McGregor packed on the PDA with Devlin on a private yacht in the Spanish party capital.
The pair were spotted dancing the afternoon away and sharing a smooch in the marina.
But an apparent red mark could be seen on McGregor's face, who had not been seen following his midweek fracas.
Footage obtained by The Sun showed the ex-UFC fighter, 36, striking a man in the infamous Pacha nightclub on Tuesday morning.
The Notorious appeared to connect with two punches in the shocking incident.
An eyewitness told The Sun the reveller was removed from the club while McGregor partied on.
One said: "Clearly something's been said to annoy him and he's reacted very badly.
'The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away.

"There [didn't appear to be any] consequences for Conor, but the guy he punched was taken away and I didn't see him again."
Another club-goer said: "He had his arm around someone who looked like his mate.

"Someone came up to them and when Conor hit him, about five people fell to the floor as the guy stumbled back.
"It was a bit like bowling pins, but the guy was really shaken by the hits.
"About a minute later, the bouncers came and got him on the back and took him out of the club, because he had annoyed Conor.
"It was right before close anyway. There was no messing around, they just removed him.
"Conor left through the garden a bit later, he didn't look very happy that they got into a fight."
The reveller's identity was revealed in a now-deleted Instagram post by club mogul Wayne Lineker - brother of England legend Gary.

He was also joined at the event by Tottenham centre-back Kevin Danso.
Wayne later said he was "disappointed" with McGregor for attacking his employee and friend Joe Gomez.
The 63-year-old wrote: "This is my very close friend who has worked at Ocean for eight years, he has the most special heart and in all of the years that I've known him he has never raised his voice once.
"He took two punches from Conor McGregor in Pacha for absolutely no reason.
"Let me introduce you to Joe Gooomez (sic). He took the punches like a champion."

Lineker also deleted a snap of him partying with the MMA legend, who rocked a white hat and cigar for the occasion.
He continued: "I've since deleted my post of Conor at Ocean on Sunday. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
"We at Ocean Beach Ibiza will always put our family first #wearefamily."
McGregor made his UFC debut in April 2013.
He quickly won over fight fans with his mix of fast hands and aggressive grappling.
The Notorious has tasted victory in 22 of his 28 pro fights, but hasn't entered the octagon since a rematch loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021.

Amber Heard returns to acting for the first time in two years... after Johnny Depp legal drama and welcoming twins

Nearly two years after she was last seen on screen, Amber Heard is making her return to acting, in a rather surprising fashion. The 39-year-old Austin, Texas native made her acting debut in the 2004 film Friday Night Lights, and she's been steadily working in both film and television ever since. Her career did slow down significantly due to her lengthy legal issues with ex-husband Johnny Depp, last seen in a pair of 2023 films, the indie In the Fire and her superhero sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. She has since moved to Madrid, Spain, and shocked her fans on Mother's Day by announcing she had fraternal twins, daughter Agnes and son Ocean. Now it seems she's getting ready to get back to work, although her next performance won't be for a mass audience. She'll be making her stage debut as part of the world premiere production of playwright Jeremy O. Harris' (Slave Play) new project Spirit of the People, via Variety. The world premiere production will take place at the 2025 Williamstown Theatre Festival in Williamstown, Massachusetts in the northwest corner of the state. The 2025 festival runs from July 17 to August 3, though it's unclear when Spirit of the People will debut at this time. Nothing has been revealed about Heard's character at this time, though she joins a cast that includes Brandon Flynn and Lío Mehiel, who were just announced on Monday with Heard. Previously-announced cast members also include Tony Award nominees Ato Blankson-Wood and James Cusati-Moyer, plus Amandla Jahava, Emma Ramos, Julian Sanchez, Zachary Booth and Tonatiuh. The play, directed by Katina Medina Mora, 'confronts uncomfortable truths about land and what it means to destroy it,' according to the official description. Harris, best known for his 2018 Tony-nominated Stage Play and for writing A24's Zola, said the production is a departure from his previous work. 'I wanted to challenge myself. The play is half in Spanish, and I don't speak Spanish,' Harris admitted. He added, 'The play has a significant level of prose within it. I'm not a prose writer. I'm trying a lot of different things.' Heard confirmed the role herself by taking to her Instagram for the first time since announcing the birth of her twins, sharing a selfie with her and playwright Harris. 'In my theatre era x,' she captioned the snap, though she didn't reveal anything else about her role or the production. The actress still has yet to reveal who the father of her twins are, though she shared a snap of their tiny feet to reveal the news back in May. 'Mother's Day 2025 will be one I'll never forget. This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I've strived to build for years. Today I officially share the news that I welcomed twins into the Heard gang. My daughter Agnes and my son Ocean are keeping my hands (and my heart) full,' she began. 'When I had my first baby girl Oonagh four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn't possibly burst with more joy. Well, now I am bursting times three!!!' she admitted. 'Becoming a mother by myself and on my own terms despite my own fertility challenges has been the most humbling experience of my life. I am eternally grateful that I was able to choose this responsibly and thoughtfully. To all the moms, wherever you are today and however you got here, my dream family and I are celebrating with you. Love always, A x,' she concluded.

