With a unique mix of handmade goods including clothing, jewellery, illustrations, pottery, woodwork, glass art, and more, this year's market promises to be a fun, family-friendly day out in the heart of Leith.
Enjoy exploring the EOW workshop space or try your hand at using the laser cutter to personalise a custom made piece and take home your one-of-a-kind creation.
Tasty street food and refreshments from Gringo Supper Club, Ms Crème de la Cream, and A Cup Above will be available throughout the day, served in EOW's outdoor seating area.
Visitors can relax, refuel, and soak up the atmosphere (and hopefully a bit of Scottish sunshine).
Entry is just £1, and 100% of proceeds, including door donations, table fees, and £2 raffle ticket sales, will go directly to EOW's 'Buy Time for a Maker' Bursary Fund, which supports affordable access to classes, memberships, and workspace for creatives from all backgrounds.
Jessi James, Development Manager at Edinburgh Open Workshop, said: "This market is not just a celebration of local talent – it's about making creativity accessible. Our Bursary Programme has helped many people take their first steps into making, and every pound raised helps us continue that mission. We're proud to provide a platform for local creatives while building a more inclusive, supportive environment for makers."
A raffle of EOW and donated items will be held at 3.30pm. Tickets can be purchased on the day for a donation.

The clip shared by Lewis showed the crowd being told in Switzerland in 2023: "Lewis Capaldi can't sing for us right now. "So we're going to sing for Lewis Capaldi." The scenes showed how the crowd at the time at OpenAir St Gallen coming together to show support for the star by singing his hit tune. Lewis then told his followers: "You filled in for me when I couldn't be there." And a video then showed him walking back on stage to huge applause as he said: "Switzerland 2025 I wanted to make it up to you." After waving at his adoring crowd, he then said: "My name's Lewis Capaldi and I'm f***ing back baby. Here we go." He paused mid song once again to emotionally take in the moment as the crowd serenaded him. As he finished the song he shared a sweet laugh at the scenes as fans flashed love heart signs with their hands. Fans in the comment section were keen to also share their support to the pop star. One user gushes: "The LEGEND IS BACK," while another praised: "What a comeback," with a love heart emoji. A third told him: "You are so incredibly loved. It was great to see you on that stage," an another added: "This is why we need to support each other with understanding, support and grace. I LOVE this. And it's very, very helpful and inspiring. Brilliant! Blessings to all." Following his impressive and emotional comeback, Lewis has released his first new song in two years. He had sent shockwaves on social media when he dropped a teaser for his brand new song in a poignant Instagram video just hours before his Glastonbury appearance. The song, titled Survive, clearly means a lot to the BRIT Award winning artist who has faced much turmoil over the past two years after stepping out of the limelight due to his mental health. Alongside the video, Lewis wrote: "It's been a while." And in classic Lewis style, the artist's new song is full of emotion. Google has made a sweet tribute to Lewis Capaldi after the singer returned to Glastonbury Festival on Friday night - and anyone searching his name online can now read the message Lewis Capaldi was given a special tribute by Google after his surprise appearance at Glastonbury on Friday night - two years after he last performed at the festival. The Scottish singer was emotional as he returned to Worthy Farm, telling fans he needed to finish what he couldn't last time. Back in 2023, Lewis, 28, struggled to finish his set, with his voice faltering, and told fans he would need to take a break for a while. But last night, the singer delighted the crowd by performing on stage as he declared: "I'm back, baby." And after his performance, Google shared a touching tribute in honour of Lewis. Anyone Googling his name is now shown a sweet message that reads "Welcome back Lewis - Someone we love" surrounded by red heart emojis. Ahead of his festival performance on Friday, Lewis released a new song called Survive. Alongside the post announcing it, he shared a video and captioned it: "It's been a while." The new song is full of emotion with lyrics including "I swear to God I'll survive" and "I'm going to get up and live until the day that I die." It is his first new release since stepping out of the spotlight because of his mental health. Lewis has been open about his mental health and hypochondria in the past. He said in 2022: "If I'm having a panic attack there's nobody else that can help me out of it except my mum, for sure. The hypochondria - I guess looking back, I was such an anxious kid, but now because I understand it a lot more with therapy and I speak about it a lot more with people and try to learn more about it, I look back at it and think the behaviour was a result of anxiety." During his last Glastonbury set, Lewis struggled to finish his set. His voice faltered and he told the crowd: "Glastonbury, I'm really sorry. I'm a bit annoyed with myself." The crowd soon took over the vocals of Someone You Loved. "I feel like I'll be taking another wee break over the next couple of weeks. So you probably won't see much of me for the rest of the year, maybe even. But when I do come back and when I do see you, I hope you're still up for watching us," he told the crowd. Feeling emotional, he said: "I genuinely dreamt of doing this. If I never get to do it again, this has been enough." On Friday, Lewis opened his set with Before You Go and he told fans "second time's a charm", referencing what happened last time. He said he didn't want to say too much or he'd cry as he thanked fans for supporting him during the gig and also in the aftermath. Haim suffer sound issues during Glastonbury set as fans praise 'born headliners'
Haim performed a secret set at Glastonbury on Saturday much to the delight of their fans, but they had dropped a big hint about their appearance weeks earlier Haim took to the Glastonbury stage to perform a secret set but had been dropping hints of their appearance. Fans were loving the low-key performance on Saturday. However, a few minutes in the girl group suffered some sound issues with their microphones before things were corrected and they carried on with their exciting set. Fans loved seeing them on stage. "The irony that the best TBAs Lewis Capaldi, Pulp & Haim all brilliant and could easily have headlined! #Glastonbury #Glastonbury2025 #glastonburyfestival @glastonbury," one wrote, whilst another added: "haim have such a huge crowd my girllsss #Glastonbury." A third penned: "HAIM will forever have my heart #Glastonbury." During their set, fans were heard shouting 'louder louder' as music nearby was drowning their sound out. The American rock band, made up of sisters Este, Danielle and Alana Haim, returned to Worthy Farm for the first time since 2022. There, they took to the Pyramid Stage. However, their set on the The Park stage this time out was well received after they had previously labelled it their favourite stage. Two weeks ago while speaking to radio presenter Jo Whiley, the band teased their fans about the not so secret slot. Alana said: "We love The Park Stage. The Park Stage is our favourite, 'cause that was like the first time we came to Glastonbury, we got to play The Park Stage. It felt like a movie." She added: "It was like, 'What is going on? How did we get here?' And also just like… you never forget the first time you step onto the farm. And it's the most insane feeling, I think, that you'll ever have. But it was incredible, it's the best festival in the world." On Friday Lewis Capaldi stunned fans with a surprise performance. His appearance came two years after the Scottish singer last performed at the festival. Back then the he found it heard struggled to finish his set. His voice faltered as he told the crowd: "Glastonbury, I'm really sorry. I'm a bit annoyed with myself." The crowd soon took over the vocals of his hit Someone You Loved. Announcing he was taking a break from music to focus on his health, Lewis - who suffers from Tourette's and anxiety - told fans at the time: "I feel like I'll be taking another wee break over the next couple of weeks. So you probably won't see much of me for the rest of the year, maybe even. But when I do come back and when I do see you, I hope you're still up for watching us." And his return was met huge appreciation from fans and famous faces alike. Lewis cried as he began to sing his new song Survive, which he released on the eve of his performance.
