Brendan and Alex Fevola's glam $4m+ Melb home hits the market
Carlton star-turned-breakfast radio personality Brendan Fevola and his partner Alex are hoping their Hampton family home scores a $4.1m-$4.51m sale. On Thursday, the couple put the five-bedroom house on the market about four years after buying it in 2021. Fevola, who played for both the Blues and Brisbane Lions, was Carlton's leading goal kicker from 2003 until 2009. As an AFL player, he received a host of awards including the Allen Aylett Medal for being the Victorian team's best player during the 2008 AFL Hall of Fame Tribute Match. Following his AFL career, Fevola joined radio station Fox FM where he remains on air alongside Fifi Box and Nick Cody, hosting the popular morning show Fifi, Fev and Nic. In 2016, Fevola won Network Ten's I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! and he also competed in the The Masked Singer Australia's 2023 season. Alex, a photographer and the founder of Runway Room Cosmetics, was a contestant on the 2010 Dancing With The Stars TV show in which she placed third. Public records show the Fevolas paid $3.1m when they bought the house. Following the purchase, Fev posted a photo on social media showing himself and Alex outside the home. He tagged their four children in the post captioned, 'New family home to make memories'. At the time, Fevola told the Herald Sun his youngest daughter Tobi, then aged 2 years old, had clinched their decision to buy the abode. 'When we walked in, Tobi said, 'This is my room' – that did it for us,' Fevola said. He and Alex have extensively renovated the Edwardian-era house during their time there. Fredman's Sarah Korbel, who has the listing alongside colleague Joel Fredman, declined to comment on the residence's owners. However, Ms Korbel said finding a renovated period home set on a 1200sq m block was a rarity in Hampton – let alone one with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. 'I think what families are going to love is the number of bathrooms, bedrooms and the fact that there are three separate living zones,' Ms Korbel said. 'They've (the owners) spent a lot of money in all the right places, they've created an exceptional and functional kitchen using the most high-end appliances, the sink, the tap ware and they've created a butler's pantry.' The new kitchen also features marble fittings and a Belling oven. 'They have renovated bathrooms, they have installed herringbone timber floors throughout and they've done a lot of things that you won't necessarily see, so things like wiring and plumbing and that sort of thing,' Ms Korbel added. 'There's nothing left to do in the property – if someone wanted to do some further landscaping and put a pool in they could, but it's just perfect for a large family.' One of the living areas has an original fireplace and a high ceiling fitted with clerestory windows and pressed metal. A rear living and dining space is warmed by a wood-burner fireplace and also has a built-in library. On the ground floor there's four bedrooms, one with an ensuite while another has a study area and playroom. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, spa ensuite with a skylight, sitting room, study area and balcony. The location within walking distance to Hampton St, shops, Hampton and Sandringham train stations and the beach is another bonus. 'It's exceptional family living for those people who want to be close to schools, because it is walking distance to all the best schools, Haileybury and St Leonard's and all the primary schools that are in and around the area,' Ms Korbel said. Expressions of interest for the home close at 5pm on September 1.

