Calls for paedophile who raped 'bullied' girl, 12, to be handed 107-year sentence - after he also offered her to other men on the internet
Spanish prosecutors are seeking to put a paedophile who raped a vulnerable 12-year-old girl and offered her up to other men on the internet behind bars for 107 years.
The paedophile, a 45-year-old man who has only been identified as 'TLM', has already been found guilty of attacking the young girl, described as a child in the care system who suffered 'low self-esteem' caused by 'bullying at school and at home.'
In 2020, TLM began messaging the victim through the Badoo messaging app, before moving on to Instagram and Google Hangouts.
He began raping her at the care home she was in, whose care she was put under due to having a mother too unwell to take care of her, and took several indecent photos and videos of the girl with the intentions of sharing them online.
During his sick visits, TLM would show her pornographic films 'so the minor could watch them and loosen her inhibitions' and 'forced her to have sex,' according to the indictment.
He also convinced her to be photographed and recorded in her underwear, naked, or submitting to the sexual practices he imposed on her.
In November 2020, TLM took his assaults a step further, and began impersonating her on Instagram and European dating app Lovoo 'in order not only to achieve sexual relations with her himself, but also to simultaneously watch other men having sexual relations with the minor in his presence, in order to further satisfy his lustful desire', prosecutors said.
As a result of his 'indiscriminate offering' of her to online users, TLM took at least 20 videos of the girl being raped by himself or other men.
Following a raid on his home, cops found 232 photographs and nine videos of the child, as well as a further 576 videos and 889 digital photographs downloaded from illicit messaging platforms containing child abuse content on his phone.
Similar material was found on TLM's laptop, as well as several hard drives.
On top of seeking more than a century of jail time for the sick paedophile, prosecutors are also asking the Barcelona Court of Appeals, based in the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, to place a 25-year ban on him being within the child's home, school or workplace.
On top of this, they are seeking for the man to be banned from any profession that requires him to be regular contact with children, as well as €100,000 (£84,000) in compensation for the child.

Toddler, two, 'killed by his grandparents' had bleed on the brain caused by 'repeated assaults' and was 'probably going to die', court hears
A two-year-old boy allegedly killed by his grandparents had a bleed on the brain caused by 'repeated assaults' and was 'probably going to die' despite efforts to save him, a court heard today. Dr Jayaratnam Jayamohan told Mold Crown Court, north Wales, that Ethan Ives-Griffiths, two, had been 'desperately ill' when he was rushed to Alder Hey Children's Hospital, Liverpool, on August 14, 2021. Providing a report on the brain injuries Ethan suffered, Dr Jayamohan said the toddler had been in a coma and required emergency surgery for a bleed on the brain after being subject to 'repeated assaults' which left him with 'traumatic' injuries. The doctor said that Ethan had potentially sustained both an 'an impact to the right side of the head or a shaking injury' which left medics believing he was likely to die despite their attempts to save him. Dr Jayamohan added: 'This was a very hopeful operation. He was probably going to die but he's a young boy so we will always try. Everything was stacked against him by this point.' Prosecuting KC Caroline Rees said the discovery of old and fresh blood suggested there had been two events which caused bleeding in the brain. The doctor agreed and said there was 'evidence Ethan has had repeated assaults.' Ethan died in hospital on August 16, 2021 after his life support was stopped, and the prosecution have alleged he was murdered by his grandparents at their home. Michael Ives, 47, and Kerry Ives, 46, both of Kingsley Road, Garden City, Flintshire, on the Wales - England border, deny murder, instead blaming the toddler's mother, Shannon, 28. Both grandparents deny murder, instead blaming the toddler's mother, Shannon (above) - but the prosecution have said the mother was out of the room and not responsible for the fatal injuries But the prosecution have said the mother was out of the room and not responsible for the fatal injuries. The jury heard that Ethan had suffered a 'catastrophic head and brain injury', and the Home Office pathologist is alleged to have seen 40 injuries on his body. The prosecution said there were cuts, grazes and bruises, and that Ethan was an 'object of abuse and neglect'. The grandparents and Shannon Ives, who was of Nant Garmon, Mold, have also pleaded not guilty to causing or allowing the tragedy, and cruelty between June 8, 2021, and August 17 that year. The trial continues.

