The suspects tried to flee, but weren't able to get away. Officers arrest all four people in the vehicle, including juveniles.
They also recovered three guns and felony charges are pending.
The officers that made the arrest were apart of the Entertainment District Plan, which was activated last week.
That plan consists of officers from around the city and specialized units going to busy entertainment districts on Friday and Saturday nights to monitor a number of issues, including dangerous traffic issues like street racing, sideshows and people driving off-road vehicles and ATVs on city streets.
In total, on Friday night into Saturday, police made six arrests, towed two vehicles, seized five firearms, issued nine citations, issued four summons and seized drugs.
