AI Demand Fuels Enterprise SSD Growth; 3Q25 NAND Flash Prices Likely to Rise Further
TrendForce's latest investigations reveal that continued AI investments by major North American CSPs are expected to drive a significant increase in enterprise SSD demand in the third quarter of 2025. The enterprise SSD market is likely to shift toward undersupply with finished product inventory levels remaining low, supporting a potential price increase of up to 10% QoQ.
TrendForce notes that earlier this year, suppliers adopted a conservative production strategy as they gradually brought the NAND Flash market back into supply-demand balance. However, the introduction of new U.S. reciprocal tariff policies in early April disrupted the market's momentum in Q2 and introduced volatility into price trends. Although some PC manufacturers accelerated shipments in Q2, it failed to substantially boost overall demand for NAND Flash products. Meanwhile, persistent weakness in the retail market has prompted suppliers to tighten capacity controls even further.
Nonetheless, demand for storage has recently picked up. This surge is partly driven by the shipment of high-end AI servers such as NVIDIA's GB200, and partly by increased HDD orders since early this year—signaling a broader trend of enterprise infrastructure expansion. Both SSDs and HDDs are expected to benefit from rising enterprise capital expenditures with steady server deployments by CSPs, ushering in a new wave of order growth.

Here's how Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa can earn up to $23 million annually
Here's how Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa can earn up to $23 million annually Show Caption Hide Caption Stellantis: Major brands, global reach, challenges for automaker Explore the history of Stellantis, the automotive giant formed in 2021 through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group. Stellantis' new CEO Antonio Filosa will earn at least $4 million annually in his first two years at the helm, rising to up to $23 million a year from 2028, including bonuses, a document showed, although his remuneration will be lower than predecessor Carlos Tavares. Filosa officially becomes CEO of the owner of brands such as Chrysler, Peugeot and Jeep at the end of this month, tasked with turning around the carmaker's performance and recovering lost U.S. market share. He will receive an annual base pay of $1.8 million, a company document issued ahead of a July 18 extraordinary general meeting showed, just below the 2 million euros ($2.3 million) granted to his predecessor Tavares. On top of his starting salary, Filosa will pocket annual bonuses worth up to 400% of his base pay, based on the achievement of financial and business plan objectives set out by the company. Note to the next Stellantis CEO: Your first order of business, kill these 4 brands Filosa, formerly Stellantis' North American chief, will also be granted shares as long-term incentives (LTI), based on the company's performance, starting from up to 500% of his salary this year and up to a maximum of 780% from 2027. Until the potential LTIs are paid, in 2028, the company will provide the top manager a cash award of $1.2 million each year. Tavares, who abruptly resigned as CEO last December due to disagreements with the board over strategy, pocketed a final 35 million euro compensation package, despite a dramatic plunge in sales and profit and broken relationships with suppliers, dealers and investors. In 2023, when Stellantis reported record results, Tavares earned a total of 36.5 million euros. Filosa will also benefit from the company's U.S. health care and retirement plans and tax equalization benefits, as well as having access to other fringe benefits such as the personal use of the company's aircraft and vehicles, personal security and annual medical checkups. Filosa's term will be for five years, "to ensure leadership stability and maximize the ability of the company to respond effectively to profound and prolonged industry change," according to the document. Filosa will be appointed an executive board member at the July 18 EGM. Tavares was also appointed CEO for five years but left after just under four years. Zacks Investment Ideas feature highlights: Serve Robotics, Uber Technologies and Nvidia
Chicago, IL – June 6, 2025 – Today, Zacks Investment Ideas feature highlights Serve Robotics Inc. SERV, Uber Technologies UBER and Nvidia NVDA. Few investors have even heard of Serve Robotics Inc., yet the coming weeks could push this micro-cap onto every AI and robotics watch-list. Spun out of Uber Technologies in 2021, the company's bright-blue sidewalk robots have already logged tens of thousands of autonomous deliveries, but the real inflection point is just ahead. Management has begun a nationwide roll-out with Uber Eats, most recently adding the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, and is racing toward a contractual goal of deploying 2,000 units before year-end. SERV stock has been on a rocky path over the last two years, marked by fits of big rallies, selloffs and high volatility. But now, it appears the catalysts are aligning. Along with the Uber rollout, Serve sales growth is expected to inflect significantly higher in the coming quarters, while the stock price is building powerful momentum. With the robotics theme really grabbing attention in the last couple of weeks, and the technology suddenly gaining practical application, Serve Robotics Inc. stock may be about to take off. Although Serve Robotics still operates at a loss, sales are expected to meaningfully pick up over the next year. Current year sales are forecast to come in around $5 million, while next year is expected to jump 670% to $41.2 million. However, with the unprecedented opportunity ahead in the robotics industry, even those forecasts could be understated. Notably, Serve Robotics is hosting an annual meeting on June 12th, which could mark a major announcement and add to the upside catalysts in the stock. I began writing about the opportunities in robotics stocks just a couple of weeks ago as the theme is quickly picking up steam. While high-profile names like Nvidia are the obvious plays, lesser-known companies like Serve Robotics offer investors a non-consensus way to capture more asymmetric upside in this rapidly evolving space. That said, Nvidia remains a core opportunity. The company has made its ambitions in robotics clear, aiming to dominate the category just as it has in artificial intelligence. Its expanding microprocessor platform is designed to power everything from warehouse bots to autonomous delivery systems, placing Nvidia at the center of the AI-robotics-automation nexus. Meanwhile, Uber Technologies has quietly become one of the most forward-thinking players in automation. Through its partnership with Serve Robotics for sidewalk delivery and its growing relationship with Waymo on the ride-hailing front, Uber is leveraging cutting-edge technology to redefine logistics. As I have noted, SERV stock has really begun to pick up steam in the last couple of months. After bottoming in early April, along with