No proof Puska's sisters-in-law knew he murdered Ashling Murphy when they burnt clothes, court hears
Jozef Puska's sisters-in-law could not have known, and did not believe, that he murdered Ashling Murphy when they burned the clothes he was wearing at the time he stabbed 23-year-old schoolteacher to death, defence lawyers have told the Central Criminal Court. Lawyers for Jozefina Grundzova (32) and Viera Gaziova (40) delivered their closing speeches to a jury this afternoon. The two women are on trial with their husbands, Marek Puska (36) and Lubomir Puska Jnr (38). Advertisement Jozef Puska, a brother of Marek and Lubomir Jnr, murdered Ashling Murphy on January 12th, 2022, by stabbing her in the neck on the canal towpath outside Tullamore, Co Offaly. Marek and Lubomir Jnr are on trial, accused of withholding information relating to the murder, while Ms Grundzova and Ms Gaziova are accused of impeding Jozef's apprehension or prosecution by burning his clothes. All the accused were living with Jozef Puska, his wife Lucia, and 14 children at Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly when the offences are alleged to have occurred in January 2022. All accused have pleaded not guilty to all charges. Advertisement Paul Murray SC, for Ms Grundzova, told the jury on Tuesday that for his client to be guilty, the jury must be satisfied that she knew what Jozef had done when she helped Ms Gaziova to burn the clothes. Counsel told the jury that "hindsight is a wonderful thing", but they must look at the circumstances in the Puska household in the immediate aftermath of the murder. When his client burned Puska's clothes, she did not have any of the evidence that would later prove Jozef's guilt, Mr Murray said. At that time, about 24 hours after the murder, gardaí also didn't know because they had arrested and were questioning the wrong man, Mr Murray said. Advertisement All Ms Grundzova knew, counsel said, was second-hand information that had been relayed to her regarding conversations between Jozef Puska and others in the household. Jozef had said numerous things which were "obvious nonsense" and "garbled lies", along with the truth - that he had stabbed or killed a girl. Ms Grundzova could not have known that the true part was that Jozef had murdered Ashling Murphy and that the rest was nonsense, counsel said. She, like the others in the household, didn't believe that Jozef could be capable of such a thing. The nub of the prosecution case, counsel said, is that Ms Grundzova knew or believed Jozef Puska to be guilty of the murder of Ashling Murphy at a time when gardaí themselves had arrested an entirely different person. Mr Murray asked the jury to return a verdict of not guilty. Prosecutor Anne Marie Lawlor SC has previously told the jury that all the accused knew what Jozef had done shortly after 9.30pm on the night of the murder. Advertisement She said Jozef told Lubomir Jnr and Marek, who then relayed it to the others in the house. Ms Lawlor said the only reason for the withholding of evidence or burning of clothes was that they didn't want Jozef to be apprehended or prosecuted for murder. Damien Colgan SC, for Ms Gaziova, told the jury that the "crux of the case" is whether his client knew that Jozef Puska had stabbed Ms Murphy. Her view at that time, Mr Colgan said, was that Jozef had been the victim of an assault. When she was told what Jozef had said he did, she didn't believe it because she "didn't believe Jozef was capable of killing anybody". Kathleen Leader SC, for Lubomir Jnr, said her client delayed but did not withhold information. She said he had a reasonable excuse for the delay and asked the jury to consider the "natural sense of protection for his younger brother". She said it is understandable that Lubomir Jnr was reluctant to accept that his brother had "committed a truly horrific murder". Advertisement The family was "particularly close", she said, living together as six adults and 14 children in a four-bed home. Lubomir told gardaí that their relationship was "full of love". When Jozef left the house early on the 12th and returned that night with visible injuries, the initial concern among the close knit family was, Ms Leader said, "not that Jozef had behaved in a criminal manner, much less that he had murdered someone, but that Jozef himself had been hurt in some way." Lubomir Jnr spoke to gardaí on January 14th, 16th and 18th. Ms Leader said the statements reveal the progression of a man "coming to terms with something awful that was not of his doing." She added: "He is working his way to a place where he is able to leave the bonds of family and brotherhood and love and all that entails, to where he discharges his other obligation to society as a whole, which is what he did." Ms Leader said that by January 18th, Lubomir was "squarely supporting the prosecution", telling them everything he knew. She reminded the jury that he said, "If you find out it was him, well, let him. He is going to pay for what he did." Ireland Jozef Puska's brother withheld information to prot... Read More Ms Leader asked the jury to think of someone they love. She added: "Think of that person coming home, out of the blue, and telling you they had done something so truly awful, something you hadn't imagined in your wildest dreams. Was it reasonable in those circumstances to disclose the information in stages?" Ms Leader said the law does not require people to be "superhuman" as she asked the jury to acquit her client. Ms Justice Caroline Biggs has begun her charge to the jury and will continue on Wednesday.

Tube pervert, 30, who targeted lone women to sexually assault them on the Underground is jailed for just 27 weeks
A man who sexually assaulted three women on various train services across the capital, including the London Underground, has been jailed for just 27 weeks. Ahmad Ahmedzai, 30, of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, reportedly targeted lone women on trains in London on three separate occasions last year. British Transport Police (BTP) said Ahmedzai was on a train from Bushey to London Euston when he sexually assaulted a 28-year-old woman multiple times on September 10. The train was very busy so the victim was unable to move away from the man, the force added. Ahmedzai was then on a Jubilee line train on November 2 from Bermondsey when he sexually assaulted another 28-year-old woman on a busy train service. The man then sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman on November 25 while on a very busy train from Watford Junction to London Euston. The three victims reported the assaults to BTP and provided descriptions of Ahmedzai. Oficers were then able to obtain CCTV and the man was identified through facial recognition. The individual was sentenced on Friday, May 30 at Inner London Crown Court to 27 weeks in prison following a BTP investigation. He pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault. He was also handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for seven years, which could result in further custodial time if he breaches it. He will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years and pay costs of £687. The SHPO means Ahmedzai can only travel on the Transport for London (TfL) network when using an oyster card, a contactless debit or credit card linked to an account in his name. When travelling outside the TfL network he has to book any ticket in advance and notify the police in advance of travel. Investigating officer Detective Constable Jack Leach said: 'Ahmedzai is a dangerous predator who targeted women on busy services in order to hide his sick antics, but due to the brave actions of those he targeted, by reporting the crimes to us we were able to catch him. 'There is zero-tolerance for sexual offences on the rail network and we will do everything in our power to bring offenders to justice.' He added: 'If you are the victim of a crime on the rail network, you can report by texting 61016 discreetly or calling 0800 405040. Always call 999 in an emergency.'
