Stock Futures Edge Higher
Stock futures edged slightly higher Sunday as investors looked forward to an update on trade policies and as Apple prepared to kick off its annual developers conference. Shortly after 6 p.m. Eastern time on Sunday, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 27 points or less than 0.1%, while S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq futures also ticked up less than 0.1%. U.S. and Chinese officials are scheduled to discuss trade in a meeting on Monday.

European Stock Futures Advance on US-China Trade Talk Progress
European stock futures gained after the US and China both reported 'substantial progress' in their talks aimed at de-escalating a trade war. Contracts on the Euro Stoxx 50 futures were up 0.8% as of 1:46 a.m. Monday in London. Germany's DAX Index futures rose by a similar measure.

Japan's Stock Futures Rise on Optimism US-China Tensions to Ease
Japanese stock futures rose on optimism the US-China trade tension may begin to de-escalate after two days of talks over the weekend. Nikkei 225 futures were at 37,905 on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, compared with the last close of 37,503.33 for the underlying gauge. The yen weakened against the dollar, pointing to gains for exporters, as the currency and the euro opened lower in response to reports on the meeting.
