Police officer in Manchester Airport incident was ‘uncontrolled bully with a badge', court told
A police officer involved in a fracas at Manchester Airport was an 'uncontrolled bully with a badge', a jury has heard. Pc Zachary Marsden and two female colleagues responded to a report that a member of the public had been headbutted at a Starbucks cafe in Terminal 2 arrivals just minutes earlier on the evening of July 23 last year. It is alleged Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, 20, resisted as he was grabbed from behind at a car park ticket machine and then his brother, Muhammad Amaad, 26, intervened as both inflicted a 'high level of violence' on the officers. In her closing speech at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday, Chloe Gardner, defending Amaad, said: 'We see Pc Marsden stride up to his brother's left side and grab first his arm and then his head and neck. 'Nothing is said by any of the officers. No announcement of any sort. No-one says they are police officers. That's crucial. 'Pc Marsden used unnecessary violence. His behaviour is indicative of how he behaves in general, certainly that day. Aggressive and uncontrolled.' She said Amaad was heard to say 'easy, easy, easy… no, no, no' in a bid to de-escalate the situation, but his words had 'zero effect on Pc Marsden' who was 'pretty much covered in red mist'. Ms Gardner went on: 'We say that from the outset, Pc Marsden had no regard for procedure and acted how he wanted. His way was the only way. 'Mr Amaad told you his intention was solely to get Pc Marsden's hands off his brother. Mr Amaad was clear that at no point did he try to grab Pc Marsden's throat.' She said Pc Marsden had told lies in various statements about his interactions with Amaad at the pay station area. Ms Gardner said: 'We say it is critical when you consider Pc Marsden's credibility. 'He has come into this courtroom and he has lied to you.' She said Amaad did 'no more than was necessary' to defend his brother and then himself as he believed he was 'under attack'. Taser strikes were later fired at both brothers, the court has heard, and their mother, Shameem Akhtar, was injured in the melee. The defendants say Pc Marsden struck her in the face with his Taser, while the officer said he believed Amaad accidentally elbowed her. Mobile phone footage of the officer kicking the head of Amaaz and in a stamping motion was shared on social media and went viral last year. Ms Gardner said Pc Marsden went on to kick Amaad in the stomach and to the groin and 'smack him in the head' with his Taser. She said: 'Even when he has both brothers immobile and the mother has been hit in the face and is bleeding, he continues to assault Mr Amaad. 'He is an uncontrolled bully with a badge. 'He defied protocol, ethics, procedure and law.' Amaaz is alleged to have assaulted Pc Marsden and Pc Lydia Ward, causing them actual bodily harm. He is also accused of the assault of emergency worker Pc Ellie Cook, and the earlier assault by beating of a member of the public, Abdulkareem Ismaeil, at a Starbucks cafe in T2 arrivals. Amaad is alleged to have assaulted Pc Marsden, causing actual bodily harm. Both defendants, from Rochdale, Greater Manchester, deny the allegations and say they were lawfully acting in self-defence or in defence of each other. The trial continues on Monday, when the jury is expected to be sent out to begin its deliberations.

Ellen DeGeneres Blames Trump for her Exodus
Known bully and disgraced talk show host Ellen DeGeneres blames Trump for her US exodus. I'm Tomi Lahren, more next. Now I didn't vote for Donald Trump so that annoying loudmouth liberal celebrities would leave the country, but it's certainly a bonus perk! Especially in the case of known bully and disgraced talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. She told the BBC in an interview that while her and her wife's adventure to the UK countryside was intended to be part-time, after Trump won the election last November they decided to make it permanent. Lucky us! And the same sentiment goes to her pal Rosie O'Donnell who also fled the greatest country on the face of the Earth due to an election that didn't go her way! Rosie, of course, moved to Ireland and we all hope she stays there! But there's something pretty ironic about the places these disgruntled celebrities chose to flee to…they are in Europe.. and to places that are predominantly white and highly developed… They aren't going to Haiti or Somalia or the Gaza Strip… funny how that works, isn't it? Regardless, the USA is better without them in it! I'm Tomi Lahren and you can watch my show 'Tomi Lahren is Fearless' at Learn more about your ad choices. Visit

Tim Walz encourages liberals to BULLY Trump as he gives president vicious nickname
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has encouraged a crowd of Democratic activists to 'bully the s*** out of' Donald Trump in a profanity-filled speech over the weekend. The 2024 vice presidential candidate slammed the President and told the crowd to bully Trump, bestowing him the nickname the 'cruel man,' as liberals 'need to be meaner.' The 61-year-old politician delivered the inflammatory remarks as keynote speaker at the South Carolina Democratic Party state convention in Columbia on Saturday. Walz branded Trump a 'wannabe dictator' and 'existential threat' to democracy and he urged his fellow Democrats to abandon their usual approach and get tough with Trump. '"Oh, the Governor's being mean," well, maybe it's time for us to be a little meaner, maybe it's time for us to be a little more fierce,' Walz said. 'We have to ferociously push back on this,' he continued. The former schoolteacher used his educational background to justify his aggressive stance. He explained that while children who bully deserve patience and understanding, adults require a different approach. 'And again, I'll speak to my teacher colleagues in here,' he said. 'The thing that bothers a teacher more than anything is to watch a bully, he continued. 'And when it's a child you talk to him and you tell him why bullying is wrong. 'But when it's an adult like Donald Trump, you bully the s*** out of him back.' 'You push back, you make sure they know it's not there. 'Because at heart, this is a weak, cruel man that takes it out and punches down on people.' The Minnesota Democrat went further - calling the President as a fundamental threat to American democracy. 'Donald Trump is the existential threat that we knew was coming,' Walz said while calling him a 'wannabe dictator.' 'What they don't want to do is stand toe-to-toe and punch back with someone who's calling him out for what they do who's being there.' 'Damnit, we should be able to have some fun and be joyful,' Walz said. 'We've got the guts, and we need to have it to push back on the bullies and the greed.' In March, the American people laughed off the idea of failed Vice Presidential candidate taking over the Oval Office after he suggested he might run for president in 2028. The 60-year-old Minnesota governor did not rule out the idea of taking on Republicans in the next presidential election when pressed by the New Yorker. 'Look I never had an ambition to be President or Vice President. I was honored to be asked,' he said. 'If I feel like I can serve, I will. And if nationally, people are like, "Dude we tried you and look how that worked out," I'm good with that.'
