Heirlome Resort 2026 Collection
As a way to preserve crafts that are often passed from generation to generation (an inheritance of skill) , every Heirlome collection includes at least one collaboration with a Mexican or Latin American artisan. The artisans are given complete artistic freedom and brand founder Stephanie Suberville doesn't know what the outcome will be until the work is delivered. The result is an element of surprise and reactiveness in the design process that keeps things at Heirlome exciting and, at least in the case of this resort collection, provides the narrative.
Suberville is not a moodboard designer; rather she works intuitively and considers what she wants to wear. At the same time, she knows how her customers interact with her work so she can be responsive. For example, she knows their top Google search is 'Heirlome set'—'like a top and skirt,' she explains on a walk-through. So the softly draped Marie top has returned, offered in new colors; ditto for the satin trench. Good designs bear repeating, especially as the brand has so many new eyes on it with the designer's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund bid.
Suberville has once again teamed up with Arturo Estrada Hernandez, who hand-crafts rebozo shawls, and Madres Y Artesanas Tex for a fringed and patchworked tank and dress. New textures are introduced through tussah silk as well as an unusually supple bouclé. When it comes to tailoring, there's a straight black coat with buttons from throat to hem that has a clerical feel, and Thai-inspired wrap pants with slits up the leg. Continuing that effect, a mocha-colored blazer is slit in the back.
Resort's print was created by Alex Jurado Mata Ortiz whose work, Suberville explains, draws on the heritage of the indigenous Paquimé of Chihuahua, México. 'Once you put the print flat, it's so angular,' she said. Those geometries inspired her to make square patterns that collapse into beautiful and bold shapes.

Kanye West wants to attend the Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial to support Combs in court: Source
Kanye West has been in touch with Sean 'Diddy' Combs' family about possibly attending Combs' ongoing criminal trial to show his support. A source close to Combs told CNN that West, who goes by Ye, is currently in New York City. He did not attend Thursday's court proceedings but would like to attend to show support for Combs, the source said, adding that West has been in touch with Combs' son, Christian 'King' Combs, about attending trial with the Combs family. Combs' sons have been in court for much of the trial. Christian Combs and West are currently working on music together, the source added. The individual close to Combs noted West may attend when the defense begins their presentation. Prosecutors in the case have said that their presentation is expected to wrap up next week, indicating that the defense could begin calling their own witnesses soon. West, who has been widely condemned and dropped by most of his representatives and business partners for repeated antisemitic hate speech and other controversies in recent years, has offered public support for Combs since he's been incarcerated in the lead-up to his trial. West is one of few public figures to show support for the embattled music mogul, who has been accused of sexual assault or other misconduct in more than 60 civil cases and is on trial in federal court for criminal charges that include sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs has denied all wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. West posted messages on social media to call for Combs' freedom ahead of his trial. In March, West released a song that featured a phone call recorded from jail between him and Combs. That song also features Christian Combs and West's daughter with Kim Kardashian. In February, West sparked outrage for selling t-shirts emblazoned with swastikas, which he promoted in a Super Bowl ad. His support for Combs on social media coincided with the firestorm that ensued over his antisemitic posts around the same time. A representative for Combs and his son, Christian, declined to comment. West is not known to be working with a public relations representative at this time and CNN was not able to contact him.

