TEMPLEGATE takes on Thursday's action confident of building the bank for Epsom.
Back a horse by clicking their odds below.
ETERNAL SUNSHINE (2.42 Hamilton, nap)
She should really be coming here looking for a hat-trick after narrow defeats at Musselburgh and Ayr. Jim Goldie's mare was caught on the wrong part of the track last time and did well to be beaten just half a length. This is a good chance to get on top.
MESAAFI (4.55 Lingfield, nb)
Comes here without a penalty for winning at Chelmsford on Sunday. He relishes this trip on the all-weather and he can deliver in the same grade as last time out.
KEYBAAR (3.20 Lingfield, treble)
Created a good impression when third on debut at Kempton. William Haggas has given him a little break since then and he looks ready to get off the mark.
DEEP PURPLE (2.00 Uttoxeter, Lucky 15)
Showed promise when beaten less than three lengths on handicap debut at Warwick. He drops back into novice company for the Skeltons with a huge chance.

Templegate's Derby tip: ‘He's extremely impressive and has way more to come' – My NAP on a huge day at Epsom

TEMPLEGATE tackles a massive Saturday of racing confident of smashing the bookies. The big race of the day - the year, even - is the Derby and 19 runners go to post for the 3.30 live on ITV1 - although Our man goes through every single runner and reveals his 1-2-3-4 Derby prediction in his brilliant You'll find all his picks below, so grab yourself a free bet offer and back a horse simply by clicking their odds. PRIDE OF ARRAS (3.30 Epsom, nap) He was extremely impressive when winning the Dante at York last time on just his second outing. That was his first start for nine months and he burst through the line to suggest this longer trip will be fine. His high draw could be tricky but not impossible and he has more to come. DOCKLANDS (1.35 Epsom, nb) He has some fancy Group 1 form including his second in the Queen Anne at last year's Royal Ascot. He was sent all over the globe after that with solid results and ran a solid comeback at Ascot last time. He'll be fitter for that and has won on quick and slow ground. VALVANO (4.15 Epsom, treble) He showed lots of promise last season and returned with a solid fourth at Goodwood last time. He should improve for that fitness wise and he handles any ground. Most read in Horse Racing Templegate's TV verdicts EPSOM 1.00 IF it comes up properly soft by racetime, Sparks Fly would be a cracking bet given her superb record in testing conditions. But assuming it's good to soft or quicker, ROYAL DRESS is the one to be on. She was an unlucky third in this last year before striking in this grade at The Curragh. She has since held her own in better races including when third at York last time. William Buick is an eyecatching booking too. Bermuda Longtail looked promising when beaten half a length in a York Listed contest last month and has much more to come. She gets plenty of weight for age too. Skellet progressed last season and is another who should be capable of better for Ralph Beckett. 1.35 DOCKLANDS has some fancy Group 1 form including his second in the Queen Anne at last year's Royal Ascot. He was sent all over the globe after that with solid results and ran a solid comeback at Ascot last time. He'll be fitter for that and has won on quick and slow ground. Persica didn't fire in the Lockinge last time but took a Newmarket Group 3 easily enough on comeback and has won here before. Ryan Moore's a good booking and he's a big threat. Royal Playwright gets the best part of a stone from his older rivals and didn't get the run of the race in the Dante last time. He could take a major step forward here. Royal Dubai wasn't disgraced at Ascot last time and looks the pick of the bigger prices. 2.10 AGAINST THE WIND could be the answer to this tricky puzzle. He has plenty of weight but has been running well with a Thirsk win followed by a fine York third last time. He gets away quickly so should be suited by this track. Naana's Sparkle ran a nice race at Goodwood last time when third and showed lots of pace. He looks on a fair mark. Ruby's Profit got the better of Mademoiselle in that race and they should both be right at home here too after showing a lot of boot. Tees Aggregates saves his best for Catterick so should love Epsom which is another tricky track. He may not be quite good enough to win but could be an each-way bet if you can get extra places. Blinky won a couple on the all-weather before a decent third at Chester last time. A repeat of that would put him in the place picture from what should be an ideal draw. 2.45 JER BATT always faced a tough task from a wide draw at Chester last time yet still ran a good