JENS LEHMANN'S wife of 25 years, Conny, has confirmed the couple have divorced.
Lehmann, 55, has long lived separated from his former partner, with Conny, 52, moving out of their villa in Starnberg before they called it quits.

Speaking to Bild, Conny was reluctant to go into detail about her split with Lehmann, but said: "I'm single. I'm a happy single."
The pair had met in 1995 before officially getting together in 1999 and marrying in October of that year.
Conny has two children with Lehmann, 24-year-old Mats and 18-year-old Lieselotta.
Lehmann also adopted Conny's child from a previous relationship with ex-Borussia Dortmund and Germany midfielder, Knut Reinhardt.

They have had an on-and-off relationship for some time now, although they went on a family holiday last year which was said to be more for the children than any sort of romantic getaway.
Conny had found a new partner while Lehmann remained in their family home before it was put up for sale.
Lehmann was caught up in controversy last year when he was fined £112,000 by a Munich court for a chainsaw attack on a neighbour's garage in September.
He had been accused of using a chainsaw to hack through the roof beams on his neighbour's garage by Lake Starnberg, which is in the Bavaria region of Germany.

The alleged incident was said to have taken place during the summer of 2022.
He was initially found guilty in December 2023, being slapped with a 10-month suspended prison sentence and ordered to pay a fine worth more than £350,000.

The former Gunner subsequently launched an appeal, as did Munich prosecutors.
According to local reports in Germany, a deal was reached between prosecutors and Lehmann's lawyers prior to the trial's resumption.
Lehmann's legal representative Florian Ufer gave an update - with his client having also been on trial for alleged unpaid parking fees.
He said: "Mr Lehmann accepts responsibility. He has come to an agreement with his neighbour. The parking fees have been paid."
Lehmann's initial £350,000 fine was reduced to around £112,000.
He is also claimed to have paid his neighbour around £50,000 in order to close the matter, which then saw criminal charges against him dropped.
Then, during Oktoberfest celebrations, it is claimed the former Germany No.1 vomited twice and failed a breathalyser after being pulled over by police.
Lehmann is alleged to have been drink driving at the time of the stop, which happened at 1:30am. Police could reportedly smell alcohol from his breath through the open window of the car.
Reports in Germany claimed he got out of the car and vomited twice by the roadside before he struggled to produce his driver's license and failed with his first few attempts to do so.
He was unable to show his warning triangle and first-aid kit, and had to hold onto the car to stay upright when opening his boot.
Breath tests had to be abandoned because the 61-Cap Germany star was 'no longer able to blow' so he was instead taken to a police station for further tests.
Lehmann later went to the Munich Institute of Forensic Medicine for blood tests.
The German was ordered to appear in court with the prosecutor's office requesting a fine of £60,000 with a trial set for Thursday April 3. His driver's license was also confiscated.
He was hit with a €1,000 (£846) fine for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The judge said Lehmann had displayed "bad behaviour" in court and to police when arrested in September last year.
Lehmann said: "I misjudged myself and thought I could drive."

