China's super-rich investors eye Shanghai hotels for scarcity value, tourism appeal

China's billionaire investors are looking to pick up luxury hotels in Shanghai while institutional investors like insurers and real estate investment funds and private equity giants take a back seat, as economic stability rekindles risk appetite, according to JLL. The super-rich are eyeing hotels in prime locations in the commercial and financial hub, undeterred by the current low returns, according to Sun Ling, head of JLL's capital markets division in East China, citing the scarcity value of such properties over the long run. 'Investors' concentrated allocation towards core-area assets reflects not only a stabilising risk appetite, but also highlights the scarcity value and resilience of Shanghai's core-area assets,' she added, declining to identify the hotel targeted by the billionaires. Their appetite could inject confidence in Shanghai's slumbering property market. Transaction value of office buildings, rental-home projects, shopping malls and hotels slumped 29.7 per cent to 23 billion yuan (US$3.2 billion) in the first six months from a year earlier, data compiled by CBRE showed. 01:36 Visitors swamp Chinese tourist sites during 'golden week' Visitors swamp Chinese tourist sites during 'golden week' Average transaction value fell 25 per cent to 360 million yuan in the second quarter from the preceding three months, according to JLL, with high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors contributing 88 per cent of the 23 deals, Sun said.

Exclusive: Paris Hilton Says This U.S. Resort Is One of Her 'Favorite Places on Earth'—Plus Her Go-to Room Service Order

For Paris Hilton, family traditions and luxury hotels go hand in hand. Over the last two years, the iconic world traveler has been posting stunning photo albums of her young family's stays at the Grand Wailea in Maui for their holiday vacations on social media, sharing that it's been a family tradition since she was two years old, with her sister, Nikki Hilton, chiming in: 'Favorite hotel.' So what makes the Grand Wailea—a Waldorf Astoria Resort and one of the premier Hilton properties—the Hilton sisters' favorite? Paris Hilton talked with Travel + Leisure earlier this month, revealing why the resort means so much to her family, including husband Carter Reum and their young children, son Phoenix and daughter London. 'Grand Wailea is one of my favorite places on Earth. It's just so beautiful and peaceful. The second we land, I feel like I can just relax and get away from it all,' Hilton shared with T+L. 'It's become such a special place for my family. London actually took her very first steps there, which I'll never forget. Now it's where we make new memories together, and that means everything to me.' Aerial view of the Grand Wailea in Maui. Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort Choosing to spend Christmas and New Year's at Grand Wailea is not just 'sliving the dream' for Hilton; it also means she has experienced the transformation of the resort throughout its multi-year, $500 million renovation, which included the debut of the 50,000-square-foot Kilolani Spa, newly appointed guest rooms and suites, and wellness collaborations with Erewhon and The Biostation, culminating with the opening of the first Nobu restaurant on Maui in early May. Hilton launched skincare brand Parivie this May, so she's naturally a fan of the state-of-the-art super-spa, which integrates Native Hawaiian moon rituals in its treatments. So far, she has indulged in two signature treatments. 'The new spa is amazing. I had the Lomi Lomi Massage and a facial that left my skin glowing,' she said. 'I've always been super into skincare, especially now with launching Parivie, so I love when a spa really gets it.' Paris and her daughter London celebrating New Year's at the Grand Wailea. Hilton says she appreciates the other upgrades at Grand Wailea, too. 'It's gotten even more gorgeous over the years. I love how it still feels warm and relaxed, but now with these really beautiful, elevated details. And I'm so proud of my friend Melissa Wood-Tepperberg. Seeing her MWH workouts featured on the in-room TVs at the resort is so cool. She's such a beautiful soul and has built something so inspiring,' she shared. 