iconic reality TV programme. 6 6 She says: "This year Love Island needs something bigger, something bolder, I want ideas." Standing at the head of the table, Maya demands "more drama, more bombshells, more break-ups, more makeups," and hints at "more twists than ever". Maya will be returning to the show alongside its beloved narrator Iain Stirling, despite rumours to the contrary that surfaced on TikTok earlier in the year.
