41 Gadgets And Gizmos That'll Make You Feel Like You're Living In The Future

41 Gadgets And Gizmos That'll Make You Feel Like You're Living In The Future

Buzz Feed22-03-2025

1. An outlet light for anyone who has accidentally walked into a wall one (or two) times too many when getting up in the middle for a glass of water — this lil' gadget will subtly light your way without the need for a bulkier option.
Amazon
Promising review:"I don't like night-lights because they take up the wall outlet, so this was the perfect solution. I put it in the guest bath and at night with the bathroom door open this provides just enough light to guide a person to the bathroom without blinding them. I ended up putting two on my hallway switches as well. What a great product." — LMK
Get it from Amazon for $22.98+ (available in four colors and three sizes).
2. A solar-powered bird feeder with a built-in AI-powered camera that'll show you a live video of your new feathered friends as they snack away and promptly tell you what kind of species they are! Your productivity is about to go waaaaay down — but you'll learn so much about birds (which is more important than getting your laundry done, right?)
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review:"I bought one for my girlfriend for Christmas and ended up having to buy one for my mother-in-law and my mother because they liked it so much. Quality construction, does everything a ring camera does and so much more. Identifies all of the birds, stores everything so you can go back and watch the videos. Great price point. We love our bird camera!!" — Joseph Mikula
Get it from Amazon for $99.99 (available in four colors).
3. A portable HP photo printer that'll make you the most popular person at any party — it can connect to multiple devices, so your friends can easily print their pics while you're out having a good time. The printed photos have sticky backings that make them easy to display (or place around your pal's house as a prank 😉).
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review:"I was tired of running to the store for a few pictures and waiting for half an hour. This is what I decided to try and it was super easy — a no-brainer. I loved it and it didn't take much effort to make a project for my kids." — Monrudee kavan
Get it from Amazon for $79.99+ (available in five colors and as a starter bundle).
4. An alarm clock on wheels you'll quickly develop a complicated relationship with — it'll roll around, jump, shake, make robotic sounds and essentially just annoy you until you *finally* have to get out of bed, tackle it, and start your day.
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Clocky is a small business!
Promising review:"My friends and family all know how terrible I am at waking up in the morning. Every alarm clock I have ever used has been defeated by my quick 'hit snooze button' reflexes. So much so I find myself rushing for the door more often than I'd like. All that changed when I found Clocky. CLOCKY WORKS! Clocky moves so I can't get comfortable or used to where the snooze button is placed. I easily carry Clocky to any room in the house I choose to get cozy, relax, and watch some TV 'til I fall asleep on a work night. I LOVE CLOCKY and highly recommend giving it a chance because you will fall in love with the results. I am now actively waking up at the original time I set my alarm to and also staying up so I can have a productive day. Get Clocky and save your day! ☆☆☆☆☆" — Valued Customer
Get it from Amazon for $35.99 (available in seven colors).
5. A Bluetooth scrolling remote that'll take your laziness trait to the next level but leave you feeling smug at the same time for working smarter, not harder. You can set this bad boy up, get under your covers, and enjoy some seriously cozy, hands-free scrolling.
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
This nifty gadget also works with a Kindle and can also pair with a phone camera to take photos or video from up to 33 feet away.
Promising review:"Life changing. I'm a lazy girl who is way too obsessed with TikTok. This little remote makes it possible to just set my phone down, get cozy under a blanket and do it allll with my thumb under the covers. I'm sooo happy with this. It's a little tight on my finger but I just wear it a little higher where it isn't uncomfortable. It was very easy to set up for my Android device. It takes a USB-C charger (provided) and idk. I just love it. I'll probably buy these for the rest of my life." — Allison
Get it from Amazon for $19.99 (available in six colors).
6. A Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced parents will be able to rely on to help them make their baby a bottle in a flash — which is *much* appreciated when they're screaming their head off because they've decided they're hungry. I've literally told every single parent or parent-to-be in my life that THIS machine is what's keeping me going — it is the light of my life (next to my kids, of course).
The number one item I simply could not live without is the Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced. Literally I would happily spend my last penny on this product because it has made that much of a difference in my life over the last few years.
It's essentially a Keurig for baby bottles. It has the capability of mixing formula with the proper amount of water and dispensing it at the *perfect* temperature for baby. It has a button on it so I can easily choose how many ounces I want for a bottle, depending on how recently the baby has eaten sometimes we need only need 2 oz instead of 4 oz, etc. The bottle settings will stay in place so while my baby is screaming (she gets hangry!) I just have to place a bottle under the dispenser and hit the 'start' button. It's so easy I can literally do it with one hand while holding her.
The spout has to be cleaned every four bottles, which I just do with hot water and a paper towel, and the water needs to be refilled once a day (like a Keurig). Other than that, all I have to do is ensure the formula container is filled. My husband set it up like a baby bar cart in the nursery so we don't have to stumble down our stairs to the kitchen while bleary-eyed and half asleep in the middle of the night. It really is a godsend and I don't know what I'd do without it!
