Martha Stewart, 83, looks decades younger as the radiant celebrity chef poses in a patchwork jacket at Vivid festival in Sydney

Martha Stewart 's arrival in Australia this week has caused a stir Down Under.
The American celebrity chef was looking absolutely radiant as she attended Vivid Sydney festival on Wednesday night, where she is presenting In Conversation with Martha Stewart as part of the event.
The 83-year-old seemed decades younger than her years as she showed off her fresh visage while posing in front of the Opera House, which is lit up in neon colours for the festival.
Martha opted for a patchwork style print coat to fend off the chilly weather in the area, under which she had on a cream blouse.
The top matched her wide-cut trousers, and the television host added a bold pearl choker.

For makeup, Martha chose a rosy and glowing palette with a pink lip gloss, and wore her blonde locks in a retro flip.
The culinary icon had earlier in her trip skipped over to the east of Sydney for some shopping and a bite to eat.
She chose to dine at Totti's, a mecca for local and international celebrities, reportedly after a friend's recommendation.
The Merivale-owned restaurant, known for its famous bread and small plates, as well as its signature rich pasta dishes, is beloved by the eastern suburbs in-crowd.
Given its reputation as one of Sydney's best restaurants, we asked around what America's kitchen queen thought of her dining experience.
'She was impressed. She had a great time and ate everything,' they said, adding that she 'was really lovely', 'super friendly' and asked the staff 'lots of questions'.
The cookbook author 'enjoyed a large selection of antipasti' accompanied by the signature wood-fired bread, but our spy didn't stay long enough to see if she sampled any of the mains.
She had 'Sanpellegrino sparkling water' while she ate, said our source, and 'seemed very interested in the produce, asking the waiters lots of questions.'
Before her lunch at the eatery owned by billionaire pub baron Justin Hemmes, Martha was first spotted browsing through some ritzy stores on Gould St.
At one point, she popped into the flagship boutique for SIR The Label, an upmarket clothing brand that is very popular among eastern suburbs set.
Just hours before Martha made a surprise appearance at Totti's, she was seen arriving at Sydney airport in the early hours of the morning.
She flew in from the US ahead of her Vivid Sydney In Conversation event, and was greeted by airport staff holding a sign which bore her surname Stewart.
The home-cooking icon was all smiles as she stopped to meet fans outside her terminal, toting a personalised 'MARTHA' travel bag.

Kate Ritchie's footy star ex-husband is charged with refusing breath test following string of drink driving offences

Kate Ritchie 's ex-husband and former NRL player Stuart Webb has been charged with refusing a breath test. The 44-year-old former Sydney Roosters hooker was pulled over in Sydney by Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command at 11.10pm on May 5. Webb was charged with refusing to submit a breath analysis and driving an unregistered vehicle. He was listed to appear at Waverley Local Court on Wednesday and the hearing was adjourned to be heard again at Downing Local Court on July 9. Mr Webb has previously been caught drink driving by police on five occasions. He was most recently charged with drink driving in 2019, with court documents stating that it was his 'fifth PCA (prescribed contention of alcohol) offence since 1999.' Two of those incidents are understood to have taken place in 2012 and 2017, while he was married to Ms Ritchie. He was handed a six-month driving ban in 2019 and an interlock device was fitted to his car for 24 months. A magistrate had told Mr Webb he was 'lucky he hasn't been sent to jail' noting that his driving record was 'appalling'. The former Sydney Roosters star was placed on a conditional release order for two years. In 2003, Mr Webb was signed by the Sydney Roosters and made his debut for the club later that year. After two seasons at Moore Park, he'd hop over to rivals, South Sydney. A year later, he'd move again, joining up with St George, where he would make 19 appearances across the 2008-2009 season, before stepping away from NRL football. After hanging up his footy boots Mr Webb would pursued a career as a chef. At the end of that season, Mr Webb proposed to radio personality Ritchie during a European getaway. The pair are understood to have begun dating in 2008. They subsequently tied the knot at a countryside outdoor ceremony at Quamby Estate in Tasmania in 2010, but after nearly 10 years of marriage, they chose to part ways in 2020. They would also have a baby girl, Mae, in 2014. Rumours had swirled that their marriage was on the rocks in 2019, with Mr Webb subsequently being hit with an apprehended violence order (AVO) in 2019. The order was made for the Home and Away star's protection. It came as a NSW Police spokesperson confirmed officers were 'investigating an incident at a home in Randwick' where it was understood the couple had lived, but no charges were laid. Conditions of the AVO state that Mr Webb was 'not to approach or be in the company of Katherine Leigh Ritchie for at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs.' He was also required not to threaten, stalk or harass the TV star. Despite that, Ms Ritchie and her ex-husband have reunited on several occasions, most notably to attend their daughter Mae's football matches. Ms Ritchie, who had gone public with new boyfriend Will Skelton, and Mr Webb cut friendly figures as they shared a happy chat on the field. They had also reunited to celebrate their daughter's 10th birthday last year.

