Hypocrite Angel Reese blasted over 'gross' sexual behavior
Angel Reese has been branded a 'hypocrite' by fans on social media after a video of the WNBA star twerking went viral this week. Footage circulating online shows Reese, who is currently in her second season with the Chicago Sky, performing the racy act alongside rapper 'Sexyy Red' after filming the latest episode of her 'Unapologetically Angel' podcast. At one stage Sexyy Red even slaps Reese on the backside as the pair both take turns twerking in front of the camera. And fans were quick to call out the women's basketball player over the video, with some referencing comments she made in 2024 about being 'sexualized' in the sport. 'Gross. Get some class, ladies,' one wrote on X. Another commented: 'Meanwhile Angel Reese 'I hate when men sexualize me''. 🔥🚨BREAKING: WNBA star Angel Reese is receiving backlash after twerking and getting her elevated cheeks smacked by rapper Sexyy Red after after expressing to her fans that she was tired of being sexualized. — Dom Lucre | Breaker of Narratives (@dom_lucre) June 5, 2025 Reese complained about being 'sexualized' in women's basketball just over a year ago A third put: 'Didn't she say not to sexualize her? Well well well…' 'Zero class,' said a fourth. Another posted: 'She has obviously never heard or understood the word "hypocrite". But she really should look it up.' While one said sarcastically: 'Wait don't sexualize her guys! She wants to be respected.' At the end of her college career in early 2024, Reese claimed she was being sexualized in women's basketball when discussing some of the online abuse she has been subjected to. 'I've been through so much,' she told reporters while wiping away the tears after LSU's defeat to Iowa in March of that year. 'I've seen so much. I've been attacked so many times, death threats. I've been sexualized. I've been threatened. I've been so many things, and I've stood strong every single time.'

The Mail's Royal expert reacts to Meghan Markle's 'undignified' twerking video on PALACE CONFIDENTIAL
To mark her daughter Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday, Meghan Markle posted a video of herself twerking in a maternity suite. As the Duchess of Sussex shimmied to Starrkeisha's The Baby Momma Dance, Prince Harry is seen dad-dancing across the hospital floor. 'I assumed it was AI generated,' Richard Eden, the Daily Mail's Diary Editor, said on the latest episode of Palace Confidential. 'I couldn't believe it was them but it is! 'It's just so unusual, isn't it? It's not what you expect to see from members of the royal family. 'If the Princess of Wales ever posts a video like this, I'm giving up royal commentary altogether,' he added later on in the episode. 'What's important for the Royal Family is dignity. I think you do have to maintain some dignity and decorum. 'Yes, that might sound a bit stuffy or whatever but what are the Royals for? Originally they were there to lead us into battle, they're there to represent us so you expect some dignity. 'It would be the same for an American President. I don't want to see videos of Donald Trump twerking in the same way I don't want to see members of the Royal Family twerking.' Richard then goes on to point out that this is 'not a first' for the couple who stepped back from frontline royal duties in 2020. He recalled various examples of their 'undignified' moments such as the Duchess 'squatting on the Ellen DeGeneres programme', the Duke 'joking around with James Corden' and Meghan's 'exaggerated curtsy' on their bombshell Netflix series. Richard stars on the hit YouTube panel show alongside Rebecca English, the Daily Mail's Royal Editor. This week, the unrivalled royal reporting duo were also joined by Palace Confidential's executive producer Luke Blackall. Having covered the royal beat for the Daily Mail since 2004, Rebecca had her own thoughts on the twerking video. She said: 'Queen Elizabeth was able to do things that were amusing and funny and slightly out of her usual box.' Rebecca lists the late monarch's appearance with James Bond at the London 2012 Olympic Games as well as the skit she filmed with the Obamas and her grandson Prince Harry to promote the Invictus Games. 'But they were done in a dignified way,' Rebecca added. 'They were chosen very carefully and in a very very controlled manner and not done very often as well so when she did them, they had much more effect.' The couple's Netflix series Harry and Meghan released in 2022 Directing a question at Richard, the show's host Luke said: 'There's always been conspiracy theories around Meghan's pregnancies and children. Do you think it will quell those conspiracy theorists by releasing videos like this?' 'I do seriously wonder if Meghan has wanted to address the conspiracy theories because look what's happened recently,' Richard replied. 'She published that mood board on Instagram where she had a picture of her, she wasn't wearing many clothes at all, with her huge baby bump. 'And soon after we have seen this video as well so I think that is possibly addressing those conspiracy theories.' He continued: 'The point is, Meghan has broadcast this to mark the fourth birthday of her daughter, but it's not about her daughter, it's all about her. 'And where has she broadcast it? The Instagram page she created to promote her business. It's all commercial, it's all about making money. She really is trying to commercialise those children.' Rebecca agreed, adding: 'I think a lot of people will find this very hypocritical. I have to say, after my initial shock the whole South Park Worldwide Privacy Tour sprung to mind. 'Meghan has always said that one of the reasons she didn't like being a member of the Royal Family is because she felt she was expected to deliver up pictures of her children or of them in private family time regularly, I would argue that that is not the case. 'She says, "If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it on my own terms". Rebecca English, the Daily Mail's Royal Editor, said she 'cannot comprehend' why Meghan would post such a video of such a 'uniquely private moment' Rebeccca, who has covered the royal beat for the Daily Mail since 2004, said: 'After my initial shock the whole South Park Worldwide Privacy Tour sprung to mind' 'I'm a reporter, not a columnist, so I try to report the news and let people make up their own mind,' Rebecca said. 'But speaking as an individual, that is such a uniquely private moment between you and your partner. 'I can understand them wanting to do a fun video around it, the baby was late, you do all sorts when that happens such as eating hot curries and going out for a walk. 'But to then share that with three million followers on Instagram and to know that is going to be spread around the world, I simply cannot comprehend the thinking of that. I can't understand why you would do that.' 'Spare a thought for Meghan's father,' Richard interjected. 'Remember that Meghan took legal action because Thomas Markle dared to make public a letter which he had received from his daughter. 'On the one hand, we have got her obsessed with privacy and refusing even to disclose the names of the godparents of Prince Archie and then releasing intimate videos like this on the day that her daughter was born. 'To me, it smacks of hypocrisy.'

