The woman was trapped in the vehicle after the driver's side door was crushed in the horror.
But footage showed Kelsall exiting his Vauxhall Corsa without even glancing in her direction.
Instead of getting help, the shameless 22-year-old was then filmed picking up a stash of £20 notes that had strewn across the debris.
He fled the scene along with three other passengers, who also failed to come to the woman's aid.
She was left with fractures to her pelvis, spine and fibula, along with an injury to her sternum.
Kelsall, 22, has now been jailed for three years after he pleased guilty to serious injury by dangerous driving and possessing Class A drugs.
In a victim impact statement, the woman said she was "mortified" when the driver fled.
She added: "The worst bit is that they were driving recklessly…and to hear they ran off. I didn't think there were any human beings who would act like that.
"You're entering into a loaded weapon when you get into a car - that's how I feel."
She also told how she bravely chose to share the footage to make other drivers "think twice".
The woman continued: "I could have died, it could have been so much worse.
"However, it's almost as bad as when you do die, because you still have the injuries, the pain and suffering, and the adjustments you have to make.
"I'm no longer independent - they've stolen that from me.
"He's stolen my independence and the last two years of my life."
Sheffield Crown Court heard the crash took place in May 2023 when Kelsall ignored a give way sign at a crossroads.
He was arrested two months later when he was found in possession of 26 wraps of cocaine.
As well as a jail term, Kelsall was banned from driving for three years.

Garo Jlitakryan, 32, admitted to attacking the 75-year-old inside the OAP's own home in Finland but claimed it was an act of self defence in court. The deadly fight took place in a flat in Seinajoki, western Finland, on July 29, last year, reports Finnish newspaper Iltalehti. A court previously heard how the elderly victim invited the cyclist back to his home after the pair met at a spa a day earlier. The Brit was bought a phone by his new friend as they made their way back to the flat, according to local reports. He later told investigators the pensioner said he "owed him a favour" after opening up the present. The cyclist refused but claimed he believed the man was referring to sexual acts. South Ostrobothnia District Court was then told the Brit took a short nap but when he woke up he "was tied up with bandages" and "couldn't move properly". The Brit alleged he was raped on the bed after waking up. Jlitakryan pleaded guilty to manslaughter, Southern Finland Newspapers reports, but cops found no evidence of illicit substances or materials that the pensioner victim could use to restrain the aggressor. Investigators also said the man was attacked as he was lying in bed, with crime scene images showing blood splattered up the walls. Prosecutors insisted on a 10-year sentence for the Brit after jurors found him to be culpable of murder, the news site added. The judge in the South Ostrobothnia court gave him 12 years today. Early on in the trial, Jlitakryan said he had been on a charity ride across Europe for the Help for Heroes charity. When he completed the bike ride, the Londoner said he met the pensioner at a spa in the town of Kauhava. He claimed the old man invited him back to his home and offered him work. Jlitakryan said in the trial: "He told me that if I helped him, he could give me sexual favours, but I didn't want sexual favours. I just wanted to rest and charge my phone. "We ate lunch together, which tasted terrible, then I fell asleep. When I woke up, I was tied with bandages, I couldn't move properly. "He then committed sexual acts on me and I couldn't escape. The ordeal was horrible. When it was over, he rolled next to me. "Then he started snoring and I decided to escape. I went to the kitchen and cut my ties there."

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) JULIO CESAR CHAVEZ JR has won his fight against addiction - now he must follow through on the promise he made to knock out Jake Paul. The son of Mexico's most beloved boxer has struggled with drink and drug abuse in the past - with trips in and out of rehab. He told SunSport: "Yes, it's an unbelievable feeling. Still good mentally and doing everything right, like training and staying sober. 'So that means for me everything, my lifestyle, I'm back and I like this life. I like the discipline. I like running, I like training. So yes, I feel great.' Chavez Jr once checked his father - the great Julio Cesar Sr - into rehab amid a crippling cocaine addiction which his dad said saved his life. The former middleweight world champion hit rock bottom in January 2024 when he was arrested in Los Angeles on gun charges. According to police, he unlawfully possessed two AR-style ghost rifles and was later freed from custody on a $50,000 bond. But Chavez Jr was forced to enter the residential treatment program - since turning his life around for the sake of his wife and two kids. 6 He said: 'I have had too many problems in the past with substances and drinking and things like that. 'So I have for a couple of years tried to stop but it's hard for me to stop alone. So I go to one of the places here after a problem that I had. Jake Paul admits heavyweight body transformation was 'brutal' and left him 'too fat' 'And after that, I'm continuously sober for the first time. I have been for one year a month. "I really don't remember my bad days and I enjoy these days.' Chavez Jr won the WBC title in 2011 - making three defences before losing it to Argentine Sergio Martinez - sparking inconsistent form. A lack of dedication has plagued the son of a legend throughout his career - but he claims to have committed more to this fight than any other. Chavez Jr said: "I'm training super hard like the old days and yes I'm taking this fight very seriously because it's a good fight. 'Every single fight, the next one is the biggest and the more pressure. In the past, yeah, of course, I have a little bit of a break. 'I'm so excited and I'm happy to stay here.' The 39-year-old shares daughter Julia and son Jr with wife Frida and he revealed his two kids know all too well about Paul and his celebrity circle. He said: "My kids are very young, they know Jake Paul and Logan Paul and KSI and these guys. And yes, it's good for me. "That's what motivates me for this fight because I wanna beat him and show how good a fighter I am for the new generation.' Chavez Jr revealed he made a promise to his children to KO Paul - who is the naturally bigger man at cruiserweight. He said: 'Yes. I want to knock him out. Remember, Jake is big. "So that's the main thing is trying to pressure him and more to the body and later on, start to knock him out.' 6 Chavez Jr with his daughter Julia Credit: instagram 6 Chavez Jr with his wife Frida and kids Credit: instagram