race. He has some fine handicap form over this trip yet is still on a fair weight and the booking of Oisin Murphy is a plus. He'll be right there. Clarendon House is quirky but has enough quality to figure if he fancies it. He went well in the Group 3 Palace House at Newmarket last time. Last year's winner Dream Composer was also badly drawn at Chester latest but looked much better when second at Pontefract on comeback. He can figure again. Jm Jungle has been placed in hot York handicaps on his past two outings. He likes this trip and is a quick starter so has every chance. Vintage Clarets showed positive signs on the Knavesmire latest and is in the each-way picture too. 3.30 PRIDE OF ARRAS was a brilliant Dante winner at York and has more to come. French raider Midak looks overpriced, while Lambourn would have a say if the rain comes. And you never rule out Ryan Moore on Delacroix , especially as the jockey was simply brilliant on Minnie Hauk in the Oaks. Templegate's Derby runner-by-runner guide AL WASL STORM 2 STORM warning. Won minor Chester race but looks like a two-miler. DAMYSUS 3 DAM won't brek. Finished well when second in Dante so trip fine as is any cut in the ground. Place hopeful. DELACROIX 4 DEL boy. Ryan Moore's pick has won the two big Irish trials and should stay. Goes on any ground and yard has fantastic race record. Player. Most read in Horse Racing GREEN STORM 1 GREEN waste. Held in Listed race and Storm sunk. LAMBOURN 4 BOURN to run. A downpour would help this mudlover who is all stamina. Watch the sky. LAZY GRIFF 2 LAZY too slow. Behind Lambourn in Chester Vase and hard to turn around. MIDAK 4 MID on. Paid £75k supplement fee after smart Group 3 win in France. Bred to stay on soft and big chance if ground is slow. NEW GROUND 2 GROUND down. Held in Chantilly Listed last time and would only have a say if the rain comes. NIGHTIME DANCER 3 DANCER in step. Fair run in the Lingfield Trial and track fine. Stays and more to come. Pick of the rags. NIGHTWALKER 3 WALK on. Stayed on in the Dante and should like this trip. Must improve but cheekpieces may help. PRIDE OF ARRAS 5 SHARP Arras. Showed good pace and staying power to win the Dante on just his second run. Will improve from that and looks ideal for this. ROGUE IMPACT 1 YOU Rogue. Last in Lingfield Trial and needs a massive step forward. RULING COURT 4 COURT short? 2,000 Guineas winner from in-form yard who warrants huge respect but stamina is a worry. SEA SCOUT 1 SEA out. Well beaten in the Dante and outclassed here. STANHOPE GARDENS 3 SOME Hope. Good win over a mile last time and improving but this is tougher. TENNESSEE STUD 2 STUD spent. Group 1 win in France but beaten by Delacroix last time. THE LION IN WINTER 3 LION may roar. Long-time favourite for this before his Dante flop. Stamina not guaranteed but has quality. TORNADO ALERT 3 RED Alert. Led Guineas for a long way before fading into fourth. That's good form and he's bred for this trip. TUSCAN HILLS 1 RUN for Hills. Well held in the Dante when his stamina didn't hold. Swerve. Templegate's Derby tip and 1-2-3-4 prediction KEEP Pride on your side in the Betfred Derby. PRIDE OF ARRAS was a brilliant Dante winner at York and has more to come. French raider Midak looks overpriced, while Lambourn would have a say if the rain comes. And you never rule out Ryan Moore on Delacroix. 1st Pride Of Arras 2nd Midak 3rd Delacroix 4th Lambourn FREE BETS - GET THE BEST SIGN UP DEALS AND RACING OFFERS Commercial content notice: Taking one of the offers featured in this article may result in a payment to The Sun. Templegate's ‘overpriced' Oaks tip, 1-2-3 prediction and complete runner-by-runner guide to £570,000 Epsom Classic

TEMPLEGATE delivers his complete guide, tip and 1-2-3 prediction for the awesome Epsom Oaks below. Nine of the finest three-year-old fillies in the land go to post for the prestigious Group 1 run over 1m4f. 1 Desert Flower has been the long-time favourite for the Oaks on the back of her dominant 1,000 Guineas victory Credit: PA He goes through each of the runners, rates them out of five stars and delivers his big-race tip at the bottom. Aidan O'Brien has dominated the Classic trials - but one legendary jockey reckons this Back any horse you fancy by clicking their odds below and check out the The action will be live on ITV1 at 4pm Friday. Epsom Derby 2025 free bets: Best new sign up offers - HERE Templegate's Oaks runner-by-runner guide and ratings DESERT FLOWER 4 FLOWER in bloom. Charlie Appleby's filly has yet to taste defeat in five starts and kept that run going with a smooth success in the 1,000 Guineas on comeback. Most read in Horse Racing She was a brilliant juvenile and took the Group 