BLiNK AI Unveils Telematica™ — The First Platform Purpose-Built for the Last Mile of Automotive Telematics
BLiNK AI's Telematica™ transforms alert data into revenue by delivering real-time service engagement at the dealership level. 'OEMs have invested billions to instrument the car. But without an intelligent delivery system, those alerts remain just data points. Telematica turns alerts into action—fast, efficient, and profitable'— Dave Perry DETROIT, MI, UNITED STATES, June 2, 2025 / / -- BLiNK AI Automotive, the automotive industry's fastest-growing AI-powered customer engagement platform, today announced the launch of Telematica™, the first platform designed specifically to solve the 'last mile' problem in automotive telematics: converting OEM vehicle alerts into real-world service revenue at the dealership level. While connected cars generate millions of telematics alerts each day—from check engine lights to safety-critical diagnostics—most of these alerts never result in timely service action. Telematica bridges this critical gap by automatically delivering real-time, actionable alerts directly to dealership service departments and customers, prompting engagement and driving the affected vehicle into the service bay. 'OEMs have invested billions to instrument the car,' said Dave Perry, CEO of BLiNK AI. 'But without an intelligent delivery system, those alerts remain just data points. Telematica turns alerts into action—fast, efficient, and profitable for both OEMs and dealerships.' A New Standard in Telematics ROI Telematica integrates with numerous dealership alert distribution processes, a broad cross-section of DMS platforms, BLiNK AI's broader customer engagement stack—including web scheduling, outbound service campaigns, AI-driven phone automation, and all communications platforms (text, email, voice) - to drive measurable results: Increase Repair Order (RO) count and revenue Accelerate response time to safety and warranty-critical alerts Reduce customer churn through timely service interventions Deliver personalized communications across phone, text, and email Strengthen OEM-dealer collaboration on campaign execution and compliance 'We're not just delivering data—we're delivering customers,' Perry added. 'Telematica is the missing link that finally completes the telematics value chain.' Purpose-Built for the Dealer Service Lane Designed for deployment in minutes, Telematica requires no change to existing workflows and delivers immediate impact by intelligently matching alert types to the most effective outreach strategy, channel, and timing—ensuring the message gets seen, and the vehicle gets serviced. The platform launches at a time when fixed ops profitability is under pressure, and dealerships are searching for new ways to drive retention and maximize every service opportunity. Telematica™ meets that need with intelligent automation and full-stack integration that transforms underutilized telematics data into a scalable, recurring source of high-margin revenue. About BLiNK AI BLiNK AI is the Operating System of Customer Engagement for automotive dealerships, empowering dealers and OEMs to transform service lane performance through automation, AI, and smart scheduling. From phone to web to telematics, BLiNK AI solutions have already powered millions of service appointments and customer interactions, delivering measurable results without adding headcount or complexity. ISAAC Certified by U.S. Department of Defense for Use in Sensitive Shipments
Achievement highlights continued innovation of the ISAAC telematics platform 'We know every shipment is critical for our clients. Obtaining DTTS certification highlights the expertise and reliability that ISAAC can offer trucking fleets, regardless of what they are hauling.'— Sam Sussenguth, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, ISAAC CLEVELAND, OH, UNITED STATES, May 12, 2025 / / -- ISAAC Instruments today announced its platform with satellite communication has been approved by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for use by motor carriers hauling military shipments requiring enhanced surveillance capabilities. The official Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS) certification for the ISAAC platform was granted by DoD in mid-April. It was achieved after ISAAC met stringent requirements, including HERO certification for electromagnetic radiation, and undergoing other exhaustive testing. 'ISAAC is honored to achieve this certification and considers it a tremendous privilege to be a trusted technology partner by the U.S. Department of Defense,' said Jacques DeLarochelliere, ISAAC's CEO and co-founder. 'Our team strives every day to help simplify trucking and develop innovative ways to make highways safer.' ISAAC offers in-cab technology that goes far beyond typical electronic logging devices (ELDs). ISAAC is a true all-in-one solution, handling software, in-cab tablet, charging dock, cameras, and integration needs. ISAAC's automated workflow minimizes screen clicks to update hours-of-service (HOS) logs, while the real-time, in-cab ISAAC Coach feature is scientifically proven to increase both fuel efficiency and safety. Only an elite group of motor carriers qualify for DTTS, which monitors DoD's sensitive and hazardous materials shipments, including arms, ammunition and explosives. The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) oversees the closed-loop tracking program, ensuring the security of these shipments and facilitating emergency response if required. Two of the trucking fleets that are part of DTTS each conducted successful pilot projects using the ISAAC platform as part of ISAAC's certification process. 'It takes tremendous sophistication for motor carriers and technology providers to serve the U.S. military and move these critical shipments,' said Sam Sussenguth, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at ISAAC. 'At ISAAC, we know every shipment is critical for our clients. The ability to obtain DTTS certification highlights the expertise and reliability that ISAAC can offer trucking fleets, regardless of what they are hauling.' About ISAAC Instruments ISAAC partners with North American fleets to simplify trucking with a reliable, user-friendly platform and in-cab technology that goes way beyond ELDs. We help carriers reduce costs and keep the wheels turning while boosting safety, compliance, and driver happiness. ISAAC's real-time, in-cab coaching fosters eco-driving for significant fuel savings and safer highways. With ISAAC's open platform and advanced systems integration, you can integrate all your business apps on a single device and keep your drivers and office team working smoothly. Add artificial intelligence (AI) reporting for informed decision-making, and you're all set. ISAAC is the market leader in Canada and growing rapidly among top fleets across the United States.
