Marcus Rodriguez's girlfriend speaks out three years after his disappearance from Tyler
TYLER, Texas (KETK)– Haleigh Mayne is the mother of Marcus Rodriguez's children and she said the past three years have been heavy because she has no answers about his disappearance.

Marcus Daniel Rodriguez was last seen at the Palomar Apartments on Old Jacksonville Highway on Dec. 23, 2021.
Mayne said he was at a party and texted his father that he was going to get his keys and head home but never made it.
She said the hardest part of living without him, is watching their now 6-year-old twins grow up without him. She said he's missed key milestones in their lives.
'While they laugh and take their first steps into the world. I've cried quietly behind doors, because he is missing their first of everything,' girlfriend, Haleigh Mayne said.
The Tyler Police Department sent a statement regarding the case: 'The case is open and still under investigation. We have and will continue to investigate any leads that come in to us. If anybody has information on this case, please contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000,' Tyler PD spokesperson Andy Erbaugh said.

Mayne said she believes Marcus is still alive and prays that anyone with any type of information come forward.
'Somebody knows something, somebody has to know something, and I believe it's a group,' Mayne said.
She said it's not just her who needs him, but their two children who are waiting for their dad.
'No matter how much time passes, there is not one single day that goes without thinking of you. You are in smiles, laughter and all the little things they [ their kids] do remind me of you so much,' Mayne said.

Suspect allegedly burglarized South San Francisco home of man fatally shot by police
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - A man was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing the South San Francisco home of a man fatally shot by police and stealing his credit cards. The San Mateo County District Attorney's Office said that last month, 36-year-old Richard Vaka broke into the home of Brian Montana on Arroyo Drive, just days after Montana was killed during a police standoff. What we know Prosecutors said Vaka, of Newark, took credit cards from the residence and used them at Lucky Chances Casino. South San Francisco police said Vaka used the credit cards on the same day of the burglary. Authorities said a vehicle was also stolen from the home. Vaka's co-conspirator, 43-year-old Norman Desuma, of Fremont, was also arrested in connection with the crime on theft and fraud charges. Both men were booked into jail on multiple charges.
