Macron: If we abandon Gaza, let Israel do whatever it wants, we will lose our credibility

Saba Yemena day ago

Singapore - Saba:
French President Emmanuel Macron said on Friday that "if we abandon Gaza and let Israel do whatever it wants, we will lose our credibility."
The French president's remarks came at the opening of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Asia's largest defense and security forum.
In previous statements, Macron considered recognizing a Palestinian state not "just a moral obligation, but a political demand."
Macron said that Europeans must "toughen up our collective stance" toward Israel, especially if it does not provide a response that meets the humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip in the coming hours and days.
He added that in this case, the European Union should "implement its regulations and impose sanctions," referring to the partnership agreement between the 27 member states and Israel, which the bloc intends to review.

Intense zionist military movements in Tulkarm

Tulkarm – Saba: In the evening on Saturday, Zionist enemy forces intensified their military movements in the city of Tulkarm, including provocations against Palestinian citizens. The enemy vehicles stormed the main streets and residential neighborhoods of the city, blaring their horns in a provocative manner, deliberately driving against traffic, and obstructing the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, according to the official Palestinian News Agency. These movements were concentrated in the central market, Paris Street, the road leading to the Martyr Thabet Thabet Government Hospital, Al-Nuzha Street in the western neighborhood, as well as the southern and eastern neighborhoods. The enemy forces deployed infantry units in the city and set up sudden checkpoints around Martyr Thabet Thabet Roundabout, Abu Safiya Intersection, Fire Station Street, and the Gold Market, stopping vehicles and civilians for inspection and interrogation. These actions come amid the ongoing aggression against the city and its two camps (Tulkarm and Nur Shams) for the 125th day, alongside escalating field tensions and continuous Zionist military reinforcements, as well as a tight siege imposed on both camps. Earlier on Saturday, Israeli enemy media reported that sirens sounded in the settlements of "Ein Hashlosha" and "Nirim" near the Gaza border. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has been committing genocide crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 54,381 citizens, most of them children and women, and the injury of 124,054 others, according to a non-final toll. Thousands of victims remain under rubble and in the streets, with rescue and medical teams unable to reach them. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)

Dhamar.. Tribal armed rally in Jabal Al-Sharq District in support of Gaza

Dhamar - Saba: The tribes of "Al-Jum'ah" area in the center of Jabal Al-Sharq District, Dhamar province, organized an armed tribal rally on Saturday in solidarity with the Palestinian people, affirming their readiness to support the Yemeni armed forces in confronting aggression and its tools. The rally, attended by several executive leaders and social figures, featured chants expressing the steadfast stance of the Yemeni people in backing the Palestinian people in Gaza and condemning the massacres committed by the Zionist enemy in full view of the international community. Participants also denounced Zionist assaults on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the accompanying Arab and Islamic inaction. A statement issued during the rally praised the heroic operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces against the Zionist entity and the victories achieved against the American enemy. It called for more deterring strikes against the Zionist enemy to force it to halt its aggression and lift the siege on Gaza. The statement renewed the pledge to go beyond mere condemnation of repeated insults against the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the crimes of desecrating Al-Aqsa Mosque, emphasizing the need for practical jihadist steps. It affirmed that the criminal Zionist entity will never enjoy peace or stability as long as occupation, aggression, and siege persist in Gaza and Palestine. Participants declared their full readiness to support the armed forces in the battle of the "Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad," continuing to hold open military training courses to supply the fronts with fighters and support convoys.
