All Coronation Street spoiler videos for next week as tragedy strikes
Emotions are running high in what is set to be a particularly dramatic week for Coronation Street, with our new video clips giving you a first look at what's to come.
Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) has Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) in custody and a showdown between the two ensues, which could have serious consequences.
If one clip of what Lisa is up to next week isn't enough for you then we have another little snippet as she and Carla Connor (Alison King) attend the drag night at the Rovers, which sees Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) duet with brother George (Tony Maudsley).
The word iconic springs to mind.
Elsewhere, sad scenes approach for Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney), who collapses at Speed Daal into the arms of her brother Kevin (Michael Le Vell), which prompts her to reveal her dementia diagnosis to her loved ones.

With Brody causing a disturbance in his cell, Lisa approaches and quizzes him on what the pills are for. Brody states that the pills are his medication but Lisa walks off just as he reveals he's got epilepsy.
Later, Brody is found unconscious. Will he be okay?

As the drag night gets underway at the Rovers, Glenda encourages George up on to the stage for a duet, much to his chagrin. Carla jokes to Lisa that she's going to send her up to the stage, while Theo makes it clear to both Billy and Todd that he's having a good time.
Todd goes in for a kiss but Theo backs away, telling him to wait until they get home.

Debbie has witnessed a charged moment between Carl and Abi, who both do their best to try and explain away their actions.
However, their attention is soon elsewhere when they realise that something is wrong, with Debbie subsequently collapsing into Kev's arms.

Former EastEnders star Anita Dobson ‘utterly thrilled' after being made OBE
Former EastEnders star Anita Dobson has said she is 'utterly thrilled' after being made an OBE. The 76-year old London-born actress, best known for playing Queen Vic landlady Angie Watts on the BBC soap, was recognised for services to charitable fundraising and philanthropy. Dobson is a patron for several charities including Thames Hospice and Focus Foundation, which provides support for grassroots charities and local organisations. Speaking about the OBE, she told the PA news agency: 'I'm utterly thrilled and completely honoured and a bit bowled over and very excited. And all my friends have been texting and sending support. It's just been wonderful. It's very moving and I'm thrilled. 'It's not like a little one, where a few of people in the world know – everybody knows. And so it feels like you you're having a big hug. 'My face is so stretched you can't believe it. This is a very happy day and I just feel very lucky and people have just been texting in and being so supportive and so lovely. 'I hope everybody that's got an honour from the honours list has the same thing happening to them, that lots of people are making them feel special. Because I sure am.' The actress is an ambassador for the Sick Children's Trust and a former president of Phab, a charity that helps children and adults with and without disabilities to feel independent and confident. Speaking about her motivation to get involved with charities, she said: 'I think it's really important to, particularly in my industry, to pass things on. To pass anything that you've learned along the way, or little hints you can give on to the next generation. 'I've always felt like that you should help people. And there's a lot of people with nothing now, with no hope, no homes to live in, not much food, not much clothing. So if you've got a lot, then it doesn't hurt, does it, to give a bit of it away and share it and make people's lives a little bit better, really? 'I sort of work on a very kind of basic level. I just think, if someone's in trouble, you help them. 'I had nothing when I was younger, and it's been the hard slog getting to anywheresville, and look where I am now. It's a good feeling to pass things on. 'I do lots of phoners where people ring in and they're in trouble and maybe you can't solve their problems, but you can sure as hell help them feel heard and that they matter, and that there is somebody in the world who has got the time to listen to them and maybe give them some advice that might point them in the right direction, or introduce them to somebody else who can help them in a better way than you can.' Dobson recently reprised her role as Angie for EastEnders' 40th anniversary, appearing in the Queen Vic as a ghost while her adopted daughter, Sharon Watts, played by Letitia Dean, was seen fighting for her life after an explosion in the pub. The shock return won the series the scene of the year gong at the 2025 British Soap Awards. She also played mysterious character Mrs Flood in the long-running BBC sci-fi series Doctor Who, having joined the series on Christmas Day 2023. During Ncuti Gatwa's second season as the Time Lord, it was revealed that Mrs Flood was a disguised incarnation of the Rani, a renegade Time Lady and villain. She added: 'I had a lovely message from Russell T Davis (Doctor Who Showrunner) this morning saying congratulations, which is lovely. We'll see what happens in the future, or whenever. 'I just have had a lovely time working for them. It's been a real blast. Russell said to me, come and have some fun. And I did. I just had fun. It was a real gift of a job.' The actress is also known for her stage performances and in 2003 was nominated for the best actress Olivier Award for her role in Bryony Lavery's Frozen at the National Theatre Cottesloe. Dobson was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing with professional Robin Windsor in 2011, but was voted off after nine weeks.

EastEnders fans concerned BBC star has 'quit' after 6 years
Among them is also Bernadette 'Bernie' Taylor (Clair Norris) who will also be leaving Albert Square after eight years. But now some fans are concerned another has quietly 'quit', after first joining the BBC soap six years ago. In 2019, Lexi Pearce, who is the daughter of the late Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) returned to EastEnders and has since been played by Isabella Brown. The young actress took over from Dotti-Beau Cotterill, who played the character between 2012 and 2015. However, viewers have recently noticed Lexi's absence in recent months, with some saying they haven't seen her since EastEnders' 40th anniversary earlier in the year and fear she has 'left' the programme. It comes as someone wrote on Reddit: 'Anyone know what's happening with Lexi? She hasn't been seen since the 40th anniversairy and was rather absent prior to that too. 'Lexi is 13 next month. The same age as Lily was when she gave birth.' They added: 'With only 9 appearances this year I wouldn't be shocked to see her return with a new head.' One person replied: 'She was last seen on March after Phil's special episode if I remember correctly. I assume we'll be seeing more of her later in the year. Her and Lola's birthdays are coming up in July so it'd be nice if the show adressed it.' Another commented that they hope EastEnders has 'something planned for later in the year' as 'it's a shame she was absent for Phil's recent storyline'. Meanwhile, others have said they think Lexi could be 'recast', according to the post on the subreddit r/eastenders. As this profile wrote: 'Looks wise the actress reminds me a lot of the old Amy Mitchell so I wonder if they'll recast her soon to someone more older/ older looking.' A second Reddit account put: 'I hope she doesn't get recast. She's a great actress and it's nice to see a realistic looking teenager. Most of the teens are played by adults and even the likes of Lily who is only 16 irl I feel always looked a bit older (which obviously isn't her fault, some teens do look older which is realistic but not literally all of them.)' But a few fans joined in to say: 'Not every character has to be on screen all the time. It's one of the perks of having an ensemble cast.' However, back in December last year, Isabella's agent (EJC Management) confirmed that she would continue to play Lexi "throughout 2025". An Instagram post previously said: "So very proud of this young lady! "Our incredible ISABELLA BROWN will continue to play the brilliant Lexi Pearce throughout 2025 in @bbceastenders.
