Once the girls had chosen their matches, in walked the boys and the fun really began, with the couples getting to know one another.
But nothing stays sweet for long on Love Island, as the first bombshell later entered to shake things up. Introducing Toni Laites, a 24-year-old pool cabana server from Connecticut.
"Good evening UK! Surprise!' Toni declared upon her entrance, causing quite the stir amongst the boys and some concern from the girlies, who soon learned that one of their boys would be stolen right there and then!
