The Achilles injury has not stopped Tiger Woods from continuing to work on his other ventures outside of competitive golf. These include golf course design, an activity that Woods and his company, TGR Design, have recently revived.
The 15-time major champion recently released a promotional video showing him at the construction site of his latest project, the Bluejack Ranch golf course in Aledo, Texas. It is a private residential club that will include a golf course among other amenities.
Woods already designed a course for Bluejack in Montgomery, Texas (Bluejack National), which was built between 2014 and 2016. The start of construction of the new course in Aledo was reported in January this year.
In the video posted by Tiger Woods, it is heard that the new course is designed over 7,500 yards. However, the legendary player predicts that "more length" will continue to be sought as the project progresses.
I've tipped a few hats in my day… but this one at @BluejackRanch is a first. Here's episode three. pic.twitter.com/r35ZiTK2HF — Tiger Woods (@TigerWoods) May 21, 2025
This video is the third in a series that has been released since last April. However, it ends with the cryptic message "To be continued", suggesting that there are still new revelations coming.
The project description on TGR Design's official website highlights the fusion between the surrounding natural beauty and the strategic difficulties that will characterize the course:
"The course will play alongside stunning terrain dotted with rock outcroppings as well as mature oaks and hardwoods that line the numerous creeks running throughout the property that will contrast the open, rolling pastureland for a truly unique and varied experience throughout the round."
"Wide playing corridors flanked by native grasses and prairie will offer playability throughout the round while also emphasizing shot-making and strategy as multiple routes will be offered from tee to green."
"The highly strategic nature of the course will be particularly evident in the interesting and bold green contouring that will place a premium on accuracy and precision to score well but maintain playability with low-cut green surrounds that promote creative shot-making and recoveries."

In addition to Bluejack Ranch, Woods and TGR Design are currently working on three other golf course projects. They are the Marcella Club in Utah, the Trout National - The Reserve in New Jersey, and a nine-hole par-3 in Augusta, Georgia.
To date, the 82-time PGA Tour winner and his design firm have signed the blueprints of 17 golf-related facilities, including golf courses, practice facilities and even eight PopStroke putting courses in Florida, Arizona and Texas.

In their win over Suriname, Mexico was led by Cesar Montes, who bagged a brace, scoring goals in the 57th and 63rd minutes of action. Keegan Bradley Steals Tommy Fleetwood's Heart at Travelers Championship
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. The Travelers Championship had a Ryder Cup feel late on Sunday afternoon, and the United States got the upper hand at the end of the day. Keegan Bradley improbably came back to beat Tommy Fleetwood on the 72nd hole, sinking a decisive birdie putt to secure a one-stroke victory. A KEEGAN COMEBACK NOT TO BE BELIEVED! — Golf on CBS ⛳ (@GolfonCBS) June 22, 2025 Bradley entered the final hole of regulation trailing Fleetwood by one stroke before both players hit the fairway off the tee. The Englishman, chasing his first PGA Tour win and clearly feeling the nerves, went back and forth on his approach shot before swapping his 9-iron for his pitching wedge at the last second. That proved to be a fatal decision, as he left his approach short of the green and opened the door for Bradley. Playing in front of a home crowd at TPC River Highlands in Connecticut, Bradley stuck his approach just below the pin to send the fans into a frenzy. After Fleetwood missed his first two putts, it was the Team USA captain's time to shine. CROMWELL, CONNECTICUT - JUNE 22: Keegan Bradley of the United States reacts to his birdie putt on the 18th green during the final round of the Travelers Championship 2025 at TPC River Highlands on June 22, 2025 in Cromwell, Connecticut. More Photo byThis is Bradley's eighth PGA Tour win and his second at the Travelers Championship after a dominant victory back in 2023. He carded a 2-under 68 for his final round to get the come-from-behind win. For Fleetwood, the pattern of heartbreak at the end of PGA tournaments continues. He still has the most top 10 finishes ever without a victory in the tour's history. The World No. 17 started his final round with three bogeys in the first four holes, but later steadied himself before making bogeys on Nos. 16 and 18. Bradley has said that he will not play in the Ryder Cup unless he earned it on points, but he is building a convincing case to become a playing captain. After the round, he wouldn't confirm nor deny that his stance had changed. This should give Captain Keegan plenty of mojo heading into the final major of the year at The Open Championship before he can return to the states and focus his full attention on the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. The Travelers Championship did not disappoint as the Signature Events are officially over for 2025. Sunday at the Travelers saw many big-time names battling for a spot on the first page of the leaderboard. Fans wanted to see this from a Signature Event, and boy, did it deliver as the hometown player came out on top. Keegan Bradley made the right decision on the 18th for his approach and sank the five-foot birdie putt to win by one shot. This victory was his eighth career PGA Tour title. Bradley could be on the verge of Ryder Cup history as he continues to make his own case for becoming a playing captain. More Photo byTommy Fleetwood crumbled on Sunday as he did not make the right choice on his final approach shot. After a last-minute club change, it ultimately cost him the victory. He battled back from a rough start to his Sunday round and led until the final three holes, where he made two bogeys to fall short once again. It is his 28th top-5 finish and sixth runner-up on the PGA Tour. With this win, Bradley will take home $3.6 million and move up to No. 8 in the FedEx Cup standings with this week's 700 points. More Photo byFleetwood's six-foot miss on 18 cost him well over a million dollars. This loss will sting for a while as the Englishman had the win in the bag before going 2-over in his last three holes. He earned $1,760,000 since he and Russell Henley tied at 14-under overall. Henley may have self-reported a penalty earlier in the week, but his good sportsmanship did not go unnoticed. The former Georgia Bulldog tied for second after he made an incredible chip-in from the greenside rough on 18. Harris English and Jason Day tied for fourth to win $880,000 each. Rounding out the top six were World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and World No. 2 Rory McIlroy, who tied for sixth. They each earned $695,000. No cuts were made this week in New England, so everyone will receive a piece of the $20 million purse. How much did the rest of the field win in the final PGA Tour Signature Event?
