On today's The Young and the Restless recap: Park: Kyle chases Claire who is not in the mood for his foolishness. She can't believe Victor would be so awful to them, especially on the day of her father's memorial. Claire is DONE making excuses for the great Victor Newman. Kyle says not to be upset on his behalf as he can take care of himself. Claire is really just upset at herself for being so naïve as to think she could reason with her grandfather. He is never going to accept them as a couple and no longer cares either way. Victor and Nikki's Ranch: Nikki is furious with Victor for making Cole's funeral all about his vendetta against the Abbotts. Victor says he was honoring Cole by pointing out what it takes to be a part of the Newman family. Nikki continues to go off on her husband saying Claire now thinks her grandfather doesn't care at all about her happiness. Shockingly, Victor won't apologize for his behavior. GCAC – Cane's Room: Phyllis, Billy and Cane are chatting about the new business. Phyllis can't believe Billy's audacity for wanting to take some time to consider Cane's offer. She is done living her life to satisfy her grandfather. Claire wonders if Adam's place is on the market so she doesn't have to live on Victor's property. Kyle thinks she's complicating things by moving into Adam's pad. Claire doesn't care as she is simply done. Victor and Nikki's Ranch: Victor tells Audra he owes her nothing but she's not going anywhere. Crimson Lights: Jack and Nikki run into each other and say how happy they are to be back in Genoa City. On today's The Bold and the Beautiful recap: Italy: Nick and Brooke are enjoying some refreshments as they await their meal. Ridge goes off as he and Eric discuss Nick's desire to propose to Brooke. Eric says he tried to warn Brooke about what a shark Nick is. Ridge refuses to let Nick ruin Brooke's life and quickly heads out the door. Spencer Mansion: Hope fusses over Liam who is tickled by her efforts. She realizes she's overdoing it as he just had surgery. He worries about the amount of time she is spending with him. They both discuss his miracle cure and that they owe all their thanks to Grace. Liam can't believe he has a second chance at his life but there's this other Buckingham who was responsible for taking their daughter. Hospital – Grace's Office: Finn goes at Grace about charging Bill one million dollars for Liam's miracle cure. He demands an explanation for the grossly overcharged procedure. Grace says it was a highly experimental procedure and none of it was cheap. Finn admits it was expensive but wonders if all that cost was necessary. General Hospital Recap: Anna Warns Brennan About Carly's Wrath originally appeared on Daytime Confidential. On today's General Hospital recap: Anna's annoyed to find Brennan was the one who grabbed her on the piers. Brennan says she came too close to messing with his op and promises to tell her everything. Brennan tells her Dalton was working with cold fusion and Josslyn has been very helpful. He tells Anna that Josslyn has helped them to find out Dalton is passing the information to a third party via a courier. Michael tells Dante he misses Daisy and has suspicions about who was targeting her. He believes it was Willow and says she would know where the security cameras are to avoid them. Dante asks Michael to confront Willow, but he says he's not sure if it's true yet. Michael says he can't let his kids near Willow because she's not safe anymore. Chase runs into Willow, who asks him for information about her kids. Chase tells her what Wylie and Amelia are up to which upsets her since she's not there. Willow wants to see them but admits she has work to do before the hearing in October. Chase reassures Willow the court will see her as a good mother and promises to testify on her behalf. Willow realizes she's made terrible mistakes and knows she shouldn't have gone to see the kids the night of the wedding. She says she needs to figure out how to undo the damage. Carly happens by and Willow apologizes to her for showing up at her house the night of the wedding. Willow also apologizes for not listening to her about Drew. Carly says Nelle apologized to her as well and she didn't believe either of them. Tracy tells Sidwell a portion of Sonny's investment was laundered money and has severed all ties with him. She wants to take the information to the police, but Sidwell tells her she can't. Justine interrupts to talk to Marcos, telling him that his statement was a lie to cover for Sonny. Marco refuses to change his statement. Tracy realizes this is why Sidwell pulled his interest in Measure C, but he says he can still work behind the scenes. Tracy still has plans to get Sonny for the Deception money, but Marco says Tracy had the records for months and hasn't said anything. Sidwell agrees the records should have been turned over as soon as Tracy found out. Carly's upset Lucas has been ignoring her and asks him to move back home. Lucas tells her about his conversation with Felicia. Lucas isn't happy with how Carly treated him but figures it's because she can't admit she's wrong about Sonny. Carly says she can't cut Sonny out of her life and hopes Lucas understands it. She apologizes for the things she said about Brad and Marco. Lucas still refuses to move back in and says he needs to get his own place. Sonny wonders why Jason is distracted and he tells him that he's thinking of Britt and how he saw her at the airport. Sonny thinks it's his grief talking but Jason says he also heard her voice and believes she's alive. Sonny wonders how Britt would have survived and asks what Jason will do about it. Jason says he thinks he should give Britt her freedom. Curtis tells Portia that Drew wants a truce, but Portia doesn't believe it. He says Drew will never