SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Remember when you were a little girl and your mom used to dress you up for Easter in beautiful lace and ruffle dresses?
Remember the tights or those lace trimmed socks with the white or black patent mary jane shoes? Those big bows?
Let's turn the tables on a few thrifted adult easter outfits. WSAV resident thriftologist Sharon Simpson is here now to discuss newer Easter fashion trends.
We've become more relaxed in the way we dress for Easter, with comfort becoming a priority for church services these days.

Ohio Blvd Project discussion continues

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Dozens of residents attended the Terre Haute City Council Thursday night, as they discussed the proposed Ohio Boulevard Project. Brickyard Estates and Paddock at the Park is a proposed $70 million project. It will include single family homes and multi family units located between Ohio Boulevard and Edgewood Grove. The homes are slated to be part of 93 home subdivision of 1600 square feet and with a price between $350,000 to $400,000. There will also be 11, three story apartment complexes. Many residents voiced they agree with the housing side of the project, but not the apartment side. 'This proposal, the money it will need to be paid back over a 20 year span. And knowing that 20 years from now, think about what those apartments potentially could look like and how they may downgrade and be a detraction from the jewel of Ohio Boulevard and Deming Park,' Resident Heidi Isaia said. The proposal was tabled until June 12th. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.

On June 5, UBS increased the target price for Five Below, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIVE) to $160 from $110, while reiterating a Buy recommendation on the stock. The analysts largely attributed their decision to FIVE's robust recent performance. The stock has demonstrated promising momentum with a year-to-date increase of 15.51%. A family happily shopping for everyday items in a specialty retail store. The analysts mentioned many determinants of Five Below's solid performance and stressed that the company is capable of sustaining the momentum. Analysts think that Five Below's restrained projections about future trends could lead to a higher stock price. The analysts were convinced about Five Below, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIVE)'s growth capacity, regardless of the latest swings in the share price. They expect additional upside, thus justifying the higher price target. The analysts added that FIVE has seen solid sales trends, which also adds to the upgraded price target. Five Below is a popular discount retailer in the United States, offering a wide range of affordable home and lifestyle products, including apparel, personal care, decor, sports gear, tech accessories, and seasonal items.