Mark Wahlberg tells Scots brothers their Pacific rowing bid ‘could be a movie'

Three Scottish brothers aiming to become the fastest people to row across the Pacific have received a surprise video call from Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg, who told them their record-breaking bid 'could be a movie'. The Perfect Storm star spoke to Ewan, Jamie and Lachlan Maclean 54 days into their bid to row 9,000 miles non-stop and unsupported from Lima, Peru to Sydney, Australia. As well as aiming to set a record for the fastest row across the world's largest ocean, the brothers are hoping to raise £1 million for clean water projects in Madagascar. Wahlberg told the brothers that he was 'so inspired' by their undertaking, which has seen them battle salt sores, relentless weather and broken equipment during more than seven weeks at sea. 'You're badasses doing something no one else would think of', he told them. 'This could be a movie. The best films I've done are based on true stories – ordinary people doing extraordinary things. 'No way I'd row an ocean, but I'd play one of you guys in a movie.' He added: 'What you guys are doing is next level. You're living out a sense of purpose – combining passion with impact. 'That's rare, and it's humbling to watch. People need to hear about what you're doing.' Ewan Maclean told the actor that speaking to him from the middle of the Pacific was 'probably the most surreal situation I've ever been in'. Lachlan added: 'We're operating on such little sleep that we thought it could all have been a hallucination.' Wahlberg responded that he 'couldn't be more inspired by the grit, the determination, the resiliency' that the brothers were showing. He continued: 'What you guys are doing for such an amazing cause, and how hard you're willing to sacrifice yourself and your own wellbeing for the good of others, is so inspiring. 'For you guys to do this under your own free will – it's pretty crazy. Some would say we might need to give you a couple of psychological examinations.' Wahlberg, who owns restaurants in Sydney and the Gold Coast, also told the brothers he would 'have a meal waiting for you' at the finish line. Asked about conditions so far, Ewan replied that 'it's been much harder than expected', but that earlier that day they had seen 'dolphins surfing near the boat, and that lifted our spirits'. Wahlberg quipped: 'You guys are probably getting a lot more sunshine than you're used to at home.' He added: 'I've been fortunate enough to visit a couple of times and it's a beautiful, beautiful country. So you guys are making your homeland proud.' The brothers expect to spend more than 100 days on board their 28-foot carbon fibre boat, named Rose Emily in honour of their late sister. Actress Sydney, 27, turned heads in a bold red gown, with a midsection that highlighted her svelte waist and a statement skirt accessorised with a giant red bow. 10 Sydney Sweeney made four outfit changes in one day to promote her new movie, Echo Valley, in New York City Credit: Getty 10 The actress put on a display in a black fitted waistcoat and a white miniskirt Credit: Getty 10 Sydney was also spotted wearing a plaid brown jumpsuit Credit: Getty 10 For her arrival at Good Morning America, the starlet put on a leggy display in a brown pinstriped blazer dress Credit: Getty The Euphoria star wore her blonde locks in tumbling waves and accentuated her natural beauty with a full face of make-up. Earlier in the day, Sydney put on an equally-chic display in a black fitted waistcoat and a white miniskirt, elevating her height with leather boots. She toted her essentials around in a black leather handbag and shielded her eyes with wayfarer sunglasses. If that wasn't enough, Sydney was also spotted wearing a plaid brown jumpsuit and a giant matching tie on the same very steps of her hotel. read more on Sydney Sweeney DIPPY DEAL Sydney Sweeney cleans up after turning her USED bathwater into bars of soap This time, she carried a stone handbag, which coordinated with her heels. And, for her arrival at Good Morning America, the starlet put on a leggy display in a brown pinstriped blazer dress. Sydney appeared to confirm her breakup with long-term partner Jonathan Davino at the film's premiere. Speaking to The Times at the AMC Lincoln Square event, the Washington-native was asked if she was still planning her wedding to Jonathan. "No,' she replied. When pressed on whether she was now single, she answered simply: 'Yes.' The actress had been seen in recent months without her engagement ring, fuelling rumours that the couple - who began dating in 2018 and became engaged in 2022 - had quietly parted ways. Sydney Sweeney makes low-key exit in same SUV as White Lotus star Patrick Schwarzenegger after beach club opening party At Wednesday's premiere, Sydney was joined by co-star Julianne Moore, who plays her on-screen mother in the new thriller. The film follows Julianne's character, a horse trainer living on a Pennsylvania farm, whose life is upended when her daughter, played by Sydney, arrives covered in someone else's blood. It comes as Sydney films the third - and potentially last - series of Euphoria. The explicit teen drama, which follows recovering drug addict Rue (Zendaya) as she navigates school life and relationships while narrating the lives of her school mates, has become known for its dark storytelling. Sydney shot to fame in the series as Cassie, a popular girl with painfully low self-esteem who starts an abusive relationship with her best friend's ex, the violent and uncaring Nate (played by Jacob Elordi). Despite the success of the series, by the time season three is released there will have been a four-year wait for new episodes, thanks to the massive success of its cast in other projects, the death of star Angus Cloud, and the 2023 writers and actors' strikes. As a result, writer Sam Levinson has placed a time jump, launching the troubled teenage group into adulthood. Sydney has since sparked rumours that, despite their physically and mentally abusive relationship, her character Cassie is set to marry Nate, with the actress being spotted in a wedding gown on set. Echo Valley is scheduled for a U.S. theatrical release on Friday 6, with a rollout on Apple TV+ next week. 10 At the film's premiere, she turned heads in a bold red gown Credit: The Mega Agency 10 She posed for snaps with her co-star, Julianne Moore Credit: Splash 10 She carried a stone handbag, which coordinated with her heels for one look Credit: Getty 10 The Euphoria star has certainly been a busy girl Credit: Getty 10 Sydney elevated her height with leather boots Credit: Getty