know he was the one who told Willow the truth. Portia asks if Drew handed over the evidence he has on her, but Curtis admits he didn't. Portia asks if Curtis is now willing to fight for their marriage. Curtis says he wants to work on their marriage and understands her actions. Portia believes they can come through this stronger. Curtis says he's still in love with her and Drew made him realize it was wrong to judge her. Marco and Sidwell discuss their next plans for Sonny. Days of Our Lives Recap: Sami Returns to Grieve For John originally appeared on Daytime Confidential. On today's Days of Our Lives recap: Horton House: JJ and Julie wonder where in the world Chad is. JJ and Julie do a little investigating and come up empty. JJ promises to keep Julie posted as he heads off to the station. Horton Square: Johnny and Chanel are discussing Samantha Gene's quick visit. Just then, a distressed Felicity approaches saying Cat is missing. They take a seat, and Felicity says she hasn't seen her sister since the prior afternoon. Johnny and Chanel chat and she says she will deal with Felicity's issues. With that, Johnny heads off to see his mother. Chanel grabs Felicity and they head off to the police station. Marlena and John's Penthouse: Marlena emerges from her bedroom to find Samantha Gene in her living room. They are both in tears when they embrace. Sami says how sorry she is to have not been around for John's services. Sami is so terribly upset she didn't visit more and didn't give herself the chance to say all the things she should have said. She goes on to say how she wishes she had thanked John for all the things he did to support her as a child. Marlena says John didn't need her words as he already knew she loved him. Sami can't believe it as she hated him for loving her mother. He treated her like a daughter. Marlena says Sami WAS his daughter and he adored her. Sami hated when John called her mother Doc and now would give anything to hear it again. Marlena still pictures John in the room telling all his stories. Samantha Gene laughs and remembers how he was willing to help no matter what insane mess she got herself into. He was always made her feel loved and respected. Marlena says John never judged Sami and was so proud of the woman she became. Sami needs to pull herself together, so Johnny doesn't find her a mess. Marlena says they needed to cry and is happy they could do it together. Just then, Johnny arrives and embraces his mother. Marlena heads over to the hospital to give them some time. Johnny and Samantha Gene discuss his trial. She says it's good he got past his anger with his father so he can defend him. They move along to talking about Johnny's government name and how he was named 'John Roman' when they thought John was dead. She is thrilled he actually got to meet the man for whom he was named. Johnny wants to hang with his mother but needs to get ready for court. With that, he exits, leaving his mother in tears. Samantha Gene talks to the photos of John about how he loved his entire family. She thinks back to how she resisted his tough love but knows she needed it the most. Sami always thought she would have enough time to say what she needed to say but life is not fair. She thanks John for making her the woman she is today. Flashback: John comforting Samantha Gene in one of her many hours of need. University Hospital – Elevator: Cat is dreaming and saying 'stop it' out loud, when she sits up with Chad next to her. She can't believe they've been their all night and think their loved ones must be freaked out. With that, Cat takes off her shoes and says she's going to get them out of there. She quickly fails and the two share an adorable giggle. Suddenly, they hear Julie calling out. University Hospital – Lobby: Marlena runs into Julie who is freaked out about because Chad is missing. Just then, she spots an 'out of order' sign and the two wonder if he could be stuck in the elevator. They call out to him and Chad says 'they' are stuck but fine. Julie freaks out when she learns he's in there with Cat and tells her to keep her hands off Abigail's husband. Marlena probes Julie about Cat. Julie indicates wherever Chad is Cat is sure to follow. Marlena thinks it's far-fetched to believe Cat messed with the elevator and Julie relents. Julie says what Chad and Abigail shared was the kind of love she shared with Doug and Marlena had with John. Marlena can't imagine going on without John. She realizes she and Julie have both been through hell but knows they will find a way to go on. She knows Chad is in the same position but thinks it would be even more tragic for such a young man to grieve forever. Julie agrees but just doesn't want it to be Cat. Just then, Chanel and Felicity walk up and think it's odd Cat was at the hospital at all as she wasn't scheduled to work. Salem PD – Lobby: Chanel and Felicity arrive and tell JJ that Cat is missing. Chanel promises Felicity they will find her sister. JJ gets a call from Julie who tells them about Cat and Chad being trapped in an elevator. Days of Our Lives Recap: Brady Catches Sarah and Brady in an Embrace Endings The elevator repair man arrives saying it's fixed and everyone will be safe. Just then, Cat and Chad scream out for help. Chanel and Johnny reconnect and she explains about Cat and Chad being stuck in the elevator all night. Chanel asks about Johnny's visit with his mother, and he explains how they focused on his Grandpa John and how wonderful it was to have him in their lives. Samantha Gene continues talking to John's photo and specifically recalls being convicted of Franco's murder. Cue the flashback of Sami on death row. She asks John to protect her family from all of their enemies. In real-time, Sami tells John he will always live in her heart and 'that's a fact.'