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas was the prodigious talent who seemingly had it all. As a star of the Arsenal academy, the man known as 'JET' was tall, powerful, fast and able to score goals with both feet. 'He has outstanding qualities,' Arsène Wenger, the former Arsenal manager said in 2010, when Emmanuel-Thomas was 19. 'Jay is knocking very hard on my door – with two hands.' Such was his class in the youth ranks, there are clips of Emmanuel-Thomas in action that have taken on near-legendary status online. A father of two, Emmanuel-Thomas was arrested in September after around 60kg of cannabis was found by Border Force officers who had stopped two women at Stansted. One of those women, Yasmin Piotrowska, was the footballer's girlfriend. Detectives found that Emmanuel-Thomas had tricked Piotrowska and her friend, Rosie Rowland, into travelling to Thailand and bringing home four suitcases that had been vacuum-packed with cannabis. The women, who have both walked free, were told that the bags contained gold. 'I just feel sorry for the girls,' Emmanuel-Thomas said on his way to being remanded in custody in September. An investigation by the National Crime Agency found that Emmanuel-Thomas served as an intermediary between criminals in the UK and Thailand. At first, he denied attempting to import cannabis – only then to change his plea at Chelmsford Crown Court last month. How did an athlete of such promise, a footballer who has made almost 400 senior club appearances across various divisions and countries, find himself enmeshed in organised crime? His slide into the underworld is thought to have begun during his brief spell at PTT Rayong, a club in Thailand. During his short time there, Rayong had serious financial issues. In an interview with The Athletic in 2021, Emmanuel-Thomas said: 'Things started to happen that were making me iffy. Local players were asking if they could borrow money, not small sums – five, six, seven grand.' He soon left the club, which folded a few months later, but his connections in Thailand evidently remained. Before that move abroad, Emmanuel-Thomas had built a respectable, albeit unspectacular, CV in the English Football League. Throughout his twenties, a series of clubs lined up to take a chance on a player who had received such glowing praise from the great Wenger. 'He has the build you dream to have,' Wenger once said. 'When his fitness is right, Jay will be not only a good player, but a great player. One thing is for sure – he can score goals. That is a massive talent you cannot give to people. His right foot, his left foot, he is unbelievable in front of goal.' After five senior appearances for Arsenal and three loan spells away from the club, Emmanuel-Thomas moved to Ipswich Town in search of regular first-team football in 2011. He scored only eight goals in 71 Championship appearances, though, before dropping down to Bristol City in League One. Despite the move down the divisions, Emmanuel-Thomas never lost belief in his own ability. In an interview with Telegraph Sport in 2015, he made it clear that he would only play his way, on his terms. 'The way I play has been with me a long time and if a manager cannot see that how I play is a strong point and what makes me effective, there is not much I can do about that,' he said. 'I enjoy being myself. I am not really fazed about what people think of me, I wear what I want, I do what I want, I will say what I want. It is one of those things where if you can't be yourself at all times then you are never going to know who you really are. 'I have a lot of friends who have different types of lifestyles, I know musicians, I know people who do boxing. So everyone is different. I am just like a big kid really, I just like to have a good time, and I just want to keep that going.' Over the next few years, Emmanuel-Thomas went on to play for Queens Park Rangers, Milton Keynes Dons, Gillingham, Rayong, Livingston, Aberdeen, Jamshedpur in India and Kidderminster Harriers. At none of these clubs did he make more than 35 appearances. It did not help his career that Emmanuel-Thomas was, he claims, due to sign for a Chinese club before the transfer was scuppered by the outbreak of Covid. He subsequently spent 15 months without a team, forced to follow his own personal fitness programme, before signing for Livingston in September 2020, at the age of 29. His latest move, confirmed in July last year, was to Greenock Morton in the Scottish Championship. The club announced the deal on their website with the headline 'The Jet Arrives'. Former Arsenal star jailed for four years for role in £600k drug smuggling plot
Footballer Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has been sentenced to four years in jail after last month pleading guilty to a cannabis importation charge over an attempt to smuggle £600,000 of the drug through Stansted Airport from Thailand. The 34-year-old striker was sacked by Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton after his arrest last year. The former Arsenal academy product initially denied the charges but changed his plea to guilty at a hearing on May 7 at Chelmsford Crown Court in Essex. "It is through your own actions you will no longer be known as a professional footballer," Judge Alexander Mills said before informing the footballer of his sentence.. "You will be known as a criminal. A professional footballer who threw it all away." The footballer, whose former clubs include Ipswich, Bristol City, QPR, Livingston, Aberdeen and Thai side PTT Rayong, had spent the past eight months on remand. But before his sentencing a letter from him to Judge Mills was read out in court. "This past year has been the most harmful and eye-opening of my life," he wrote. "At times it has been unbearable." He added that he "never imagined" he could be in this situation, and he "completely regrets but takes full responsibility for" his actions. He continued that seeing his daughter visit him in prison was one of the toughest moments of his life. "Watching her walk into the space broke me," he adds. "I never wanted her to see me in that light." Emmanuel-Thomas, of Cardwell Road in Gourock, Inverclyde, Scotland, was arrested in the town by National Crime Agency (NCA) officers in September 2024 after the NCA seized an estimated £600,000 of the class B drug as it was being smuggled through Stansted on September 2. Border Force officers detected roughly 60kg (132lb) of the drug in two suitcases, which had arrived via a flight from Bangkok, Thailand. Co-defendants Rosie Rowland and Yasmin Piotrowska, who both denied charges having flown with the drugs, were already informed that they face no further action after prosecutors offered no evidence in their case. Ms Rowland, 29, of Southend Road, Chelmsford, Essex, and 33-year-old Ms Piotrowska, of Purves Road, Kensal Rise, north-west London, wept after learning of the verdicts last month. Ms Piotrowska, who was described in court as Emmanuel-Thomas' girlfriend, watched on from the gallery as the sentence was handed down. The court also heard that Emmanuel-Thomas had offered the women an all-expenses-paid trip to Thailand, as well as £2,500 in cash, for their role in the plot. Emmanuel-Thomas came through Arsenal's youth academy and spent three years on their books as a professional between 2008 and 2011. During that period he had loan spells at Blackpool, Doncaster Rovers and Cardiff City. He was then sold to Ipswich before moving to Bristol City and on to Queens Park Rangers. By 2019 Emmanuel-Thomas was playing for Thai club PTT Rayong but in recent years has turned out for Scottish clubs Livingston, Aberdeen and Greenock Morton.
