The total issue size aggregating up to Rs 5,000 crore comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 3,000 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 2,000 crore of face value of Rs 10 per equity share.

of the specified securities may be undertaken by the company, in consultation with the BRLMs, prior to the filing of the Red Herring Prospectus with the ROC for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 600 crore ('Pre-IPO Placement').
The Pre-IPO Placement, if undertaken, will be at a price to be decided by the company in consultation with the BRLMs. If the Pre-IPO Placement is undertaken, the amount raised from the Pre-IPO Placement will be reduced from the fresh issue, subject to the offer complying with rule 19(2)(B) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) rules, 1957, as amended ('SCRR'). As the month of June comes to an end, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to release the upcoming installment of PM Kisan in July. However, no official date or location of the event has been announced so far. Last year, PM Modi had released the 17th installment of PM-Kisan in June 2024. Many expected a similar timeline this year. Though the PM Kisan 20th installment is expected to be released in July, here are a tasks that the eligible farmers can complete to avoid missing the next tranche. 1. The last (19th) installment was issued in February 2025. The PM Kisan installment usually comes in February, June, and October. Many expected a similar timeline this year. However, this time, the 20th installment seems to have got delayed as there is no official announcement on the date so far. There have also been no official words on the reason why it is getting delayed this time. However, reports suggest that the amount will most likely be released in July by PM Modi at an event, which will be announced soon. How To Complete e-KYC? As the installment is expected to come soon, eligible farmers are required to complete before that to avoid payment failure. e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all PM Kisan beneficiaries. Without it, your name may be dropped from the beneficiary list. As per the scheme's official website, 'eKYC is MANDATORY for PMKISAN Registered Farmers." You can complete e-KYC in three simple ways: OTP-Based e-KYC: If your Aadhaar is linked to your mobile number, visit PM Kisan's website and verify using the OTP. Biometric e-KYC: Visit your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) for fingerprint authentication. Facial Authentication: A special facility for senior citizens and physically challenged farmers is now available at CSCs, allowing e-KYC through facial recognition. HDFC Bank has again cut its fixed deposit (FD) interest rates this month. This is the second rate cut in June 2025 for India's largest private bank. From June 25, 2025, the bank has lowered the interest rate on single FD tenures by 25 basis points (bps) for deposits below Rs 3 follows a similar cut made earlier on June 10, 2025, after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) reduced the repo rate by 50 bps, from 6% to 5.5%.WHICH FD TENURE IS AFFECTED?HDFC Bank has reduced the interest rate on FDs with a tenure of 15 months to less than 18 months. Earlier, this rate was 6.60% for general customers and 7.10% for senior citizens. Now, it is 6.35% for general customers and 6.85% for bank offers FD rates from 2.75% to 6.60% for the general public (for 18 months to less than 21 months) and 3.25% to 7.10% for senior citizens for amounts under Rs 3 FOR PREMATURE WITHDRAWALIf you need to break your FD early, remember that the bank charges a penalty. According to HDFC Bank's rules, if you withdraw your FD before maturity, you will get 1% less than the rate applicable for the period your money stayed with the bank, and not the original contracted ACCOUNT RATES ALSO REDUCEDAlong with the FD rate cut, HDFC Bank has also lowered the interest rate on all savings accounts. From June 24, 2025, the savings rate is down by 25 bps, i.e., from 2.75% to 2.50% per annum for all savings account interest is calculated daily and paid every three ABOUT RECURRING DEPOSITS?The bank's recurring deposit (RD) interest rates remain between 4.25% and 6.60% for general customers and 4.75% to 7.10% for senior citizens, depending on the deposit period. Sajjan Jindal-led JSW Paints ' Rs 12,915-crore deal to acquire Dutch paint maker Akzo Nobel's India unit is among the biggest transactions in the country so far this year. JSW Paints on Friday announced that it will buy a 74.76 per cent stake in Dulux paint-maker Akzo Nobel India for Rs 8,986 crore, followed by an open offer to buy another 25 per cent from open market for up to Rs 3,929.06 crore, totalling tad over Rs 12,915 crore. It is slightly behind Japan's Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp's acquisition of a 20 per cent stake in Yes Bank for Rs 13,483 crore announced last month. State Bank of India (SBI) along with seven other lenders, Axis Bank, Bandhan Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, agreed to sell their combined stakes aggregating 20 per cent in Yes Bank to Sumitomo Mitsui. The Sumitomo-Yes Bank deal was the largest cross-border investment in the Indian banking sector. Live Events Yet, the biggest so far this year is Bajaj group's deal to acquire long-time partner Allianz' 26 per cent stake in Bajaj Allianz life and general insurance for a total of Rs 24,180 crore announced in March. Under their share purchase agreements, Bajaj Finserv agreed to acquire a 26 per cent stake owned by Allianz SE of Germany in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company for Rs 13,780 crore and Rs 10,400 crore, respectively. The second biggest transaction this year is ONGC-NTPC Green's deal to acquire Ayana Renewable Power for an enterprise value of Rs 19,500 crore (USD 2.3 billion) announced in February. ONGC-NTPC Green Pvt Ltd (ONGPL), a 50:50 joint venture between ONGC Green Ltd and NTPC Green Energy Ltd, signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Ayana Renewable Power. Singapore-headquartered global investment firm Temasek's 10 per cent stake acquisition in Haldiram's for reported USD 1 billion is also among the top deals of 2025 so far. JSW Paints' acquisition of Akzo Nobel India will help JSW group expand its play in the paint segment, which it entered in 2019. It will make the company the fourth largest paints maker after Asian Paint, Berger and Kansai Nerolac. In last 5-6 years, several new players have entered the market, including Pidilite with Haisha Paints, Grasim with its Birla Opus. Besides, pipes and fittings manufacturer Astral acquired Gem Paints, and JK Cements entered the paints sector by acquiring Acro Paints.
