Sunshine and cooler-than-normal temperatures are expected in Ottawa over the next two days, with warmer temperatures set to arrive next week.
Environment Canada's forecast calls for highs of 20 C today and Friday, and a daytime high of 19 C on Saturday. The normal temperatures for this time of year are a high of 24 C and a low of 13 C.
Ottawa will see a mix of sun and clouds today. High 20 C.
Partly cloudy tonight. Low 8 C.
It will be mainly sunny on Friday with increasing cloudiness late in the day. High 20 C.
Environment Canada says Ottawa will see showers Friday night, but there is no word on when the rain will begin. The Ottawa Redblacks host their home opener Friday night at TD Place.
