Immanuel Feyi-Waboso returns in England squad with 13 uncapped players
Such youth is counteracted by the experience of Jamie George, George Ford and Henry Slade. Fin Baxter, Joe Heyes, Tom Willis, Ben Curry, Harry Randall and Tom Roebuck are among the cohort to win caps for England already this year.
George Martin and Chandler Cunningham-South have been named in a separate rehabilitation group, though Feyi-Waboso is another welcome presence.
The 22-year-old has not played since suffering his injury on December 21 while in action for Exeter Chiefs against Sale. An operation was initially delayed in the hope of having Feyi-Waboso fit for the end of the Six Nations. However, those ambitions were subsequently dashed.
England internationals to have been called up to the British and Irish Lions squad, which was confirmed by Andy Farrell earlier this month, have also been omitted.
A two-day training camp at Pennyhill Park will begin preparations for the one-off fixture between an England XV and a France XV at Twickenham on June 21 as well as the subsequent trip to Argentina, where England take on the Pumas in a two-Test series, and the USA.

Former Spurs players back Postecoglou amid uncertain future
June 3 (Reuters) - As Tottenham Hotspur ponder the fate of manager Ange Postecoglou, former players of the Premier League side have thrown their support behind the Australian and urged the club's ownership to stay the course. Postecoglou guided Tottenham to Europa League victory last month, ending the club's 17-year trophy drought, but they also endured their worst domestic season for nearly half a century and finished 17th in the Premier League. The 59-year-old said last month he remained unsure of his future, with reports in British media on Monday saying Tottenham are set to make their decision this week. Former Swiss international Ramon Vega, who made 64 league appearances for Tottenham, said letting the Australian go would be one of the biggest mistakes the club could make. "I find it incredibly disrespectful to even think about sacking Ange Postecoglou," Vega said on social media on Monday. "He has accomplished the impossible - something others with more significant credentials have failed to achieve." Ex-Spurs and Ireland striker Robbie Keane said that in the eyes of the fans the Europa League win had made up for the woeful domestic campaign, and that Postecoglou had backed up his statement that he always wins something in his second season. In his first season at the club, Spurs were top of the league in October but they eventually finished fifth and suffered early exits in the FA Cup and League Cup. "There's no getting away from that (league form). I think everybody, certainly the manager, has admitted that," Keane told talkSPORT last week. UFC's Tom Aspinall moving on from 'retired' Jon Jones
June 3 - Interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall considers Jon Jones to be retired and wants to move on. Aspinall has not stepped into the Octagon since July 27, 2024, when he successfully defended the interim title with a first round knockout of Curtis Blades. That victory avenged the lone UFC defeat for Aspinall (8-1, 15-3 overall). Aspinall's July victory and Jones' win over Stipe Miocic in November 2024 would appear to warrant a unification bout, but there has been no news in the last seven months and some are calling for Jones to be stripped of his title. Jones hasn't competed in that span. "Jon Jones is retired," Aspinall said on ESPN's "Good Guy/Bad Guy" podcast on Monday. "I want to say God bless him moving forward in what he does with his life and career. We move on. I'm the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. I'm ready to take on all comers and get this division moving again. Jones (28-1), a two-time light heavyweight champion, who won the vacant heavyweight belt in March 2023, views the situation differently than Aspinall. "The UFC, I and Tom, we all got a lot of stuff happening behind the scenes," Jones said at a seminar in Thailand while filming a reality show, according to The Independent. "They're one of the biggest organizations in sports and right now, Tom and I have agreed to wait for the UFC to make their announcements. So I legally can't really talk about it."
