He shared, 'When you make it to the top like Ronit Roy, Sakshi, and me, and you are sensible, then you have made enough for your three to four generations. I know Ronit and Sakshi have done this, and they are set for four generations. For 15 to 20 years, I made a salary cheque of a ridiculously high amount. If you are sensible with your investments, you are set. Television is a dog's life; if you make it, then it's fine. I started with Rs 1,500 a month and lived off Gautami's income for some time after the marriage.

He even revealed how successful actors like Ronit Roy have many houses and properties. Moreover, he mentioned actress Sakshi Tanwar has made enough money for generations. He praised them for making the right financial decisions and investments in their life.
Ram Kapoor shared, 'People like Ronit… he has a lot of houses, vacation homes, and such a fantastic villa in Goa. He has been sensible because he started in films, and he didn't make it in films. He was a flop actor in films, and he didn't have the money to eat. Then Ektaa Kapoor took him on. In television, he never looked back. He had seen failure, so when he got success, he respected it from day one. Same for Sakshi. She is a very sensible girl.
She doesn't like fancy cars like I do. She has enough money for six generations because she spends it very wisely. If you spend money wisely, then you will have money for a lot of things on television.'

Set of Rabindranath Tagore's letters fetched a whopping Rs 5.9 crore
Rabindranath Tagore's handwritten letters to Dhurjati Prasad Mukherji were auctioned. The letters fetched Rs 5.9 crore. It is the second-highest price for Tagore's work at auction. AstaGuru Auction House conducted the sale. A sculpture by Tagore, "The Heart", was also sold. The letters chronicle Tagore's creative and intellectual life. They were written between 1927 and 1936. These works offer not just collectible value, but living, breathing connections to India's intellectual and artistic heritage,' Mansukhani between 1927 and 1936, the letters chronicled the creative evolution of Tagore, the first non-European Nobel winner in literature, and his deeply illuminating intellectual belonging to a private Kolkata-based collection, these letters are classified as non-exportable. Many of these letters are preserved through a string of publications in journals like Parichay and books like Chhanda, Sahityer Pathe, Sur O Sangati and Sangit letters are written on different letterheads — from Visva-Bharati, his Uttarayan residence, Glen Eden in Darjeeling, and aboard his houseboat, Padma — tracing Tagore's intellectual and geographic journey, Astaguru said in the catalogue.