'As a mom, I appreciate how easy it is to be at the resort with kids—they're having fun, and I still get to relax. When we're there, we love just hanging out by the pool, going on beach walks, and snuggling up for family movie nights.' First thing you do when you check in? Take a mirror selfie and check out the view. In-room essentials? My full Parivie skincare routine, my pink silk sleep mask, and my iPad loaded with baby videos. Go-to room service order? Truffle fries and green juice. Favorite lounging outfits? Velour tracksuit or a soft matching set—always cozy. Best thing about staying in a hotel? It feels like a reset: calm, cozy, and a little magical. Any Paris-inspired hotel partnerships in the works? We're working on some exciting ideas right now that I can't share just yet, but let's just say I'm dreaming big. And we're definitely looking into ways to bring Parivie into Hilton hotels soon. That would be such a dream come true. Interior of the Stay Like an Infinite Icon Suites at The Beverly Hilton/11:11 Media Of course, the international influencer and hotel scion—who has partnered with Hilton's 'It Matters Where You Stay' advertising campaign since it launched in 2022, in collaboration with her own 11:11 Media company–has a few other must-stay hotels on her list. As part of the campaign and to celebrate her 'Infinite Icon' album release last fall, she collaborated with The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on the creation of Paris-inspired 'Stay Like An Infinite Icon' pink-on-pink suites. And, while you might think that Paris, France, would hold a special place in her heart, it turns out that it's another city across the pond that truly calls to her. 'London is my favorite city. It's where I feel most inspired, and of course, we named our daughter London,' Hilton told T+L. 'I love the London Hilton Park Lane. It's classic, elegant, and feels like a true home away from home.' Paris, her husband Carter Reum, and their children Phoenix and London in front of the London Hilton on Park Lane. Another longtime personal favorite: Waldorf Astoria New York, which Hilton recently toured with Gayle King for CBS Morning News ahead of its eagerly anticipated grand reopening this summer. 'It's such an iconic building. It was so great getting to chat with Gayle. She is amazing, and we talked about so many beautiful memories,' Hilton said about her times living in the flagship hotel, laughing about her escapades sneaking out to hit hotspots in the city that never sleeps when she was young. 'I've spent so much of my life in hotels—they're a huge part of my story.' Paris poses with Gayle King during their visit to the recently reopened Waldorf Astoria New York. Over the years, Hilton says she has perfected her hotel rituals. Her go-to hotel tips as a new mom are 'unpack right away, bring some familiar little extras for the kids, and stick to your routine.' To make her family's hotel suites feel more like home, 'I always set up my skincare and makeup right when I arrive. I like having a little glam station.' Like most of us, Hilton also admits that one of her hotel habits is lounging in her hotel robe. 'I pretty much live in the hotel robe as much as possible.' While slaying her stay and nonstop traveling with her family in tow has become a way of life for Hilton, she says she doesn't take anything for granted. "I am grateful to be in this era of my life— getting to travel, spend time with my family, and create new traditions. Truly feeling like a 'Sliving Mom!''

11 New Hotels To Visit This Summer

Waldorf Astoria New York leads an impressive list of lavish openings. Waldorf Astoria New York Summer brings steamy days, balmy nights and, with so many exciting hotel openings, the call for a vacation. But with so many possibilities, where to go and perhaps, more importantly, where to stay? Maybe southern Spain, for a round of golf with Gibraltar shining in the background, or Osaka, for a drink at an F. Scott Fitzgerald-inspired speakeasy. No matter your whim, this group of just-opened hotels (and some soon-to-debut stunners) has you covered. So, mark your calendars and compose your away messages because these fresh properties have finally opened up their booking pages. Waldorf Astoria New York's amazing accommodations. Waldorf Astoria New York When Waldorf Astoria New York closed for renovations in 2017, a part of Manhattan shut down with it. Tourists who dreamed of visiting the fabled address for a refined, luxury-filled getaway had to look elsewhere. And locals who frequented Peacock Alley for elevated pours and people-watching were forced to find another bar to do so. But the iconic property finally reopened July 15, flaunting renovated interiors from architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. While exciting new treats highlight the opening — 375 of Manhattan's most spacious accommodations, a reimagined Park Avenue Lobby and kaiseki-inspired restaurant Yoshoku — the inclusion of timeless touches (the restored Waldorf Astoria Clock, the spruced-up Peacock Alley) also help usher in the hotel's new era of quiet grandeur. Rooms at Rosewood Amsterdam retain Old World charm. Rosewood Amsterdam The Rosewood Hotel Group has again excelled at what it does best: offering luxury hospitality that is deeply rooted in place. Take what it's done in the Netherlands, for example. Rosewood, with help from the Dutch design firm Piet Boon, converted a stately, 16th-century building that once served as the