EY US announces Dani Austin and Jordan Ramirez of Divi Official, Inc. as an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Southwest Award winner

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul 1, 2025-- Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) today announced that Divi Official, Inc. founders Dani Austin and Jordan Ramirez have been named Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Southwest Award winners. Now in its 40th year, Entrepreneur Of The Year is the premier competitive awards program honoring entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies. The program celebrates visionary founders who are transforming industries, shaping communities, and creating lasting value. Dani and Jordan were chosen by an independent panel of top CEOs and business leaders, along with past winners; assessing candidates on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven commitment and measuring the significant growth and impact each candidate has made since inception. 'When I graduated college, I prayed that whatever I built would be something that allowed me to love and serve others,' said Dani Austin, co-founder of Divi. 'I never imagined that would come through a hair loss journey—but Divi has become so much more than a brand. It's a mission rooted in community, and getting to build it alongside my husband and a team we deeply believe in has been the greatest gift.' 'We launched Divi in our unborn son's nursery, so to be recognized by EY is surreal,' added Jordan Ramirez, co-founder of Divi. 'This honor is really about our team. We've always hired people smarter than us, and it shows in everything we've been able to create together. None of this would exist without them.' As a Southwest award winner, Dani and Jordan are now eligible for consideration for the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 National Awards. The National Award winners, including the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced in November at the Strategic Growth Forum ® , one of the nation's most prestigious gatherings of high-growth, market-leading companies. The Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner will then move on to compete for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in June 2026. Entrepreneur Of The Year honors a diverse range of business leaders, from original founders who bootstrapped their companies or raised outside capital to fuel growth, to transformational CEOs who injected innovation into established organizations, accelerating their success. The program also celebrates multigenerational family business leaders who have reimagined legacy models to ensure long-term relevance and resilience. 'This award is a testament to the amazing team behind Divi and the community that has supported us from day one,' said Dani Austin. 'We're excited to keep pushing boundaries in the scalp and hair health space and building something that creates real impact.'
