Fans can't believe how old Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple is as star celebrates 'brilliant' kid's birthday
Gwyneth Paltrow 's mini-me child Apple Martin turned 21-years-old on Wednesday.
The GOOP founder wished her only daughter a very happy birthday on Instagram while sharing fun flashback photos.
'To the light of my life, my ray of sunshine, my hilarious, brilliant, best buddy. Happy 21st birthday!!' she began.
The blonde beauty added, 'You are exceptionally kind and utterly wonderful. I am incredibly proud of your strength and your intellect. Your goofiness and your big laugh.
'You are just the best. The absolute best. Thank god for you, Apple Martin. I cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings for you. Love, Mama.'
Apple then took to the comments section to thanks mom.
'I love you so so much mama. Thank you for being the best mom and for allowing me to grow and discover myself. I couldn't have done it without you❤️,' wrote the college student.
Other celebrities added comments as well.
'Happy Birthday, Apple ! ✨' wrote Gwyneth's longtime friend Reese Witherspoon.
Kate Hudson added, 'Oh honey, this gets me right in the tummy. Happy 21st Apple sweet!!!!'
Kourtney Kardashian, Christie Brinkley, Nicky Hilton, Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer hit the like button.
Apple's father is Coldplay rocker Chris Martin and her stepfather is AHS producer Brad Falchuk.
Last year she also raved about her little one.
You are the most extraordinary, the most hilarious, the most brilliant. I love your WWII insights as much as I love your physical comedy.
'You are the most fun to be with and you have always been. From those days when it was always you and me to now, you are my lil ride or die. You are everything to me and I am so proud of you. Have the best day, my peanut. mama.'
Pal Kate Hudson added, 'Oh mama! I love you! I feel you ❤️ Happy Birthday beautiful woman ❤️.'
This comes after Paltrow said that Apple is vegan.
The blonde beauty added, 'You are exceptionally kind and utterly wonderful. I am incredibly proud of your strength and your intellect'
The child does not use any animal products, the Oscar-winning actress told E! News.
'My daughter has gotten so into clean, non-toxic beauty, vegan. She doesn't want to touch anything that's cruel to animals,' said the ex of Brad Pitt.
'So, she has really strong values running. It's so nice that it aligns with the products that we already make.'
The teen - who is at college in Nashville - has inherited her mom's passion for wellness. 'In this case, the apple really doesn't fall far from the tree,' the Shakespeare in Love star noted.
She is proud of Apple too. 'Apple is an adult woman now, so we relate to each other like that,' said the actress.
'Of course, I'm always her mama, and she comes to me for those things too. But it's very interesting to really watch her step into herself as a grown woman.'
And Apple helps with GOOP.
'She influences everything I do,' Gwyneth shared.
Last year she said: 'Happy 20th birthday, @applemartin. How can it be that you are 20 today? It feels surreal! You are the most extraordinary, the most hilarious, the most brilliant.. I love your WWII insights as much as I love your physical comedy'
'You are the most fun to be with and you have always been. From those days when it was always you and me to now, you are my lil ride or die. You are everything to me and I am so proud of you. Have the best day, my peanut. mama,' she also said
'I run everything by her. I value her opinion so much, and she's also such a product person—especially with makeup, much more so than I am.
'I'm very minimal. So as we go more into color, she's the person I rely on the most.'
Moses is aware too.
'He really cares,' she added. 'It's amazing. He knows all about ingredients. Like if I ever hand him something, he looks at the ingredients panel and he's like, "Oh wow, this has niacinamide in it."
'I'm like, "Wow, how do you know all this stuff?" He's very learned in the in the realm of skin care.'
She also talked her kids' future.
'Whatever they want to do in life, I want to support,' she noted.
'I think there are challenges in any career—certainly there are challenges in being an artist, for sure. 'But should they choose that path, I will of course support them.'
Last year Gwyneth told People that Apple is a lot of fun to hang out with and she is grateful the college student is in her life.
'I mean, she's just so much fun to be with,' the cover girl shared.
'It's so wonderful having a daughter because you have this amazing best friend and we like to do the same stuff, and she's so funny and she's so smart. It's amazing.'
And she also looks up to her mini-me, who has already worked as a sales girl in a Los Angeles shop.
'I'm kind of in awe of this woman that she's become and with all of her points of view that are really differentiated. She's really strong and it's amazing,' shared the wife of TV producer Brad Falchuk, 52.
'My children are similar in the ways that they're both incredibly sensitive and empathetic. They really can feel people's stuff very permeable in that way,' said the Emma actress.
'They're both tall and they both have very interesting ways of seeing the world, and they're different in the ways that they are.
'My daughter's very much of an extrovert. My son is an introvert. They like to do very different things, but then I don't know, then they both love to snowboard and they both love music, and they love their friends.'
But Apple is more like her father.
'I think Moses and I are more, we're happy kind of being home and being more internal.
'But I think they've both gotten, hopefully, the best of both of us, and hopefully we've been able to minimize our s***** traits having passed those down,' she continued.
And both Apple and Moses are interested in fashion.
'They're actually both very intrigued by fashion and into fashion,' Paltrow said. 'They are both very intrigued. They both really like fashion as an art form and as a form of expression. It's really interesting to see them both choose that. My son, really it's kind of how he tells the world who he is through his cool style.'
And she has stolen from Apple's closet: 'More random stuff, like a tank top or something like that. She's more going through my closet for special event stuff.'
And she also said in the same People interview that Martin is a great father.
'He has this sweet child-like spirit, and I love that he will be like, 'Let's go jump in the ocean,' when it's 58 degrees, or, 'Let's go to this weird guitar store.' He always wants to do these fun adventures with them and activities.'
The blonde told the magazine that dealing with her blended family with second husband of five years, TV producer Brad Falchuk, is not a walk in the park.