Palace of Justice, into a new hotel — all while preserving the originally tiled staircases, crown moldings and other details of Old World charm in the process. The May 1 opening revealed 134 ornate rooms and suites with subtle design accents (the pleated headboards evoke the folds of judicial robes); a 1924 refurbished teak and mahogany saloon boat; and a lobby inspired by Amsterdam's iconic Rijksmuseum, with 10,000 pieces of art curated around the hotel. Fairmont Golden Prague celebrates Czech artistry. Fairmont Golden Prague Fairmont Golden Prague In 1974, Czech architect Karel Filsak designed the former InterContinental Prague in the Brutalist architectural style that dominated the day. Fairmont Golden Prague gave the historic building a careful restoration, while also celebrating Czech artistry within its walls, as seen in the curated art installations, heritage ceiling carvings and locally made glassware displayed throughout the 320 guest rooms and common spaces. The tranquil, steady presence of the Vltava River can be felt everywhere you turn, including the window seats in guest rooms, Prague's only heated outdoor pool and the spa's riverside relaxation garden. Ontario's new Hard Rock Hotel hits all the right notes. Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario, Canada Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario, Canada This new Hard Rock Hotel embraces the bold. A 32-foot metallic guitar sculpture out front reveals as much. Music is the unquestioned focal point here, with the hotel in Canada's largest indoor entertainment complex and in the country's first designated UNESCO City of Music. However, the 164-room hotel centers around much more than a stage for screaming rock stars; instead, music is thoughtfully integrated into every element of a guest's stay. The brand's signature Sound of Your Stay program provides expertly curated playlists, an in-room Victrola record player and the opportunity to have a top-of-the-line guitar delivered to the room for a jam session during your visit. Tunes are also incorporated into the hotel's wellness offerings, from the high-energy tracks played in the underwater pool to the on-demand yoga flows paired to a mellow soundtrack. Waldorf Astoria Osaka includes its own version of the Peacock Alley. Waldorf Astoria Osaka Waldorf Astoria Osaka When this Waldorf Astoria opened in April, it marked the storied hotel brand's debut in Japan. The team wisely tapped Hong Kong-based architect André Fu, whose resumé includes Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Shangri-La Tokyo, to infuse Waldorf Astoria's iconic look with Japanese techniques and materials. The result is stunning and simultaneously subtle. A keen eye will spot clever peacock motifs, the Waldorf's signature calling card, seamlessly woven into geometric designs. This intriguing blend of art deco opulence and Japanese-style minimalism shines in the 252 rooms and suites, some of Osaka's largest, which all come with spa-inspired bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows with automated drapes and linen curtains controlled from the bed. The Osaka rendition of the signature Peacock Alley is stunning, boasting panoramic views. Still, it's the speakeasy-style bar, Canes & Tales, that represents the best fusion of East and West. Step behind an unmarked green door to find yourself transported back to a Jazz Age bar mixing cocktails inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Orient Express finally takes its luxury travel standards to hotels. Orient Express Minerva Orient Express Minerva The Orient Express is often credited with ushering in a new era of luxury train travel, and this reputation carries over to the Accor brand's first venture into stationary accommodations — a 93-room hotel in Rome. Embodying the company's timeless elegance, the history-rich property is next to the Pantheon in a building that dates back to 1620, which later served as a popular destination for high-society travelers embarking on the Grand Tour. Today, visitors will find warm, sumptuous woods and luxurious fabrics in each unique room imagined by Franco-Mexican artist-architect Hugo Toro, who also crafted all the furniture. In a city known for its rooftops, Gigi Rigolatto Roma has an enviable seventh-floor perch with a view of terra-cotta rooftops, the Pantheon's dome and St. Peter's Basilica. A stop by the Bellini Bar offers a picture-perfect toast. Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol brings golf excitement to Andalusia. Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol Andalusia, the southernmost region of Spain, where the Mediterranean meets coastal mountains, has remained a well-kept secret until now. At Fairmont La Hacienda, which opened in the spring, Spanish architecture firm Daar Studio used earth tones and landscaping to make the 311-room resort blend seamlessly with the Andalusian terrain. Most of the Studio Ibu-designed rooms have uninterrupted vistas of the sea and all feature abundant natural materials, as well as private terraces. Besides the stunning scenery, the resort also delivers two award-winning golf courses with views of Gibraltar and Africa. The other big draw is internationally renowned Spanish chef Benito Gómez's restaurant, Dalmar, which celebrates the culinary flavors of Andalusia's coast with modern flair. Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing is a charming escape. Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing Mandarin Oriental Qianmen gives guests a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a neighborhood of hutongs , or traditional narrow streets. The luxury hotel group has renovated 42 courtyard houses, modernizing the interiors while maintaining the classic siheyuan (courtyard house) architectural style. The result is an utterly charming escape to another world. The Beijing hotel features elevated food and beverage options, including Cantonese and Chaozhou cuisine at Yan Garden by Chef Fei, all-day Italian dining at VICINI, historically inspired cocktails at the lively two-story TIAO cocktail bar and afternoon tea at Maple Lounge. And if you're in need of some relaxation, spend the day at the hotel's spa, a 10,000-square-foot escape that promises traditionally inspired treatments in a sleek, modern setting. Soon-To-Open Properties Faena New York When Faena New York opens in August, it will bring a touch of the playful, art deco decadence to West Chelsea that has characterized the brand's Five-Star Miami Beach property for the past decade. The Argentina-based hospitality group plans to infuse the new hotel with Latin flair, with help from South American chef Francis Mallmann, known for his work on Chef's Table and Miami's Four-Star Los Fuegos. Mallmann's new open-fire cooking restaurant, La Boca, is named after a vibrant neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Additionally, the 17,000-square-foot South American-inspired wellness sanctuary, Tierra Santa Healing House, promises total rejuvenation through a combination of traditional rituals and advanced treatments. Witness the Great Migration from gorgeous grounds. The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari Camp The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari Camp Imagine waking up in a tented suite with a view of the Sand River and golden savannahs stretching as far as the eye can see and having a front row seat to one of nature's most dramatic phenomena: the Great Migration. When The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari Camp opens in August in the 580-square-mile Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, this dream of seeing millions of wildebeests, zebras and other animals on their annual trek will be a reality. The 'camp' consists of 20 architecturally unique tented suites, each with a private deck, plunge pools and butler service. Days will consist of guided safaris in the open-air Land Cruiser at sunrise, listening to a symphony of more than 500 species of birds and dining by firelight under the expansive night sky. Experience luxury from the world's second-tallest building. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur This towering Kuala Lumpur property promises to elevate luxury to the highest level, thanks to its positioning on the top 17 floors of the world's second-tallest building (behind the Burj Khalifa), the 118-story Merdeka 118. The 252-room hotel, scheduled to open in August, will be a food and beverage destination with its 75th floor, which will house Merdeka Grill, a sleek, modern grill; Park Lounge, an all-day restaurant; and Cacao Mixology & Chocolate, the city's first chocolate-themed bar and its highest bar. Guests can indulge in ancient Malaysian healing practices at ESSA Spa, a sanctuary on the 99th floor. Inspired by Malaysia's rich cultural traditions, the hotel's interiors from G.A Group (which has done the design for Atlantis The Royal and JW Marriott Hotel Nara) are minimalist and elegant, allowing the breathtaking views from the massive windows to take center stage. The best hotels in Lanzarote for spas, families and all-inclusive holidays

