Yahoo26-03-2025

Industry-leading endorsement deepens commitment to decarbonization.
NORTHAMPTON, MA / / March 26, 2025 / Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), a global climate innovator, today announced it is an official supporting organization of the MEP 2040 Challenge, becoming the first company in its industry to endorse the challenge. This industry-leading move expands upon the company's existing collaboration with MEP 2040 to reduce carbon emissions and aligns with Trane Technologies' ambitious 2030 Sustainability Commitments.
The challenge, initiated by the Carbon Leadership Forum, is a commitment for MEP firms to achieve net zero operational carbon in their projects by 2030 and embodied carbon by 2040. As a supporting organization, Trane Technologies will actively contribute to the challenge's goals and support MEP firms in working toward their sustainability targets.
"We are committed to a green-for-green approach, pioneering innovative solutions that provide exceptional payback while further driving sustainability," said Holly Paeper, president, Commercial HVAC Americas, Trane Technologies. "Our support of the MEP 2040 Challenge underscores our dedication to reducing emissions and embodied carbon across the built environment in support. We look forward to working collaboratively with MEP firms to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future."
As a MEP 2040 supporting organization, Trane Technologies will work alongside other MEP firms to provide resources, expertise and innovative solutions to help them achieve their net zero goals. The company's portfolio of energy-efficient commercial HVAC systems, building automation solutions and sustainable refrigerants will play a critical role in reducing operational and embodied carbon emissions in buildings.
In 2024, Trane Technologies announced its own commitment to reduce embodied carbon by 40% by 2030, an industry first, building on the Gigaton Challenge, the largest science-based climate commitment of any global company related to product emission reductions within a single decade. Trane Technologies has also pledged to be net-zero by 2050, and its near and long-term emissions reduction targets have been externally validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
"I am delighted to report that Trane Technologies has signed on as a supporting organization for the MEP 2040 Commitment," said Andrew Himes, director of collective impact for the Carbon Leadership Forum. "Trane Technologies is the first company in its industry to join our movement to radically reduce total carbon emissions associated with building systems through collective action. I applaud the company's commitment to innovation and leadership in helping to transform the building industry!"

Circle Internet Group Soars 235% on IPO Debut

Circle Internet Group (NYSE:CRCL) stock exploded 235% on its IPO debut, rocketing from its $31 per-share offer price to $103.75 within minutes of trading on the NYSE, as investors bet big on the issuer of the USDC stablecoin. Circle sold 34 million shares at $31 each to raise $1.1 billion, and demand surged as Wall Street signaled growing confidence in digital assets that facilitate 24/7 global payments. With USDC's circulating supply at $61.48 billioncomparable to Anthropic's latest valuationCircle's debut underscored the stablecoin's status as the second-largest by market cap. The rally reflected not only retail excitement but also institutional interest, as traders viewed Circle as a bridge between traditional finance and the fast-evolving crypto economy. Despite broader market volatility, Circle's revenue modelanchored in transaction fees and interest-earning reservesresonates with investors seeking exposure to fintech innovation without the volatility of pure cryptocurrencies. Although the stock price may settle from its initial frenzy, Circle's robust capital raise will fuel expansion of USDC into new corridors, support partnerships with financial institutions, and potentially underwrite future product launches. Investors should care because Circle's successful IPO validates stablecoins as investment assets and signals Wall Street's willingness to underwrite crypto infrastructure providers. As regulatory scrutiny intensifies around digital currency issuers, Circle's performance will be a bellwether for other crypto-focused companies eyeing the public markets. Here's My Top Artificial Intelligence (AI) Stock to Buy in June

The growing demand for AI servers and personal computers should be a big tailwind for this tech giant in the long run. The company's latest results were solid, and its guidance points toward an improvement in growth. This AI stock's valuation and earnings growth potential make it a no-brainer buy right now. 10 stocks we like better than Dell Technologies › Shares of Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) have underperformed the broader market in the past year, losing 20% of their value while the tech-laden Nasdaq-100 Composite index recorded 14% gains during the same period. However, Dell's poor returns in the past year mean that it is trading at a very attractive valuation right now. Throw in the fact that the company is witnessing a gradual uptick in growth due to a recovery in the personal computer (PC) market and a sharp increase in the demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) servers, and it could very well turn out to be a solid buy right now. Let's look at the reasons why Dell looks like a top AI stock to buy this month. Dell released its fiscal 2026 first-quarter results (for the three months ended May 2) on May 29. The company's revenue increased by 5% from the year-ago quarter, while non-GAAP earnings per share increased at a faster pace of 17%. The top-line growth isn't exactly eye-popping, but that's set to improve going forward due to the gradual recovery in the PC market. Dell's revenue from sales of commercial PCs increased 9% year over year to $11 billion. However, the 19% decline in consumer PC revenue to $1.5 billion weighed on this segment's growth. The good part is that there are bright spots within the consumer PC market, such as the growing demand for AI-enabled PCs and the Windows 11 upgrade cycle. These factors helped Dell's client solutions group (CSG) report much stronger growth in Q1 of fiscal 2026, compared to the 1% growth it saw in this segment in the previous fiscal year. Importantly, PC shipment volumes are expected to pick up over the next couple of quarters, according to market research firm IDC. So, it won't be surprising to see Dell's CSG revenue growth rate improving going forward. At the same time, its AI server business is in fine form. The company received orders worth $12.1 billion for its AI-optimized servers in the previous quarter. This number was higher than Dell's AI server revenue in all of fiscal 2025. The company is now sitting on an AI server order backlog of $14.1 billion, indicating that the revenue from its infrastructure solutions group (ISG) should also pick up momentum as the year progresses. Dell's ISG revenue increased 12% year over year in fiscal Q1 to $10.3 billion, and the tremendous backlog is one of the reasons why the company is now expecting even faster growth in the current quarter. The midpoint of Dell's fiscal second-quarter revenue guidance points toward a year-over-year increase of 16%. Though the company has maintained its fiscal 2026 revenue growth guidance at 8%, it won't be surprising to see it do better than that, due to the improving prospects of the PC and server markets. Sales of AI PCs are expected to increase at an annual rate of 42% through 2028, according to IDC. The AI server market, on the other hand, is expected to clock a 34% annual growth rate through the end of the decade. Dell, therefore, is sitting on a couple of lucrative growth drivers that could ensure years of outstanding growth for the company. Analysts have raised their earnings expectations for Dell over the next couple of years, though don't be surprised to see those estimates head higher as its AI-fueled businesses gain momentum. But even if Dell achieves $11.84 per share in earnings in fiscal 2028 and trades at 27.5 times earnings at that time (in line with the tech-laden Nasdaq-100 index's forward earnings multiple), its stock price could hit $325. That points toward a massive jump of more than 192% from current levels. The important thing to note here is that Dell is trading at just 17 times trailing earnings and 12 times forward earnings, which means that investors are getting a terrific deal on this AI stock right now. They should consider grabbing this opportunity with both hands as the gradual improvement in its financial performance could lead the market to reward it with more upside and send shares higher in the long run.