Shocking moment woman is knocked out after being hit in the head with a chair while brawl breaks out at an Ibiza hotel poolside

A chaotic poolside brawl broke out at a hotel in Ibiza leaving one woman unconscious after she was hit in the head with a chair. Raging tourists holidaying at the Marco Polo hotel in San Antonio started aggressively yelling at each other. One women then suddenly dropped to the floor after being walloped by a plastic chair. Despite her collapse the fight continued while she lay on the ground unmoving. During the fall, she collided with one of the instigators, who subsequently fell in the pool. In another act of aggression, a chair was thrown at a second man, and the impact resulted in him also falling into the pool. The two men in the pool continued to verbally fight with a pair standing poolside. Outraged, one of them grabbed another chair and slammed it down on the head of the first man that fell in the pool. Raging tourists holidaying at the Marco Polo hotel in San Antonio started yelling at each other A group of lifeguards and security attempted to intervene but were ignored. Instead, the two hurt tourists remained in the pool while their opposition continuously mocked them. The viral video was captioned: 'The chaos was temporary. The memories? Permanent.' One user commented: 'Can smell the Stella, Joop and British passports from here.' It comes as thousands of locals marched across Spain last week to tell Brits to 'go home' as part of widespread protests against so-called 'over tourism'. Activists claim more than 30,000 people took to the streets of Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza to voice their frustrations about the impact of tourism on the island. Protesters were heard chanting slogans against Airbnb and 'guiris' - the Spanish slang term used to describe Brits and other foreigners. Footage shows Brits visibly shocked by the demonstrations, while some tourists were seen taking refuge on their accommodation balconies.

‘Hitman' accused of murdering Lyons kingpins has drug driving charge dropped

PROSECUTORS dropped drug driving and speeding charges against the alleged hitman accused of murdering two Scots gangsters. Law chiefs ditched proceedings against Michael Riley, 44, after he was nicked and made the subject of an extradition bid by Spanish authorities. 3 3 3 Riley, of Huyton, Liverpool, was due to appear at North Wales Magistrates Court tomorrow in connection with the alleged driving offences. But the Crown Prosecution Service (SPS) decided to discontinue the case on Tuesday, June 17, four days after Riley was arrested in Liverpool. A court service spokeswoman confirmed a 'notice to withdraw' the charges was lodged and rubber-stamped last week. We told how Riley plans to fight extradition over the murders of Ross Monaghan, 43, and Eddie Lyons Jnr, 46, in Fuengirola on May 31. Cops in Spain issued an international arrest warrant for the suspect who was then nabbed by Merseyside police on June 13 and remanded in custody after being deemed a flight risk. He appeared at the London court via videolink from HMP Wandsworth on Thursday but the hearing was halted due to technical difficulties. Judge John Bristow told him: 'You have not consented to your extradition, so there is going to be a hearing on October 9. As he was being led away, Riley shouted at someone in the public gallery: 'Stop making funny faces. Stop looking at me.' He is accused of gunning down two Lyons gang bosses. We told how the doomed pair were drinking in Monaghans bar after watching the Champions League final when a masked gunman stormed the boozer in front of horrified holidaymakers and staff. 'Hitman' accused of murdering gang kingpins Ross Monaghan & Eddie Lyons Junior in Spain will fight extradition The brazen killings sparked an international manhunt that ended with Riley's arrest at an address in Liverpool two weeks later. We also told how cops in Spain and Scotland have given conflicting information about who is believed to have ordered the hit. Three days after the horror, Police Scotland stated they had "no intelligence" to suggest they were linked to the ongoing gangland turf war here. But Spanish counterparts blamed the Daniel crime clan bitter rivals of the Lyons at a press conference in Malaga this week. A source claims a captured mobile phone holds the key to proving the culprits. Insiders allege it has data linking Riley to Daniel hoods. A gangland source said: "A phone in a crime like this is gold-dust to investigators. It appears that Police Scotland were not made aware of this discovery and are out the loop. It's not a good look for them."