A Tabletop Games Gift Guide For Geeky Dads On Father's Day
You might not be able to afford a real Battlemech for your dad this Father's Day but you can help ... More them learn how to fix one. Having a geeky dad can make Father's Day easier. Beyond the traditional ties and cologne, they will likely be interested in comic books, collectibles and tabletop games. For anyone still looking for Dungeons and Dragons loving dad gift ideas, I'm here to the last minute rescue. The following list shies away from specific games for the most part and leans into accessories and other items that enhance the games dad likely already has. I came up with a similar list for Mother's Day that also can work for this gift holiday too. Evaluation copies of the items on this list were provided by the manufacturers. Heroscape is the only game that appears on both lists. It's a very light miniatures battle game that pulls from multiple genres. Players build forces and battlefields made of interlocking hex pieces for a different game experience every time. But it serves another function for gift purposes with terrain that's easy to assemble, deploy and store. Renegade Game Studios sells several packs of just terrain that expands options for their game as well as other miniatures based games. Many of my nerd friends kept their Heroscape from its original release for this very purpose and are excited there's new compatible accessories on the horizon. Monster Fight Club manufactures a lot of terrain options. The company is best known for its Cyberpunk RED Combat Zone game. One of the easy ways to expand that game is to pick up a pack or two of their Container sets. These boxes offer cover during a firefight as well as a sweet vantage point for the snipers in your crew. FEATURED | Frase ByForbes™ Unscramble The Anagram To Reveal The Phrase Pinpoint By Linkedin Guess The Category Queens By Linkedin Crown Each Region Crossclimb By Linkedin Unlock A Trivia Ladder These containers look good in almost any modern or futuristic game setup. For fans who want a more detailed look to their cityscapes, Monster Fight Club has a Kickstarter running until June 28th, 2025 for Monsteropolis 2.0. The Kickstarter looks to fulfill next year around this time, but there's nothing like getting the jump on next year's present. There's a common misperception that miniature games require a massive amount of time and money to play. Everyone must start somewhere. Black Site Studios offers a suite of games that can be played with any miniature, though they do offer ones for fans of their games that can be painted and even printed at home. I recently played Don't Look Back which is a cooperative game where players face off against an 80s style movie slasher in a variety of scenarios. I really enjoyed the killer's ability to jump out from behind any bit of scenery which made the game feel like a face-off with Jason or Freddy. Cooperative games are also great for families to play together, although the subject matter of Don't Look Back might be a better fit for adult kids to play with their dad. Paizo, the publisher of Pathfinder, is very good at making accessories that fabs love. Their flagship game can be intimidating but they work hard to make it accessible. The company also invests in great art for its books that really bring Golarion to life. These two elements come together in the boxed set of Pathfinder Monster Core Battle Cards. Over 550 tarot-sized cards feature the monster art on one side and the stat block on the other. They are perfect for in game reference or flipping through for encounter inspiration. Many dads have dedicated spaces to their gaming hobby. Much of it is likely taken up by game boxes, paint supplies and all the stuff needed to make the game experience most satisfying. Let's end this round-up with a suggestion on decor. Battletech: Technical Blueprints contains four blueprints of some of the most popular mechs suitable for framing. The Mad Cat, Dire Wolf, Phoenix Hawk and Warammer add futuristic flair to any gaming room. Each print is on heavy poster stock with dimensions of 24' x 36'. These products can be found online, directly from the vendors or at Friendly Local Gaming Stores around the world.

Konami's Original Silent Hill Getting Official Remake Treatment by Blooper Team
An official remake to the original 1999 Silent Hill video game is currently being developed by the same team behind the successful Silent Hill 2 remake last year. The title was announced as being in development at the very end of Thursday's Press Start game showcase, which showed off several upcoming games from Konami, including Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and more. Though the original Silent Hill has seen adaptations in the form of 2009's Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and the 2006 film adaptation, both were quick to take their liberties with the source material. This time, we'd expect that Blooper Team is working closely with Konami to deliver a faithful remake, just as was done with 2024's Silent Hill 2 remake. There's currently no time frame or release date available for the upcoming release. The original Silent Hill follows Harry Mason in search of his missing 7 year-old daughter in the mysterious New England town of Silent Hill. Using only a town map and a half-broken handheld radio, Harry searches through the snowy, fog-leaden streets to find his daughter, and soon discovers her true connection to the sleepy, sinister town. Launched as a direct competitor to Resident Evil, Silent Hill focuses on psychological horror and monsters manifested from the darkest corners of the mind from characters in the game. Unlike Resident Evil, protagonists in Silent Hill aren't typically trained in combat, but rather your everyday person who feels helpless, often using found objects as weapons throughout the game. Prior to the announcement during the Press Start showcase, Konami dedicated nearly the last 10 minutes to the upcoming standalone title Silent Hill: f, which will be set in 1960's Japan. The title will be released on Sept. 25, and can be pre-purchased on PSN or Steam today. Also headed our way from Blooper Team is Cronos: The New Dawn, which saw its release window and new gameplay footage during the Summer Game Fest earlier this month.