Forget everything you think you know about Lanzarote. Gone are the days of its 'Lanzagrotty' moniker, in exchange for exceptional value stays, high-end luxury hotels, oh-so-cool rural retreats and a grown-up sophistication thanks to its tourism know-how. The government made a conscious effort a decade or so ago to combat the mass tourism that was plaguing the major resorts and has invested in improving facilities across the island. To match, hotels, apartments, villas and B&Bs have upped their game too. But Lanzarote is not an expensive destination and there is incredible value to be had for family holidays, romantic getaways, luxury stays, and sunny beach breaks. The island's popular resorts such as Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise are packed with family-friendly facilities and amenities, watersports and long promenades to while away the hours. Lanzarote also has around 100 beaches to choose from with both golden and black sand. For the best luxury hotels in Lanzarote, the best budget hotels in Lanzarote and the best family hotels in Lanzarote, see our guides. Best hotels in Lanzarote 2025 At a glance 1. Hotel Fariones Puerto del Carmen The Hotel Fariones has legendary status, as it was one of the first proper hotels to be built on the island in the 1960s. It went through a complete transformation in 2020 and has remerged once again as the go-to for visiting elite, from heads of state to movie stars – although the guest book is kept strictly hush-hush. You can tell its history, as popular Playa del Carmen essentially grew up around, so it occupies the best seafront location. While this is a family-friendly and pet-friendly hotel, it has a grown-up feel, with the effortlessly cool design eye of Canarian interior designer Rafael del Castillo touching every corner. All 213 rooms and suites have sea views, and there are adapted junior suites for those with reduced mobility. As well as a spa, there are stand-out dining options and even tours to the hotel's own winery. Address: Calle Roque del Este, 1, 35510 Lanzarote, Las Palmas 2. Hotel Palacio Ico, Villa de Teguise If you're not necessarily looking to be by the coast, then Hotel Palacio Ico might be a good shout. It's located in the beautiful old town of the island's former capital of Villa de Teguise. These days, the town is famous for its weekly market where you can stock up on local produce, handicrafts and souvenirs. The hotel itself is a Canarian manor house dating from 1690 that's been sympathetically converted into a boutique hotel of just nine gorgeous rooms – each with its own style, but all with wonderful original features. Food is served here at the Michelin-recommended in-house restaurant overseen by chef Víctor Valverde. It offers tasting menus that make the most of seasonal, local produce. Address: C. el Rayo, 2, 35530 Teguise, Las Palmas 3. Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada hotel, Playa Blanca This is very much a resort hotel with multiple wings to the main building right on the golden sands of Playa Dorada. Choice is of the essence with several board and room types and both family-friendly and adults-only areas. Club-level ocean view rooms and suites top the list of the most covetable rooms affording mesmerising views of neighbouring Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos, plus the benefits of Preferred Club status, where you gain entry to extra pool areas, restaurants and lounges. For kids, there's a waterpark, and for adults, a soothing spa and a range of activities such as yoga. The hotel is also moments from Playa Blanca town and Marina Rubicón. Address: Av. de Papagayo, 24, 35580 Playa Blanca, Las Palmas 4. Jardines del Sol hotel, Playa Blanca To say that these are apartments is to sell them short, as the accommodation at Jardines del Sol is made up of white-washed bungalows. They are all extremely well equipped – so much so, you could easily live in them – with full kitchens, including washing machines and dishwashers, spacious lounge-diners and private sun terraces. They also benefit from filter taps in the kitchen to cut down on buying the usually necessary bottled water. There are three pools – one for kids, a restaurant and bar, plus beautiful gardens, and all are around a 20-minute stroll to the main strip of Playa Blanca. 5. Finca Malvasia hotel, Tías This stunning group of apartments, suites and a villa is set amongst the vines of the prestigious La Geria wine region. Opened by two designers from London, the hotel beautifully and sympathetically blends the volcanic landscape with all mod-cons in a stylish mid-century vibe. All accommodation options come with private terraces with views over the lunar-like countryside. The kitchenettes are well equipped and there are BBQ areas for dining al fresco. Special details include a Lanzarote guide curated by the owners. The hotel can also arrange wellness treatments on site and off-site wine tasting, walking and surfing excursions. 