A London Marathon runner who had double mastectomy made history when she appeared topless during an interview on This Morning on Tuesday (22 April).
Mother-of-two Louise Butcher wore just her running shorts and trainers as she was praised by hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley during the live interview to raise awareness of breast cancer.
Ms Butcher underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with lobular breast cancer in April 2022.
Following her treatment, she started running topless to inspire others and embrace her body.
She said: 'I've worked so hard to get these messages out there and empower so many women. It's about being your authentic self and owning your scars.'

'We've still got the management team of England, we've got Vicky McClure, Tyson Fury, who's stepping into some new shoes and Harry Redknapp... "But also because I'm not going to be able to run around, you've also got me, part of the management team. Come on baby! ... I came here with high hopes and went to see Gary the physio and I can kick a ball from a standing start, but when it comes to like general chaos of playing competitive sport there's just no way. 'I can't really run properly so yeah. They were very kind and said we still want you to be a part, so I get to go on the dark side with Tyson Fury." Soccer Aid 2025 will see Love Island voiceover legend Iain Stirling and TalkSPORT and ITV Sport broadcaster Sam Matterface take on commentator duties. Meanwhile, the England v Soccer Aid World XI FC charity match will be presented by Dermot O'Leary and Alex Scott. Coverage of Soccer Aid will begin from 6pm today on ITV1 and ITVX, with kick-off from 7.30pm. And the TV chef has another project quietly going on in the background too - an acting project in Ireland. Gino will be playing the part of a mechanic for the scripted role, and continued to tell the publication: 'I am playing a part in a series, my part is this Italian-American mechanic that is always in trouble with the police or always in trouble with the law and then he became a mechanic and he's helping the main character in the show. 'This is acting now, I'm not becoming a real mechanic, I'm useless at stuff like that.' The Sun has contacted Gino's representative for comment.