1 Fillies' Mile by five lengths after the May Hill at Donny. There's little doubt she's the best filly in the race with stamina the only question mark. She wasn't stopping at Newmarket and isn't a keen sort so isn't likely to pull her chance away. At first glance, her breeding does seem to scream a mile and the softish ground may play to more of a stayer. Despite that her class will take her close under William Buick who is a big-race jockey. ELWATEEN 5 TEEN dream. We have only seen this daughter of Dubawi twice but she has created a big impression. She won at Kempton on debut in August before Saeed Bin Suroor put her away. Her next outing was a really promising fourth in the 1,000 Guineas where she was definitely doing her best work in the closing stages. She was a little green when the pace hotted up and she will have learned plenty before being supplemented for this test. Her dam stayed 1m2f strongly in soft ground so there's every chance she'll relish this trip. Saeed is something of a forgotten trainer these days but he's got two Oaks wins from his halcyon days so knows what it takes to win. GISELLE 3 ELLE of a filly. She only had two rivals to beat in the Lingfield Oaks Trial on comeback last month but did it by nine easy lengths. She handled the track so should be fine at Epsom too. She is one of the few in the field who has no stamina doubts and there's a lot more to come. She scored on dead ground as a juvenile and has a lively each-way chance for Aidan O'Brien. GO GO BOOTS 2 KICK off Boots. Considering Oisin Murphy is on board for the Gosdens, she is big price for all she has a bit to find on form. Her third in the Musidora at York last time was far from a disgrace. She looked very much a work in progress on the Knavesmire and ran around a bit in the closing stages. That's not what you want to see before tackling tricky Epsom and she looks more suited to the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot next month. MINNIE HAUK 3 HAUK has to fly. Ryan Moore's choice of the Aidan O'Brien trio crossed the line with plenty left when winning the Cheshire Oaks on comeback. She will definitely come on for that run and is guaranteed to see out the extra furlong here. Handling Chester often means Epsom will be fine too. On the negative side, she didn't beat a lot on the Roodee so will need to fine more form-wise although O'Brien runners often take a big step up for a run. QILIN QUEEN 2 QUEEN won't be crowned. She is progressing nicely for Ed Walker and battled all the way to win a Newbury Listed race last time. That was on the nod from Revoir who also lines up today. That was over 1m2f when she went from the front and just held on so stamina may be an issue. Either way, it's a fair leap to be winning a Classic on current form. REVOIR 3 REVVED up. The line came a stride too soon when she finished second to Qilin Queen at Newbury last time but Ralph Beckett's filly looks a hotter prospect. She came home strongly so should be suited by this step up in distance and has improvement to come after just two starts. In-form Beckett's fillies often come on significantly for a run and she's right in the each-way picture. WEMIGHTAKEDLONGWAY 2 WAY out. Add an extra star if the ground is riding genuinely soft as she relished testing conditions when winning a Navan Group 3 over 1m2f last time. That was a big improvement on her effort in the Ballysax on comeback where she looked a mile off Oaks standard. She has a fair bit to find on form so needs that downpour. WHIRL 4 GIVE it a Whirl. She may yet prove to be the best of the Aidan O'Brien runners after her easy Musidora win at York last time. That has been a useful pointer to the Oaks and she had lots of running left at the end of 1m2f so stamina shouldn't be an issue. She seems to handle any ground and looks capable of improvement under Wayne Lordan. Templegate's Oaks tip and 1-2-3 prediction SAEED Bin Suroor has got an El of a chance in the £570,000 Betfred Oaks. ELWATEEN (4.00 Epsom, nap) caught the eye with a staying-on fourth in the 1,000 Guineas and can blossom over this longer trip. She won't mind a bit of cut in the ground and can go close at decent odds under Jim Crowley. Desert Flower showed her class when winning the Guineas at Newmarket and will be hard to beat if lasting home — which isn't guaranteed on pedigree. Ryan Moore has chosen Minnie Hauk of the Aidan O'Brien trio but there isn't much between her, Giselle and Whirl who all have each-way chances. 1st Elwateen 2nd Desert Flower 3rd Whirl FREE BETS - GET THE BEST SIGN UP DEALS AND RACING OFFERS Commercial content notice: Taking one of the offers featured in this article may result in a payment to The Sun.
