‘You'll never experience anything like it' – Leeds insider tells Rangers fans to get excited about Paraag Marathe input
STUART DALLAS has told Paraag Marathe leading Leeds to success will be nothing compared to restoring Rangers to glory.
Marathe was appointed Gers vice-chairman after his 49ers Enterprises were part of the club's US takeover.

Their running of the Elland Road side saw them land promotion back to the Premier League after being crowned Championship champs.
Leeds legend Dallas - forced to retire through injury last year - is a boyhood Gers fan so knows just how much it would mean for the Ibrox side to start lifting silverware again.
Dallas, 34, said: 'Obviously Rangers are built on success. They have to get back to winning trophies and they don't settle for second best.
'I've said to Paraag before that if you get it right at Rangers you'll never experience anything like it.
'They've done that at Leeds but if you can get it right at both clubs, it would be incredible.
'I've spoken to him about Rangers. I've exchanged messages. I've seen him at some games towards the end of the season when there were rumours of the takeover going through.
'These are exciting times. It's a big summer for everybody involved because Rangers haven't won enough trophies in recent years.
'We know that in Scotland second best isn't good enough. Following Rangers myself, I know what it means to the fans and I'm excited for what's ahead.
'They've got to find a way of getting back to competing on all fronts, not just in Europe. They've got to win trophies first and foremost.
'I think both clubs have huge potential. Having large fan bases goes without saying. But if they get it right at both clubs, it's going to be big.'

Dallas played over 250 games for Leeds across a nine-year spell but has also lived through the tough times as a Gers supporter.
He added: 'I don't know how much involvement they will have at Rangers but it's been well documented they are involved.
'What I do know is at Leeds they're a very well run club. These guys are shrewd operators. They know exactly what they want.
'It can only be a positive for Rangers. I'm excited to see where Rangers go with it. I know the work they've put in at Leeds and how they've rallied around the club again and got it back to the Premier League.
'They're good people within it and it's exciting times to be a Rangers fan. I think they've gone through the mill in recent years. Finally, they've got an ownership that will be good for the club.'

"He'll be looking to add to his goal tally come next season. I think there's no question that it's an area of the park where Celtic need to strengthen." A potential stumbling block could be Edouard's lucrative salary at the Eagles, something Allan believes could be a deal breaker. The ex-Hoops midfielder said: "I think the problem with the boys that are playing in the Premier League is that there's now the chance to go to the Saudi League where they can earn ridiculous amounts of money. "The Kieran Tierney one is completely different because he's a huge Celtic fan and he's been dying to get back home and probably feels like he's got unfinished business at Celtic. "So it'll be interesting but I do feel that Celtic will be looking to find the next Odsonne Edouard where they can get a tune from them and then make money from them." Parky influence hailed by Wrexham executive director Ker
Parkinson was appointed by co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney as the Reds' manager in July 2021 and in his four years at the helm, he has led Wrexham to three promotions. Speaking to Gabby Logan and Mark Chapman on The Sports Agents podcast, Wrexham executive director Ker said: 'He's been extraordinary and I think, again, people point to our success and there's, obviously, lots of debate about 'oh, have you thrown a lot of money? Have you done this, that and the other?'. 'I think the single greatest thing we did was hire Phil and say you're in charge. 'It's quite an old-fashioned way of doing things. We don't have a director of football. 'We don't have a head of data, a head of scouting, a head of this, that and the other. You're the manager. You're in charge.' The Wrexham story is now a prominent one around the world, thanks to the success of the Welcome to Wrexham documentary. Currently screening its fourth season, a further year has been commissioned when Wrexham take their place in the Championship, with viewers and fans being taken for more fly-on-the-wall peaks inside the changing room. While viewers have got used to these behind-the-scenes views, Ker says that Parkinson also has his say on what is filmed for the documentary. He added: 'He has complete carte blanche to turn them (cameras) away. 'But, also, he's come to understand, you know, I think at the start he was probably a little bit reluctant and you've seen the documentary. 'He has a long conversation with Rob, where I think Rob did impress upon him, you know, this is not like Sunderland 'Til I Die, because, actually, we control the cameras. 'So, you're not going to be made to look like a wally. You're not going to get egg on your face. 'We're not going to be intruding... and it's become this extraordinary situation where I think the relationship between Rob and Ryan and Phil, and our players, and dare I say myself and Rob and Ryan, and the players and Phil, we're all so, so close. 'It's a very stable environment. It's very rare, I think, for a manager to operate with as little peril as Phil has done over the last four years. 'There's, like, no point when we've had bad runs, where there's been anything approaching pressure.'