Get it from Amazon for $198.
7. And a Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro, because why not add another gadget into the mix? This magical machine washes, sterilizes, AND dries bottles, breast pump parts, and other accessories with natural steam. Take it from someone who genuinely knows — this will save you SO much time so you can do one of the other million things on your to-do list instead of hangin' out with a bottle brush.
When I had my first child I used the Baby Brezza Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer, which is absolutely fantastic, but still had to hand wash and scrub the bottles before popping them into the machine. This new FANTASTIC model takes that completely out of the equation. I got it before having my daughter and it has truly changed my life — not an exaggeration. I haven't used a bottle brush ONCE and she's almost 8 months old! It has six different cleaning modes, but I always use the 88-minute one that does all three features. The only somewhat downside is you'll need to purchase detergent tablets, but I promise you it's worth it.
Here's what you'll need to do: fill the front partition of the machine with your bottles/nipples (or pump parts, whatever) and drop the detergent tablet into the bottom. Next, empty any water from previous cycles from the water basin and replace it back in the machine. Finally, fill the top container with clean (I used filtered) water up to the max line mark, then pop that back in as well. Choose which cycle you want to run and, BOOM, you're done! The whole water dumping/refilling process probably takes about...... five minutes? It is a bit bulky, so rather than keep ours in the kitchen we leave on top of our washing machine. It's also worth noting it holds four bottles at once, so we typically need to run it twice a day. TL;DR: It's a miracle machine.
Get it from Amazon for $299.99.
8. A compact Kindle for any lit lover with such a long TBR list that your nightstand simply can't contain it anymore — this option will let you continue to expand your shelf virtually and take your book on-the-go without taking up too much precious space in your bag that's already filled the brim with old receipts, hand sanitizer, mints, an old granola bar, the list goes on.
I have a Kindle and surprisingly have become a big fan of it — especially when traveling. While I absolutely prefer a hardcover book, it's nearly impossible to put more than two (which is a stretch in itself) in my suitcase along with my clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc. I read most of my books these days through the Libby app (all you need is a library card for access) which can be used via your phone or Kindle. No need to spend tons of money on novels when I simply am not someone who rereads them! I like that I can use this one near water without fear of it getting destroyed (yikes).
Promising review: "Love the new Kindle! It's a perfect carry and go size, it is so easy to use and set up took less than 5 minutes! The screen is clear and it is easy to switch between light and dark mode. The matcha color is also a huge plus! I am so pleased with this new purchase!" — Amazon Customer
Get it from Amazon for $109.99 (available in two colors and with or without ads/ a Kindle Unlimited subscription).
9. A self-adhesive SwitchBot Smart Switch Button Pusher you'll likely want to buy for every single switch in your home (apologies) as you'll be able to use it to transform *any* device into a smart one! Once you set it up, you'll be able to use Google, Alexa, or an app on your phone to control it. Technology, man.
Reviewers love this because it doesn't require you to "smart enable" other parts of your home. I need to get one of these for my husband who drags himself out of bed every morning to turn on his espresso machine.
Promising review:" This little bot has vastly improved my quality of life! I've stickered it to my air conditioner unit in two separate apartments, and it's made controlling the room temp a breeze (no pun intended). Do note, in order to use it with Alexa, you will need a separate component. That said, you can control it within its own app as is. I highly recommend getting it set up with Alexa, though. It automatically paired with Alexa, and it works off of Bluetooth, so it's super easy to detect and set up. It's exactly what I wanted!" — Danny Conner
Get it from Amazon for $29+ (available in white and black).
10. A toothbrush holder and dispenser, because mornings are hard enough to cope with so you might as well mount this bad boy and let it dispense your toothpaste for you. It's the little things!
Amazon
Promising review:"I love this item! I saw it originally on TikTok and thought it would be perfect for our bathroom! We have one bathroom upstairs and five people who use it. This cleared up so much counter space for us! There are ventilation holes where the cups go to help make sure they dry properly. The toothpaste dispenser has really been working to get every last drop out of the tube. Would definitely recommend for a family or kids bathroom. There is also a little storage compartment behind the toothpaste that is great for extra brushes, cotton swabs, or flossers." — Sariyah J
Get it from Amazon for $15.99+ (available in four colors).
11. A high-tech trash can you'll probably cry tears of joy over if you hate germs, because now you'll never have to physically touch the garbage can again.
Simplehuman also makes custom-fit liners for each of their trash cans, which fit perfectly in the can's back compartment and conveniently dispenses from inside the can. I have this very garbage can and often finding myself awkwardly waving my hand over OTHER ones expecting them to magically open like mine does. Oops.
