The chat, which came out
this morning
, is part of the Lemonada Media podcast which has been releasing a new episode each Tuesday since April 8.
Meghan, 43, and Cassandra discussed motherhood together in the latest episode.
The Duchess of Sussex revealed that she had always had a "vision" of being a mum.
But the reality of pregnancy and motherhood was not exactly what she expected, Meghan claimed.
The Duchess said: "I will say, for myself - especially when they are baby babies and before I was mum, I've always wanted to be a mum.
"I was like, 'Oh gosh I'm going to give a speech with a baby on my hip' - I had a whole vision - you fast forward, granted I had a lot of external things happening by the time I had both pregnancies and both babies.
"But it was not the way I envisioned it."
It comes after Meghan spoke about getting her "hands dirty" and admitted she doesn't "have time to cook everyday" in the sixth episode.

The Duchess of Sussex sat down with Heather Hasson, the founder of FIGS, in the previous episode.
Meghan, 43, said: "It can get messy and the best founders are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
"And I don't mean play dirty. I mean, when it's 'clean up on aisle five' time, you are the first person there with a mop."
The podcast comes after the Duchess's Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan was released in March and her new brand As Ever was launched last month.
Podcast host Meghan sells £11 jars of jam and £22 limited edition honey.
Shoppers can also sample her £9 teas, including lemon ginger, peppermint and hibiscus.
Confessions Of A Female Founder is Meghan's second attempt at entering the podcast sphere after the failed launch of Archetypes.
The show was about female stereotypes and ran for just one series before getting the boot.
The
Duchess of Sussex then
signed a deal with Lemonada Media in February 2024 after her
contract for Archetypes ended in 2023.

Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher FINALLY finalise divorce after toxic split as they carve up £120m fortune
SACHA Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher have finalised their £120 million pound divorce – 14 months after publicly announcing their separation. In a message, posted simultaneously on both their Instagram sites on Friday , the pair said: 'Our divorce has now been finalised. 6 Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher have finalised their divorce Credit: Getty 6 The pair announced their split over a year ago with a funny post 6 Sacha and Isla shared the same statement today "We are proud of all we've achieved together and, continuing our great respect for each other, we remain friends and committed to co-parenting our wonderful children. "We ask for the media to continue to respect our children's privacy.' They then publicly announced their break-up the following year. More on Isla Fisher They appear to have amicably resolved any differences there might have been between them. This is despite previous suggestions the couple's divorce may have been turning acrimonious as they carved up their estimated eight-figure fortune. A source said: 'It's all sorted. Now Sacha and Isla both just want to get on with the rest of their lives – and focus on their family's well-being.' Baron Cohen, 53, and Fisher, 49, - who have three children together - first met at a party in Sydney , Australia in 2001. Most read in Celebrity Speaking of their first encounter, Baron Cohen recalled that Fisher was "hilarious". He remembered: "We were at a very pretentious party, and me and her bonded over taking the mick out of the other people at the party. I knew instantly. I don't know if she did." The pair announced the separation last year with a picture of themselves wearing tennis whites, noting: "After a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down." "We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change. We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family's wish for privacy." Baron Cohen also became embroiled in some controversy last year when Australian actress film The Brothers Grimsby, where they played a slovenly married couple. All The signs Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher had secretly split from girls' nights out to hiding ring finger However, the publisher had not fact-checked the claims in advance – and they lacked substance. Baron Cohen's legal team then supplied video footage of one scene in question, plus email exchanges, script excerpts and testimony from producers and crew members, which illustrated that the scenes were actually all part of the script . As a result, the unfounded claims were removed wholesale from the autobiography in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. In a statement at the time, Baron Cohen said: 'While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.' Baron Cohen first rose to fame in the 1990s with his Ali G character, the infamous spoof wannabe gangster who became a comedy star. He also starred as Borat, a journalist from Kazakhstan, and played the role of flamboyant Austrian fashionista Bruno . 6 Isla shares three children with Sacha Credit: islafisher/Instagram 6 The pair first met in 2021 Credit: Getty Fellow actor Fisher appeared as Shannon Reed in long-running Australian soap Home and Away before moving to the big screen. Her breakthrough role came in Wedding Crashers in 2005, and she also starred in Confessions of a Shopaholic. She has also had a series of children's books published. Speaking earlier this year of their break-up, Fisher said: 'It's the most difficult thing that I've been through and I've learnt so much about myself in the process. I never imagined my family being separated but we are committed and loving parents.' Suggestions last year that the timing of the separation may have been linked to Wilson's unfounded claims also proved wrong – in fact Baron Cohen and Fisher had separated long before Wilson's book was published. A film source said: 'The idea that Rebel's claims had anything to do with the timing of the separation or announcement of Sacha and Isla's break-up was always plain wrong.' 6 The pair denied Rebel's claims had anything to do with the split Credit: Getty All the signs Isla and Sacha had secretly split The couple have revealed they actually split last year, despite only just revealing their divorce. Here we look at the Social media silence - Sacha has been absent from Instagram since last Christmas. Spending time with friends - Isla has been been following that classic post break-up move of spending more time with her girlfriends. Hidden ring finger - No fans noticed at the time, but in many Instagram shots from this year, Isla has hidden her right hand so her wedding finger was not visible in many shots. Missing man - The last image Isla shared of her and Sacha prior to the divorce announcement was back in November last year.