6. Barceló Teguise Beach hotel, Costa Teguise As locations go, you can't get much better than this, as it is on the beachfront and bang in the middle of the Costa Teguise resort. The intimate thermal spa circuit is well worth the €10 entry fee, and there are soothing treatments also available, as well as a small but bright and airy gym. Opt to go all-inclusive to give you free range of both the buffet and à la carte restaurants on site, plus your usual all-in drinks and snacks. Rooms and suites are a vision of white, and some come with balcony hot tubs and far-reaching sea views. Don't miss the hotel's dedicated playlists, including a selection of four-minute shower songs. Check-in comes with a complimentary glass of cava to start your holiday off on the right foot. The weekly market is a short stroll behind the hotel, and one of the island's best restaurants, SeBe, is just a 10-minute walk away. Address: Pl. el Janubio, 1, 35508 Costa Teguise, Las Palmas 7. Cesar Lanzarote hotel, La Asomada One of the new breed of luxe rural Lanzarote hotels, Cesar Lanzarote – a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts – could be the star in any Wes Anderson movie. Former home to the parents of local starchitect César Manrique, the design-forward hotel brims with artistic touches, from frilled lampshades and candy-stripe sun loungers, to natural wood and raffia room decorations. Views from the pool terrace, which also includes an outdoor gym, stretch to the sea and mountains across the palm and vine-dotted gardens. Rooms and suites are cosy and comfortable with walk-in showers, some of which include dreamy stand-alone baths, and all come with private terraces. The Cesar restaurant serves an à la carte lunch menu and seasonal, local tasting menu in the evening – it's also where the à la carte and buffet breakfast is served. 8. Paradisus by Meliá Salinas Lanzarote hotel, Costa Teguise The Paradisus brand by Meliá has really nailed the modern all-inclusive with their Destination-inclusive offering. It means that you not only get to enjoy classic all-in benefits such as restaurants and bars, but also cultural activities that connect you to the destination around you. In the case of the adults-only Salinas Lanzarote, it includes local wine tastings, Manrique architecture tours and volcanic experiences. If you're here for relaxation, you'll find Playa de los Charcos and Playa de las Cucharas beaches on your doorstep. For a special occasion, opt for The Reserve suites and villas, where you'll have exclusive access to private pools, lounges and more. There are fully accessible rooms for those with limited mobility. Address: Av. de las Islas Canarias, s/n, 35508 Costa Teguise, Las Palmas 9. GA7 Colores hotel, Montaña Blanca This LGBTQ+ friendly rural retreat offers a mix of rooms and studios near the famous Montaña Blanca – a good spot for hiking. Set around a tempting swimming pool and sun terrace, rooms are all different in terms of décor but each is chic and comfortable. The studio apartments also come with spacious private enclosed terraces as well as kitchenettes. The hotel is pet friendly and you'll probably meet one or two of the owners' four-legged residents during your stay. You can opt in for dinner, while breakfast is included and served in the airy indoors/outdoors dining room. There's also a bijou spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room, and massages are available on request. This hotel's calling cards are its laid-back, friendly and inclusive vibe. Address: C. las Rosas, 96, 35559 Montaña Blanca, Las Palmas 10. Iberostar Selection Lanzarote Park hotel, Playa Blanca Located plum on the seafront in Playa Blanca means stunning views over the water to Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos from most of this hotel. Built to resemble three zocos – semicircular constructions used in Lanzarote grapevine growing – the hotel is set up for all sorts of travellers. There's an aquapark, club and two pools specifically for kids, a spa and sports facilities for adults, and a range of dining options including a cool food truck serving hot dogs, ice creams and beers. Guests on the Star Prestige option also enjoy access to an exclusive pool, sun terrace and restaurant areas and other benefits, such as the possibility of late check out. Iberostar prides itself on its sustainability credentials and Lanzarote Park is no exception with zero single-use plastic, 100 per cent renewable electricity and refillable filtered water fountains around the hotel. 11. La Casa de los Naranjos hotel, Haría A beautifully restored 19th-century Canarian manor house turned boutique hotel, La Casa de los Naranjos (House of the Oranges) has just eight thoughtfully designed rooms with antique furnishings, freestanding bathtubs and sweet little touches that make each room feel unique. The serene communal areas include a traditional Canarian interior patio, an orange grove, a tranquil terrace and Lanzarote's oldest private library, complete with vintage books and an Underwood typewriter. Located in the quiet town of Haría, this place is an escape from the rowdier resorts on the coast. Breakfast is made to order to offer guests a more bespoke service and to limit food waste. Playa Blanca on the southern coasts is arguably one of the 'nicest' spots in Lanzarote, with a relaxed vibe that's suitable for couples, beautiful beaches and restaurants and ferry access to Fuerteventura.