Angelina Jolie Is Prepping Her Historic Home for Sale amid Plans to Leave L.A. and Move Abroad (Exclusive Source)
The 'Maria' star has been 'eyeing several locations abroad' as she plans to officially let go of her Los Angeles estate, a source tells PEOPLENEED TO KNOW Angelina Jolie is preparing to sell her historic L.A. home amid her plans to move abroad, a source tells PEOPLE The Academy Award winner is planning to make some minor improvements to her famous Cecil B. DeMille Estate before selling the property She first purchased the home in 2017 and has still been living there 'because of the custody arrangement' with her ex-husband Brad Pitt, the source addsAngelina Jolie is ready to part ways with her historic Los Angeles home. The Maria star, 50, is officially planning to 'put the house up for sale' as she explores a move abroad, a source tells PEOPLE. Page Six was the first to report the news. Jolie 'never wanted to live in L.A. full time. She didn't have a choice because of the custody arrangement with Brad,' continues the source, referring to the star's ex-husband Brad Pitt, 61. The exes — who reached a divorce settlement in December 2024 after an eight-year legal battle — share six children: Maddox, 24, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 17. The source adds that Jolie 'plans to relocate as soon as Knox and Viv turn 18 next year. She's eyeing several locations abroad. She'll be very happy when she's able to leave Los Angeles." Of Jolie's Los Angeles home, the source notes, 'It's a historic masterpiece and truly such a beautiful estate.' Another insider confirms that the Without Blood writer/director is planning on selling the home after she makes some minor improvements to it. Jolie purchased the historic 1913-build in 2017 for $24.5 million, a source told PEOPLE at the time. The sprawling property boasts six bedrooms and ten bathrooms across 11,000 square feet. Its Hollywood ties make it a one-of-a-kind property, as it was purchased by director Cecil B. DeMille for under $28,000 in 1916, PEOPLE previously reported. Charlie Chaplin also lived in a neighboring house, but after he moved out, DeMille purchased and combined the two estates. Jolie previously opened up about why she's still living in Los Angeles despite her desire to leave, per a 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter. The Academy Award winner, who filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016 after two years of marriage, told the outlet at the time that she is currently in the city "because I have to be here from a divorce." However, once her twins turn 18, Jolie said she's ready to live abroad full time as she seeks qualities that Los Angeles can't offer her or her children. "When you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, safety," she said at the time. "I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be … that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from juicy celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. After she leaves L.A., she noted, "I'll spend a lot of time in Cambodia," which is where she adopted her oldest son Maddox in 2002. She added, "I'll spend time visiting my family members wherever they may be in the world.' Jolie previously shared that Cambodia is the one place 'in my heart' that she considers her home during a conversation at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in February. Julianne Hough sells Hollywood Hills home after slashing price by nearly $2MILLION
Julianne Hough has finally sold her Hollywood Hills home but not until she slashed the price by a considerable amount. The 36-year-old Dancing With The Stars personality officially sold her property in the Los Angeles celebrity enclave for $6.35million. However, it wasn't exactly the return she had expected initially as she originally listed the home for $7.95million back in April. The three bedroom, four bathroom home features 3,000-square-feet of living space. No doubt the new owner will have plenty of room on the property as it sits on nearly half an acre of land. The home itself was built during Hollywood's heyday in the late 1930s as it was recently renovated by celeb-favorite designer Jake Arnold. The 36-year-old Dancing With The Stars personality officially sold her property in the Los Angeles celebrity enclave for $6.35million The interior of the home is bright as the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to feel a connection to the outdoors. As if that wasn't enough melding between the inside and outside the dining area and kitchen which leads to a covered terrace which is perfect for hosting. It also features a large swimming pool for those hot California summer months. Perhaps the most stunning feature on the property are the lush gardens as the landscaping was done by Trilling Landscape. And no doubt the owners will be enjoying the 'sanctuary' that is the primary suite as it includes a luxurious bathroom and a private patio. Brandon Piller and Joey Ben-Zvi of The Agency held the listing. Back in 2016, Julianne talked about working with designer Jake as she revealed the property represents a safe space for herself. She said at the time: 'My life is instant. I'm always on the go, and I travel a lot. The interior of the home is bright as the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to feel a connection to the outdoors 'So to balance it all, I've created a safe, special place where I feel like my true self.' Julianne had previously lived in the home with her now ex-husband and former NHL player Brooks Laich. The exes were first romantically linked in 2013, married in Idaho in summer 2017, and were divorced by 2022. After the divorce Julianne moved on with a new home in New York City. Julianne currently co- hosts Dancing With The Stars alongside Alfonso Ribeiro. The 34th season of the popular reality competition series is set to begin on September 16 as the confirmed celebrity contestants include Jenn Affleck, Alix Earle, Robert Irwin, and Whitney Leavitt so far.
