According to early estimates on Sacnilk, the film earned approximately Rs 2.6 crore on its opening day, Friday, May 30, 2025, followed by around Rs 2.5 crore on the second day, bringing the two-day total to about Rs 5.1 crore net in India.
This marks a promising start for the film's theatrical run.
On its second day, 'Bhairavam' recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of nearly 25%, with the audience turnout varying throughout the day. Morning shows saw a lower occupancy of around 16.5%, which picked up significantly in the afternoon to about 25.7%. Evening shows maintained a steady 24.4%, while night shows peaked at over 33%, indicating strong interest from viewers during later screenings.

'Bhairavam' is a remake of the Tamil action drama 'Garudan'. The story revolves around three childhood friends, Seenu played by Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Varadha played by Nara Rohith, and Gajapathi portrayed by Manchu Manoj whose bond is tested by greed, power, and political intrigue in their rural village of Devipuram in Andhra Pradesh. Despite the initial release delay and controversies, the movie was able to find its footing with the audience. However, now with Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, and Abhishek Bachchan's 'Housefull 5' taking charge at the box office, 'Bhool Chuk Maaf' is losing its grip.