'It's just beyond embarrassing': Royal expert gives her sharp reaction to Meghan Markle's cringeworthy 'Baby Mama' twerking video
Last night, Meghan Markle posted an extraordinary video of her 'twerking' in the delivery room to mark Princess Lillibet's birth. The bizarre clip shows the Duchess of Sussex jumping on a social media craze started in 2018 with celebrities such as Ex on the Beach 's Chloe Goodman and her influencer sister Lauryn Goodman involved. The playful lyrics encourage expectant mothers to 'drop it down, drop it down, down low', adding: 'When the song come on let me see you get gone / Baby mamas, this your song / Been pregnant for way too long / Now tell the DJ turn it on.' In Meghan's video, taken four years ago just before the birth of Lillibet, her hair is in a ponytail and she is wearing a sleeveless black summer dress which she pulls up as she shimmies towards the camera, using her hands to display her baby bump more prominently and then waving them in the air. Harry then sways in front of the camera, dancing with his hands and shaking his hips, as his wife pushes her bottom out, shaking it and then wiggling her own hips. Towards the end of the excruciating 81-second video Meghan beckons Harry, sporting a hoodie and jeans, toward her - before glancing to make sure the camera is recording, giving it a knowing glance and then pulling her dress up above her knees. Now, Charlotte Griffiths - the Editor at Large of the Mail on Sunday and one of the Mail's leading royal experts - has given her sharp reaction to the Duchess' 'raunchy' dancing. Charlotte immediately points out that Meghan's decision to release the clip fours later means the viral trend has now died. In Meghan's video, taken four years ago just before the birth of Lillibet, her hair is in a ponytail and she is wearing a sleeveless black summer dress which she pulls up as she shimmies towards the camera 'The problem with this video is everyone has forgotten about that moment in time a couple of years ago. 'So without the TikTok hysteria going on at the time it's just beyond embarrassing,' she said. As a mother-of-three herself, Charlotte acknowledges she would not be in the mood to drop these sort of dance moves before going into labour. The royals expert said: 'When I was about to give birth I was lying down, I was grumpy, I was very much stationary. This is crazy!' Charlotte is however full of compliments of Harry's brief 'cameos' in the clip. 'I will say though Harry is in time with the music. Which is surprising for a public schoolboy from Eton,' she quips. Towards the end of the clip, the Duchess of Sussex then begins to bend on her knees and begins shaking her hips more vigorously sparking a strong reaction from Charlotte. 'Oh my god she's getting down and dirty. So that last bit if she just trimmed those last few seconds the hysteria of today wouldn't have happened. As a mother-of-three herself, Charlotte acknowledges she would not be in the mood to drop these sort of dance moves before going into labour 'It's so embarrassing. It's so raunchy. You know it's no wonder the King has been worried over their HRH status because this is very unbecoming of a member of the Royal Family,' she said. Reflecting on the video, Charlotte said: 'I don't know if this is some sort of self-sabotage or if she thought she was being kooky and sort of like a baby mama but I'm sorry the rest of us did not dance like that in the birthing suite. 'What is it the TikTokkers say? "Felt cute. Might delete later". 'I think Meghan should delete this one.' The video was shared on Instagram last night with the caption: 'Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates... so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work – there was only one thing left to do.' Meghan seemingly has a cannula ready for a drip in her left hand, a hospital identity band on the other wrist, and is surrounded by medical equipment. To mark the birthday, Meghan also shared two previously unseen photos of Lilibet with Harry. One of the pictures showed the Duke of Sussex holding his daughter's hand as they walked along a sandy road barefoot in the sunshine, while he held his shoes and a cap. The other image was of Harry holding Lilibet as a baby while they looked at each other.
