Months after the finale of With Love, Meghan aired, Meghan Markle has offered fans a never-before-seen clip from the series. The deleted scene was posted on her Instagram page recently, showing the Duchess of Sussex cutting a pineapple with her guest, wellness therapist Randi Karin. In it, she described the best way to cut the fruit, explaining: 'With pineapple, instead of just cutting it to make the perfect little bite, you follow the wedge. When nature has given you all the cues on how to have a perfect taste of something!' 'There was so much goodness on Season 1 of 'With Love, Meghan' on Netflix that didn't make it in, there just wasn't enough time! This scene with sweet Randi Karin is especially fun as you think about summer entertaining tips and tricks,' Meghan wrote in her caption. 'Great weekend to rewatch or catch-up, catch up on the show as we gear up for Season 2 this summer and all the fun to come with @aseverofficial.' However, not everyone was blown away by the tip on cutting pineapples – with some pointing out how basic the instructions were. 'It's like watching a grade school home [economics] class. How sad,' one wrote on X. 'I can understand why it was deleted, dear god,' another said. 'Shares a hack that everybody everywhere has known for years,' one person wrote, as someone else joked sarcastically: 'In the next episode Meghan shows us how to peel a banana.' Others praised the duchess, with one person gushing: 'Meghan is the ONLY ONE I have ever seen cut a pineapple like this. Meghan you're simply the BEST.' Another declared: 'I needed this! I love pineapple but cutting it is hard.' It was confirmed earlier this year that With Love, Meghan had been renewed for a second season – with rumours circulating recently that a third has also been greenlit from Netflix. Meghan's pineapple post comes after it was revealed that she had left a handwritten note for the cabin crew aboard a recent flight. A TikTok user named @ninavidavlogs took to the social media platform to share the story, claiming the duchess had boarded an American Airlines flight she was working on and had left a personal message thanking them all for their service. Describing her as 'so beautiful in person', Nina went on: 'She was so sweet. She wrote us a little handwritten note back. So we wrote her [a] note that said, 'It's a pleasure serving you. We love you real bad.''

Meghan Markle has left people baffled after sharing her latest kitchen 'hack' in a previously unseen clip from her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, took to her Instagram account on Friday to share footage of herself cutting a pineapple, which 'didn't make it in' to the eight official episodes which aired back in March. In the video, filmed in a rented $8million mansion near her and Prince Harry 's Montecito home, Meghan was joined by wellness therapist Randi Karin as she explained how to properly cut a pineapple. Meghan said: 'A trick that people do with pineapple instead of just cutting it. To make the perfect little bite, you follow the wedge. 'Nature has given you all the cues on how to have a perfect taste of something.' She then cut around the pattern on the outside of the pineapple, and used the skin to pull out a chunk of the fruit before taking a bite. Karin then followed her lead, managing to perfect the hack, and said: 'Oh, how fun is that!' However, royal watchers were less convinced and thought Meghan was just stating the obvious - while others noted the 'trick' has been around for years and regularly circulates on social media platforms such as Facebook and Pinterest. One person joked: 'In the next episode Meghan shows us how to peel a banana.' Another noted: 'I swear to God, she thinks everybody is stupid and she knows all these amazing tricks, I'm going to be 50, and I've known that since I was a little kid.' Others noted they had indeed seen the chopping hack previously, writing: 'Saw that on Facebook years ago' and 'This girl is a Pinterest hack!!' 'Literally, as this hack is as old as dirt. It might be new to Megs but not the rest of the world,' another commented. 'Who is going to tell her that we already know all the tricks of the kitchen and garden and they do not need any elevation.' 'This may raise a few eyebrows but one thing which Netflix love is controversy - and this show certainly created a lot of debate,' one TV insider told the Sun. They added: 'Many were so scathing about the eight-part series that they thought there was no way it would get another season. 'But it seems the streamer is delighted with the chatter its created on both sides of the Atlantic this week.' The episodes feature Meghan inviting famous friends to a California estate where she shares cooking, gardening and hosting tips. However, the series was slammed by reviewers as 'gormless lifestyle filler' with a 'tangible desperation' following its release. Others said it shows the Duchess is 'attempting to cling to fame by any means possible', while another described how she was 'joylessly filling kids' party bags with seeds'. Guardian TV writer Stuart Heritage said the series was 'so pointless it might be the Sussexes' last TV show' and 'might also be the final thing she makes for Netflix'. The Telegraph gave the show just two stars. In a review, they said the series was an 'exercise in narcissism, filled with extravagant brunches, celebrity pals and business plugs'. According to the California Farmland Trust, sweetcorn is typically harvested from June to September - meaning it may be slightly too early for Meghan to have grown her own at her Montecito home, in the Santa Barbara county. The latest post on As Ever's social media page came after Meghan revealed she plans to 'step back to assess' what the lifestyle brand had achieved in its first year - and what it could become in the future. At last, Syrians enjoy mouth-watering fruits of freedom
DAMASCUS: Once, if you saw what looked like a pineapple in a Damascus market, it was more likely to be a hand grenade. Now, after decades of poverty and repression under the Assad dynasty, imported fruit is making mouths water again. Before Bashar Assad was ousted last December, pineapples, kiwis and mangoes were available only on the black market, and only to Syria's wealthiest. 'We used to smuggle them in from Lebanon with the help of taxi drivers, like petrol and diesel,' said Marwan Abu Hayla, 46, a fruit seller at Shaalan market in the Syrian capital. 'Now we can put them on display. The era of pineapple-phobia is over.' Prices have also plunged. Another fruit seller, Ahmed Al-Hareth, 45, said bananas used to cost the equivalent of a public employee's monthly salary. Now a kilo of pineapple is down from 300,000 Syrian pounds, about $23, to $4. One practical problem remains. 'Pineapple is for everyone,' said medical student Nour Abed Al-Jabbar. 'Even if some people don't know how to peel it.'