Tanks roll into DC for Trump's massive show of force
Tons of military hardware can be seen rolling into Washington, D.C., for a massive parade celebrating the Army's 250th anniversary on Donald Trump 's birthday. Dozens of tanks, Bradley fighting vehicles, along with Strykers and other armored vehicles will all be part of the show of strength in the Nation's capital. Footage released by the Army shows a long line of military vehicles heading toward the nation's capital by commercial rail – with one shot showing the Washington Monument in the background. The images were shot from above by helicopter, providing stunning overhead views as the lethal materiel rumbles across DC's Anacostia River. Another shot shows the city's Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium in the background. The new video revealing the scope of the equipment being mustered comes as Trump deployed 300 California National Guard troops to Los Angeles amid protests and mayhem there despite opposition from Gov. Gavin Newsom, who said it would escalate the situation. Trump ordered the arrest of everyone wearing face masks and called to 'bring in the troops' to L.A. Local authorities in Washington have already warned of the damage that 60 ton tanks could do to Washington's roads, at a time when it is struggling to preserve federal funding. The White House says the cost of the parade will be between $25 million and $45 million, at a time when the Department of Government Efficiency formerly associated with Elon Musk has been slashing contracts in search of $1 trillion in cuts. The Army posted its video with the comment: 'Right on schedule!' with a stopwatch emoji. Part of the parade route will run down Constitution Avenue just south of the White House with a 'birthday festival location' on the National Mall. Trump returned to the White House from Camp David Monday, where he confirmed the location of another project that will put his mark on the White House.

Kieran Culkin faces fierce fury over his bizarre response to being cast in Hunger Games prequel
Along with his iconic role as Roman Roy in the hit series Succession (and his appearance as the lesser-known McAllister brother in Home Alone), Kieran Culkin is also known for his dry humor. For years now in various interviews and speeches, he's made countless 'jokes' about not caring about his job or not knowing what he's doing. He's sarcastically discussed his own award nominations, told fans who have called him their favorite actor that they should 'aim higher,' and claimed the Oscar awards was just a bargaining chip to get his wife to agree to have more children. And most recently, he's made a pretty shocking statement about his upcoming portrayal of Caesar Flickerman in the Hunger Games prequel, The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. Culkin, 42, who was confirmed to appear in the series last month, was signing autographs for fans outside of his Broadway play, Glengarry Glen Ross, when he made the comment. A fan, recording Culkin, told him, 'You're going to an amazing Caesar Flickerman.' 'I don't think so,' Culkin responded as the supporter continued, 'I'm so excited.' Culkin then said, 'Lower those expectations please... please do... I have no idea what I'm going to do with that.' Most recently, he's made a pretty shocking statement about his upcoming portrayal of Caesar Flickerman (seen in the original franchise) in the Hunger Games prequel Culkin is an Oscar-winning actor, and yet his nonchalant attitude about his accomplishments is starting to rub fans the wrong way - especially when it comes to a franchise as beloved as The Hunger Games. Fans took to social media to share their disapproval over Culkin's comments after the video went viral on X, formerly Twitter. 'This "I don't take anything seriously" act of his has worn out its welcome' one X user shared. 'This whole bit of his where he doesn't give a f**k or care about his job is tired and annoying,' another agreed. 'I thought winning one of the most undeserved Oscars ever might make him less annoying, but it didn't,' said someone else. 'The pretending not to care thing is getting old because [people of color] would get slaughtered for this and there's better actors out there that probs couldn't even get an audition for this,' a different person pointed out. 'I cannot not think of all the actresses who are witch hunted daily for making jokes not even close to this… a woman publicly saying she is not prepared for a role? Cannot even imagine,' a fifth tweet read. has reached out to Culkin for comment. Fans expressed anger at Culkin's constant sarcasm, pointing out the double standards in the industry that allow him to get away with it 'Can you imagine the reactions if Rachel Zegler had said that?' asked another user, undoubtedly referencing the backlash Zegler received when she shared her opinions about the original Snow White movie being 'dated.' The upcoming Hunger Games film is set to be released on November 20, 2026, and explores the world of Panem about 24 years before Katniss Everdeen's story. As of right now, the franchise includes five books and six movies, the most recent release being The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes movie which was released in 2023. And with Sunrise on the Reaping being not too far away, fans are encouraging Culkin to get it together. 'Lower expectations... this is the f**king hunger games... not your little Saturday Night Live monologue..... READ THE BOOKS AND GET THE F**K TO WORK,' another user said.

Judge dismisses Justin Baldoni's defamation claim against former co-star Blake Lively
A judge in the US has dismissed actor Justin Baldoni's $400m (£295m) defamation lawsuit against his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively. Baldoni filed the countersuit against his former co-star, 37, in response to her launching legal action accusing him of sexual harassment against her while filming the 2024 movie. The 41-year-old had accused Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, their publicist, the New York Times, and others of orchestrating a smear campaign to extort him. He accused Lively of trying to "hijack" the movie and then blaming him when her "disastrous" promotional approach prompted an online backlash against her. "It Ends With Us" garnered mixed reviews, but grossed more than $351m (£259m) worldwide, according to reports. In a statement, lawyers representing Lively, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, said: "Today's opinion is a total victory and a complete vindication for Blake Lively, along with those that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties dragged into their retaliatory lawsuit, including Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Sloane and The New York Times. "As we have said from day one, this "$400 million" lawsuit was a sham, and the court saw right through it. "We look forward to the next round, which is seeking attorneys' fees, treble damages and punitive damages against Baldoni, Sarowitz, Nathan, and the other Wayfarer Parties who perpetrated this abusive litigation." Sky News has approached Baldoni's representatives for comment. Please refresh the page for the latest version.
