Palman says you can minimise legal fees by agreeing as much as possible up front - and only venting to close friends. 'Keep it efficient with your lawyer.' She says the first step is to understand your joint assets and liabilities. 'I sometimes see a person coming to see me for an initial consultation and I'll say to them, 'what are you expecting to leave with?' and they have no idea the value of the house, the value of the mortgage ... the other party's KiwiSaver balance'. Knowing those numbers at the date of separation is important, as it can help protect you from losing out if one party goes on a spending spree. 'Then you've got some sort of proof that you know that person incurred those transactions after that date, and that wasn't in relation to anything to do with you, so you've got a bit of a chance maybe of that being evened up in the washup'. When children are involved, Palman says there are tools to help calculate what child support payments might be involved, including a calculator on the IRD website. Where one party earns significantly less than the other, it's worth exploring spousal maintenance. 'It's designed to help them get back on their feet over a short period of time. For myself personally, it was a period of two years.' It's also important to update your will and insurance, she says, which can be done very quickly via your lawyer and insurance broker. Despite the emotional and financial upheaval, Palman says there's opportunity on the other side of divorce. 'Even though it's a terrible thing that you've been through - hey, what a beautiful opportunity to design your life moving forward.' He's reached the top spot with five of those releases, and several have remained on the tally for a year or more. One full-length in particular stands out as Wayne's longest-charting performer and his most critically-acclaimed studio effort. That set, Tha Carter III, brings the hip-hop powerhouse to a milestone figure he's never reached before in his storied career. Tha Carter III Reaches 300 Weeks on the Billboard 200 The third installment in Wayne's Tha Carter series dips to No. 145 this frame, shifting 10,500 equivalent units (according to Luminate) via a combination of sales and streaming activity. Tha Carter III is Wayne's first album to hit 300 weeks on the Billboard 200, a landmark number it hits this period. The set has ranked as the Grammy winner's longest-running success on the tally for years, and it remains his only title to crack triple-digit frames on the list. I Am Not a Human Being II, which arrived just two years ago and stalled at No. 25, is his second-longest-charting effort with just 84 frames to its credit. Only Tha Carter V and Tha Carter IV have also spent more than a year on the Billboard 200, with 81 and 73 turns on the roster, respectively. Three Tha Carter Albums Chart This Week Three iterations of titles from Wayne's Tha Carter series appear on the Billboard 200 this week. In addition to Tha Carter III, Wayne's recent release Tha Carter VI drops from No. 47 to No. 124, a steep decline just a month into its run. That project has spent only four frames on the tally so far, and peaked at No. 2. Tha Carter IV also dips slightly, falling two rungs to No. 185. Tha Carter III Was a Cultural Moment Released in 2008, Tha Carter III marked Wayne's sixth solo album, and it was a massive critical and commercial success when it was new. The project produced some of the rapper's most iconic singles, including "Lollipop" with Static Major, "A Milli," and "Got Money" with T-Pain. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album and was also nominated for Album of the Year.

Becca Tilley was shocked by Hayley Kiyoko's proposal at a nudist beach. The couple – who have been dating for seven years – announced this week that they got engaged during a trip to Mallorca, Spain at the beginning of July but Becca, 36, admitted it took her by surprise when Hayley popped the question as she always planned to propose first. Speaking on iHeartRadio's Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley Tanya Rad podcast, she explained: 'I always thought I would be the first to propose, so I went on the trip, I had several friends being like, 'Are y'all getting engaged? Are you proposing?' I was like, 'No, you guys. It's just a vacation. We go on trips all the time, and I don't even have a ring or anything, so we're not getting engaged.' So, when I tell you I had absolutely no clue, it wasn't even a thought in my mind going into the trip. I mean, I was clueless.' And Hayley, 34, revealed it was tough to keep Becca in the dark about her plans. She said: 'Just trying to surprise Becca is just, like, beyond. It's really hard to surprise her because she's super intuitive, a smart cookie. Giving her the surprise was the most important thing to me. 'Her dream is to go to Mallorca during high season with beautiful weather, but with that comes lots of people. So, my mission is to find turquoise water, a beach with no one around, and I have to somehow figure this out.' And, although the beach was beautiful, it turned out to be a nudist beach, which they both found hilarious. Becca said: 'It was just so funny that these two women are getting engaged and if you panned the camera to the right there's just penises all over ... That was so hilarious.' Speaking about the perfect proposal, Becca shared: 'She's already crying, and I'm so overwhelmed because it was so unexpected. I was so overwhelmed and trying to be present. She said amazing things to me … about, like, 'I'll keep you safe and I'll be your safe [place],' just beautiful things that have always made me feel, like, she was my person. Then, she got down on a knee and asked me to marry her, and I said 'yes.''
