The long-term sponsorship sees the Middle East firm become a global partner of Chelsea.
They will also see their logo splashed across the front of the team's shirts for the few remaining games of the season - having been blank since the start of the campaign.
But now Damac have confirmed they have designed the first-ever branded residence in collaboration with the Premier League club.
The Chelsea Residences is set to be erected in Dubai's Maritime City and "merges luxury lifestyle with world-class sporting heritage".

Damac say: "This landmark development features over 1,400 sea-facing units and a lifestyle that rivals match-day energy.
"Expect bold design, breathtaking views, and amenities inspired by the spirit of champions.
"The interiors exude modern sophistication with high-end finishes, state-of-the-art materials, and subtle Chelsea branding throughout.

"Residents will enjoy a rooftop football pitch, grand lion statues, and exclusive waterfront experiences such as an infinity sand pool, aqua gym, and a starlit spa.

There will even be a 'Chelsea football simulation room', 'Chelsea Lion beach' and the Blues badge on the rooftop pitch - making it the perfect home for any Blues fans based in the UAE.
The complex will be just 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
But they will not come cheap.
Prices start from £430,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
But the most expensive homes will set buyers back a whopping £1m.
It is not the first time Damac have collaborated with big brands - with their other projects including a Roberto Cavalli Tower and Paramount Hotel in Dubai - plus the Versace Tower in Nine Elms, London.

Jonny Evans makes surprise announcement on future after Man Utd release him

Jonny Evans has been released by Manchester United and the defender remains uncertain about what could come next in his career when he leaves the Red Devils this month Jonny Evans is in no rush to make a decision on his future after it was confirmed he would be released by Manchester United. The defender is set to see his contract expire at the end of the month with no renewal forthcoming. But despite the 37-year-old being firmly in the twilight of his career, no official announcement on a retirement has arrived, though he is expected to do so. The Northern Irish defender is set to reflect on his situation before making a decision over his next steps. ‌ Evans is set to end his second spell at Old Trafford having returned to the club in 2023 to take on a senior role in the dressing room and to provide additional depth in United's backline. The veteran probably played more than anticipated making 30 appearances in his first season back to see his contract extended by a further year. ‌ Evans was called upon less frequently last term in a difficult season and joins the likes of Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof in exiting the club. Tom Heaton remains in discussions over potentially extending his stay. It had been suggested Evans' departure could mark the end of his career, after Evans noted 'It was stay here or retire' last summer. The defender is yet to make plans however. "I'm not sure yet," Evans told BBC Sport NI when asked about his future . "I'll take a bit of time. I don't feel like I'm in a rush to do anything." In his eight years away from Manchester, Evans spent three years at West Bromwich Albion and five years at Leicester. The central defender added an FA Cup victory in 2021 to three Premier League titles, a Champions League, an FA Cup and two League Cup success across his two stints with the Red Devils. Evans earned 107 caps for Northern Ireland and provided some analysis on where the nation stands during his appearance on BBC. The ex-Sunderland loanee is hopeful his former boss, Michael O'Neill can lead the country to World Cup qualification. ‌ "When you've got Michael O'Neill in charge, he gives everyone a little bit of hope," said Evans, "He's taken the team to a major tournament before and if you want anyone in charge, it's him. "When I look at this team it reminds me of ourselves. He's playing five at the back and he has Isaac Price, he's on a good run of form. "You look throughout the team, you see Dan Ballard and Trai Hume getting promoted, they'll be playing Premier League football and that'll only be good for the team. I'm excited. Over the next couple of years I think we'll see them progress together." Join our new MAN UTD WhatsApp community and receive your daily dose of Manchester United content from Mirror Football. Sample and savour exciting wines during California Wine Month

This year, CWM will return with its flagship Sips of Summer event on June 21 and 22 at Soho House Hong Kong, promising a weekend of enjoying and celebrating California's wines. During the two-day event, attendees can sample and purchase over 50 different wines from the region, including coveted bottles unavailable in Hong Kong that will be flown in from California's finest sustainable vineyards. For those looking to expand their wine knowledge, the weekend wine fest also includes guided tasting sessions led by local and California's industry experts. Expect to hear from wine educators, sommeliers, and brand ambassadors as they share insights on each wine's unique characteristics and how they represent their terroirs. Additionally, Sips of Summer presents 'Wines on a Mission', a mini-exhibition and video theatre showcasing the Golden State's sustainable winemaking practices through four key elements – water, soil, energy, and community – that make California one of the world's spearheads of sustainable winegrowing. There'll also be live music performances from local musician OJ Reambillo to keep the atmosphere high all weekend long. Early-bird tickets to Sips of Summer are available for $180 each on Eventbrite, which include entry and a CWM-branded wine glass, a waterproof pouch, two $50 cash vouchers for purchases of $250 or above, and more. What's more, CWM will also be organising pop-up workshops, retail promotions, and tasting events at venues such as city'super, Watson's Wine, and Enoteca, among others throughout the summer.

Joao Felix becomes second Chelsea star stripped of squad number in clear message

Portugal international Joao Felix has struggled to find a club to call home in the past few years, and he would appear to be on the move again after his squad number was taken away Joao Felix's second spell at Chelsea seems destined for an inauspicious ending after the Portugal international saw his squad number given to new arrival Dario Essugo. Felix, still just 25, joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid last summer in a deal worth an initial £42million, but after 20 appearances in all competitions he was on the move again, joining AC Milan on loan for the remainder of the season in February. ‌ Now back at Chelsea, where he first arrived on loan from Atletico for the second half of the 2022-23 season, there would appear to be little prospect of Felix forcing his way into Enzo Maresca's first-team plans for next season after he saw his No.14 shirt handed to his Portuguese compatriot Essugo. ‌ The move is the latest twist in Felix's career, with the attacker seemingly destined for his fifth change of clubs in the last two-and-a-half years. Felix has become the second Chelsea player to see their shirt number taken from them this summer after winger Mykhailo Mudryk's No.10 was handed to talisman Cole Palmer, who vacates the No.20. Mudryk remains provisionally suspended from football for alleged doping, and hasn't kicked a ball for Chelsea since November. Essugo has arrived at Chelsea in an £18.5million deal and will go into the squad for this summer's Club World Cup. The Portugal under-21 international played 25 times for Sporting's youth team, and had loan spells as Portuguese side Chaves and La Liga outfit Las Palmas in the past two seasons. 'It's a big step to make in my early career,' said Essugo as he was unveiled by the Blues. 'Every player dreams of getting to a big club, and Chelsea is no exception. It's a massive club and I'm feeling proud and very happy to be here. ‌ 'Chelsea showed big interest in me. When that happens, you can't turn it down. When my Dad told me Chelsea were interested, I was very happy and here we are now.' Mamadou Sarr, another of Chelsea's new arrivals, has taken the No.19 shirt that was worn by Jadon Sancho during the past season, with the Englishman's loan spell from Manchester United having now ended. ‌ "I feel really good, it's like a dream for me," Sarr said after his move. "Since I was young, I dreamed of playing for a club like this. Chelsea are one of the biggest clubs in the world and I am very happy. "For me, Chelsea is the best club in London, one of the best clubs in England. Chelsea have a good project in place for young players. The supporters, the club, it's history and the stadium are all fantastic. It's an iconic club with a full history."
