'I am so proud to stand on this stage tonight as we recognize this brilliant performer for his commitment to the art of neck acting,' said former AFI Golden Trapezius recipient Arnold Schwarzenegger, who led the audience in a thunderous round of applause for the 52-year-old Rampage star and praised him as a 'a master of the Meisner acting technique.' 'Whether he's gulping on cue or simply using his neck to support his head, no one in Hollywood is more committed to their craft. Mr. Johnson, congratulations—you are a true scapular legend.' During an acceptance speech, Johnson's neck announced it was launching its own tequila brand.

Johnson, one of WWE and Hollywood's biggest stars, opened up about his health journey during a recent conversation with the man who saw him through to the other side in Dr. Mark Hyman. The 53-year-old, after years of dealing with the gut issue, had a conversation with former agent and longtime business partner Ari Emanuel about it at the end of 2023. I can't quite fix it. It's in my digestion,' Johnson said during 'The Mark Hyman Show.' 'I feel great — and that's the odd thing — but I just can't crack it.'' Emanuel, the CEO of Endeavor and WWE's parent company, TKO, mentioned seeing Hyman, who practices functional medicine. Advertisement The two eventually connected for a virtual visit. Johnson admitted he knew nothing about functional medicine, which, according to the Institute for Functional Medicine, provides a framework to systematically identify and address the underlying processes and dysfunctions that are causing imbalance and disease in each individual. 'You said, very succinctly, 'I'm not going to treat your symptoms. I'm going to go deeper than that and treat the root cause of what's going on,'' Johnson said. 'And I said, 'I love that.'' Getting to what was holding Johnson back took some heavy digging, Hyman noted. They did blood panels and a stool test, among other things, to get to the source of the problem. 'And I was thinking, 'Holy s–t, how am I going to get through this with my gut issues? I'm not digesting properly.'' Advertisement Luckily, Hyman was able to provide Johnson some relief, finding the issue began after he took multiple rounds of antibiotics, which messed with the bacteria in his gut. She considered the woman "very insistent" and "very disrespectful towards our marriage." She added that he also kept a ripped up love letter from the woman in a shoebox at their apartment. At one point, Gonzalez went through Johnson's phone and said she found a text from him referring to the woman that read "I want to (expletive) that person." "When I saw that my heart went to the floor. I felt like betrayed and disrespected," she said. "And then I remember calling him and telling him, 'how long has it been that you want to (expletive) this person.' And he was like, 'what are we talking about.'" Johnson denied any infidelity, adding that he would never jeopardize their marriage and said "that's how boys talk," according to Gonzalez. USA TODAY has reached out to Johnson for comment. 'Love is Blind' pair tried marriage counseling Gonzalez said that her husband felt that she had violated their trust and one day called her "stupid and an untrustworthy person." I mean, it never fails me," she said. She added that the two participated in couple's therapy but that she felt it was not working.