the broader market, the stock has gone on a quick 130% run. Over the last few days, SERV has been forming a clear technical bull flag, highlighting a potentially opportune time to start buying the stock. If it can trade materially above the $12.30 level, it would signal a technical breakout, and could lead to another sustained bull run. Serve Robotics Inc. isn't for the faint of heart. As a small-cap stock with limited liquidity and a short trading history, SERV has been prone to dramatic price swings. However, for those who can stomach the ups and downs, SERV may represent one of the most compelling high-risk, high-reward opportunities in the AI and robotics space. The company is targeting a real, tangible use case, last-mile delivery, and is executing alongside a blue-chip partner in Uber Technologies. Sales growth is accelerating, momentum is building, and investor awareness is only just beginning to catch up. In a market hungry for the next big breakthrough, Serve Robotics offers something rare: early-stage exposure to a real-world robotics deployment with massive scaling potential. For speculative investors looking to ride the next wave of automation, this stock may be worth a serious look. Top Wall Street analysts believe in the potential of these stocks despite macro woes
Macro uncertainty is keeping the market volatile, but investors ought to keep their focus on stocks that can provide compelling long-term returns. Top Wall Street analysts' recommendations can help inform investors as they pick the right stocks that can weather short-term pressures with solid execution and generate impressive returns over the long term. With that in mind, here are three stocks favored by the Street's top pros, according to TipRanks, a platform that ranks analysts based on their past performance. Semiconductor giant Nvidia (NVDA) is this week's first stock pick. The company reported market-beating results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026. Despite chip export restrictions, Nvidia remains confident about the demand for its artificial intelligence infrastructure. Following the Q1 print, JPMorgan analyst Harlan Sur reiterated a buy rating on Nvidia stock with a price target of $170. The analyst noted that the company delivered solid revenue despite lost sales related to the H20 chip export restrictions on shipments to China. However, NVDA's margins and EPS were hit by the $4.5 billion write-down related to H20 inventory write-downs. Excluding H20 shipments, Sur projects that the July quarter data center revenue is growing at about 16% quarter over quarter, driven by continued robust spending by customers on their AI/accelerated compute projects and persistent strength in production and deployment ramp of Nvidia's Blackwell platform. The analyst added that the demand for Nvidia's Blackwell platform is very strong and is expected to continue to surpass supply for many quarters. Sur believes that management has good visibility for solid growth through calendar year 2026, backed by recent mega data center deals (including those with UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan) and the end of the diffusion rule. Overall, Sur concluded that Nvidia is staying ahead of competitors with its silicon, hardware and software platforms and an impressive ecosystem, "further distancing itself with its aggressive cadence of new product launches and more product segmentation over time." Sur ranks No. 38 among more than 9,600 analysts tracked by TipRanks. His ratings have been profitable 66% of the time, delivering an average return of 23.4%. See Nvidia Ownership Structure on TipRanks. We move to cybersecurity company Zscaler (ZS). The company's results for the fiscal third quarter surpassed expectations, fueled by the demand for its Zero Trust Exchange platform and the growing need for AI security. In reaction to the upbeat results, JPMorgan analyst Brian Essex reaffirmed a buy rating on Zscaler stock and boosted the price target to $292 from $275, saying, "We are encouraged by the strength in the quarter, particularly when off-calendar peers seemed to struggle with macro headwinds a bit more than expected." The analyst noted that Zscaler raised its full-year outlook for revenue, profitability and billings. He explained that the company's performance was backed by encouraging contributions from emerging products like Zero Trust Everywhere, Data Security Everywhere and Agentic Operations. In fact, these emerging products are approaching $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Essex noted that large customer momentum continued to be solid in Q3 FY25, with the number of customers with over $1 million of ARR increasing 23% year over year, keeping Zscaler on track to exceed $3 billion of ARR in the fiscal fourth quarter. He emphasized that macro commentary was better than anticipated, as management stated that the company didn't witness a "softer April," though IT budgets remain tight. Commenting on Zscaler's Red Canary acquisition, Essex views this deal as encouraging, given that it is expected to enable the company to leverage the IP (intellectual property) and threat intel capabilities of Red Canary. Essex ranks No. 652 among more than 9,600 analysts tracked by TipRanks. His ratings have been successful 58% of the time, delivering an average return of 12.6%. See Zscaler Hedge Fund Trading Activity on TipRanks. Customer relationship management software provider Salesforce (CRM) recently reported better-than-projected revenue and earnings for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 and raised its full-year forecast. The company also announced the acquisition of data management company Informatica for $8 billion. Following the results, TD Cowen analyst Derrick Wood reiterated a buy rating on CRM stock with a price target of $375. Wood noted that the company's Q1 FY26 revenue and current remaining performance obligations surpassed expectations. "We think its renewed focus on accelerating sales capacity growth is a strong demand signal & should unlock higher growth next year," said Wood. The analyst highlighted that AI adoption is ramping for Salesforce, with Data Cloud and AI ARR rising more than 120% year over year and reflecting strong early traction for the company's Agentforce offering. Wood noted that 30% of net new Agentforce bookings came from existing customers expanding their usage. The analyst stated he is encouraged by the scale and velocity of Data Cloud, which he considers to be a leading indicator of Agentforce adoption as customers gear up to power agentic workflows. Wood contends that with margins now in the mid-30% range, Salesforce is focusing more on growth by re-deploying AI cost savings. Notably, the company is increasing its workforce more aggressively, following a flat sales headcount in the last two to three years. The analyst sees this as a signal of positive demand, with management indicating that pipelines are growing by the double-digits. Wood ranks No. 176 among more than 9,600 analysts tracked by TipRanks. His ratings have been profitable 62% of the time, delivering an average return of 14.8%.
