JANA HOCKING: I experimented with the sex trend my girlfriends are trying... and I was left humiliated

Over the past few years, something curious has started happening in my friend group. Women, apparently straight, mostly divorced and fed up with dating men, have started confessing: 'I think I might be into other women.' At first, I dismissed it as a one-off, a throw-away comment delivered with a nervous laugh after one too many cocktails. But then another friend said it. Then another.

Man accused of killing his sister opts to represent himself

Mluleki Nkosi, the man accused of killing his sister and burying her in a shallow grave at their Mpumalanga home, has told the Kabokweni magistrate's court that he will represent himself. Nkosi, 30, was arrested on Tuesday after he confessed to the killing of his sister Sibongile Precious, 40. 'I understand the charges levelled against me. I will represent myself because I have made my confession in this case,' said Nkosi. Magistrate Musa Mabuza warned Nkosi that he was facing serious charges, but he insisted on representing himself. Nkosi also told the court that he did not want bail.

Binky Felstead makes 'revolting' confession that she hasn't washed her make-up brush in 10 years

Binky Felstead made a 'revolting' confession that she hasn't washed her make-up brush in 10 years during a mother-daughter makeover clip. The Made In Chelsea star, 34, who shares India, seven, with ex-boyfriend Josh 'JP' Patterson, confessed in that the brush originally belonged to her daughter's godfather, Ollie Locke. While sharing a sweet moment with her eldest child, Binky, who is also mother to Wolfie, three, and Wilder, two, explained that she had kept the brush for over a decade and still uses it today. India can be seen unleashing her creative spark as she layered on the bronzer and lined her mother's lips with a pencil. In the clip Binky confessed: 'Do you know your godfather, Ollie Locke? This was his makeup brush from about ten years ago and I have never washed it since. How revolting is that and I still use it?' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. India appeared unphased by the revelation and continued to layer on the bronzer until the TV personality persuaded her to stop. And Binky's fans flocked to the comments to share their amuement over the clip. One follower penned: 'Haha, the makeup brush. Me too!', while another wrote, 'Waiting for Ollie's reply to the makeup brush x'. Motherhood is a vital part of Binky's life now and along with husband Max she appears to have the perfect fairytale family. Yet her romantic journey - well documented on Made In Chelsea - was far from smooth and she admits she experienced a few 'questionable' relationships. One of her central storylines was her on-again-off-again relationship with fellow cast member Alex Mytton, who was unfaithful to her numerous times. After splitting with Alex for good she began dating JP and the couple quit the show during season 13 after revealing they were expecting a baby girl together. Their relationship was not meant to be, however, and they split 15 months after India was born. She then started dating her husband Max Fredrik Darnton in January 2019 after they met at Soho Farmhouse and the couple later married in September 2021. Her clip comes after she revealed that doctors had found 'severely abnormal cells' during a smear test nine years ago. The TV personality recalled that she was pushed by her mother Jane to have the test which led to months of surgical treatment, which helped her to go on to have three children. Treatment of pre-cancerous cells may weaken the cervix, causing pregnancy complications. Alongside a short clip of her baking with her three children, Binky said on Instagram she is 'forever grateful' for the test. In a caption to celebrate 'Cervical Cancer Prevention Week' Binky begged fans not to put the test off as it 'could save your life'. She wrote: '9 years ago when I was 25, Mummy Felstead gave me the push I needed to book a smear test after I kept complaining of a sore tummy. Thank goodness she did, because my results showed I had severely abnormal cells (CIN 3). 'I was told if I didn't have them removed, it could affect my chances of having children, so that's what I did whilst she held my hand. I'm forever grateful for that one test because I now have my three beautiful babies. 'It's Cervical Cancer Prevention Week, and this is your reminder: Book your smear test. Don't put it off. It could save your life.'

Man arrested for allegedly killing sister, burying her in shallow grave in Mpumalanga

A 30-year-old man has been arrested in Kabokweni, outside White River, in connection with the alleged murder of his elder sister, whose body he allegedly buried in a shallow grave at his residence nearly a year ago. According to police, the suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday after he allegedly confessed to burying his sister, aged 44, in the yard at his home in Mpumalanga Police spokesperson Brig Donald Mdhluli said the man claimed a heated argument between him and his sister escalated on May 29 2024, leading to him fatally assaulting her. After the alleged killing, the man is said to have concealed the incident for a year, only recently revealing the information to others, which ultimately led to police being alerted. Mdhluli said the body of the woman has not yet been exhumed but he confirmed relevant stakeholders, including police forensic services and the K9 unit, were notified about the incident and processes will follow.
