Parliament speaker congratulates Zimbabwean counterpart

Speaker of Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i sent on Friday a congratulatory telegram to Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Zimbabwe Jacob Francis Mudenda.
In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Mudenda and the people of Zimbawe on the occasion of Zimbabwe's National Day celebrations.

French President threatens opposition with dissolution of parliament again
Nice - Saba: French President Emmanuel Macron announced that he would not rule out resorting to dissolving Parliament again if the opposition obstructs the work of the legislative body, indicating his adherence to his constitutional powers. This came in press statements he made on the sidelines of the UN Oceans Conference in Nice on Monday, according to Western media. Macron said: "I would like to avoid another dissolution of Parliament, but it is not my habit to strip myself of my constitutional powers. If political parties act irresponsibly and decide to obstruct state institutions, I may again have to resort to the Constitution."