Promising review:"It looks sharp and is so convenient. I love how well the trash bags fit, how the lid keeps the bag hidden, and that the bin stores the spare bags in a handy little compartment. The step lid seems sturdy, closes quietly, and keeps odors contained. The snug bag fit also ensures trash fills the bag well, instead of awkwardly. The 45-liter size is perfect for our two-person home and holds more than I thought it would. We're no longer overfilling our bin and changing the bag is an absolutely breeze since you don't have to totally remove the larger lid — you just flip it up. I'm so happy with this trash can." — Sally Bidwell
Get it from Amazon for $119.99+ (available in three sizes and colors).
12. A reusable smartnotebook to seamlessly combine your love of handwritten notes with the ease of taking them digitally (here's to you, Rocketbook app!). As you write in this seemingly magical notebook your notes will *also* be recorded in the app. Is it 2025 or 3025?
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
This set includes the notebook, a Pilot Frixion pen, and a microfiber cloth to wipe it all away. Once wiped away they'll be transported through cloud services with the Rocketbook app, which is available for both iOS and Android.
Promising review:"Love my Rocketbook Fusion! I thought this looked cool and so I ordered one. Then I joined a group on social media that is for owners of Rocketbooks and my brain has been blown. There is soooooo much one can do with these notebooks! I am loving having it to take notes while I'm on a Zoom call for work. I am more engaged and I process more when I'm taking notes in writing. I've always had stacks of notebooks. Small ones for different projects at work. Another for personal thoughts. Another for a nonprofit I'm on the board of. Of course a planner or two for good measure. Now I have one. One thin notebook. And several fun pens... Now I can meal plan, project track, journal, and take notes all in one place! Rocketbook also puts out some great videos with ideas on how to personalize the pages for your individual needs. Possibilities are endless!" — Nikola Sievert
Get it from Amazon for $28.99+ (available in two sizes and in 14 colors).
13. An undetectable laptop mouse jiggler that'll slide right into a USB port so you can sneak away to catch your breath and grab a coffee without anyone wondering why you've been offline for so long.
www.amazon.com, Amazon
Promising review:"Saves me from auto logouts! My brother recommended this handy gadget. I work from home and have three monitors. When I leave my desk for lunch, the computer goes to sleep and when I come back, everything is logged out and whatever was on three monitors ends up on two. SO frustrating. This is programmable for three settings and I use it on the minimal movement so when I come back, everything is just as I left it. Revolutionary! Just remember to turn it on!" — Isaiah
Get it from Amazon for $8.99.
14. An electric potato peeler to transform spuds into mashed potatoes at record speed. If for some bizarre reason you *don't* want potatoes with every meal, it'll also work on other fruits 'n' veggies like like apples and kiwis.
www.youtube.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review:"Love it! It's light and easy to use. When I use a potato peeler I was always peeling too much potato with the peel. This blade is fine and only gets the skin, in seconds. Except for the 'poles' of the potato, but I don't mind. It's easy to clean if you have a sprayer to just rinse off the spikes where you insert your potatoes. Small enough and doesn't take up much room." — yestfl
Get it from Amazon for $19.98.
15. Motorized custom shades that'll help you make even the sunniest of days into cozy ones fit for movie marathons — all you'll have to do is click your remote or ask Alexa or Google to lower them for you!
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review: "While a bit spendy, these blinds are great! The customer service is impeccable, and they are very responsive and were able to work with my poor measuring skills to get me sorted with a new set that only required a motor swap! After doing it twice because I put the reset button the wrong way, I'm back installed, and they work great!!!! Thank you!!" — Johnny X.
Get them from Amazon for $153.99+ (available in 14 colors; all orders are custom sized).
16. A chic Aura picture frame with the ability to display a seemingly endless number of photos that can be added by everyone in your family thanks to its easy-to-use app! Send everyone in your life an invite and grant them the ability to upload pics to your frame (if you dare).
Aura is a small business! My husband and I have one of these in our home (our daughter, who is 9-months-old cries whenever my husband shows up on the screen because she's obsessed with him) and have also gifted it to his grandparents and both of our parents. We're diehards for this digital frame, to say the least. Instead of sending everyone updated photos of the grandkids (my kids) directly, I was able to create one album that automatically updates onto their frames. Everyone feels in the loop and is constantly commenting about how much they love being able to see the kids daily. You can also invite other people to upload their photos/videos to the Aura app — and there is unlimited storage on each frame!
Promising review:"I had been looking for years for something just like this! Not only is this a very clear picture frame, the app it uses is exactly what I wanted for my parents. Somewhere that the whole family could leave pictures and notes to each other privately. It's like a personal Instagram for only my family. The initial set up was rather difficult but not a single issue after that. We have been using this frame and app for nearly one year and it has worked flawlessly. I was worried about spending so much money on a digital frame and it not being what I wanted. But this is a true piece of quality and worth every penny." — Nicole
Get it it from Amazon for $139+ (available in nine colors).
17. A robotic vacuum, because you and I both know you don't want to spend a weekend morning trying to conquer all of the pet hair, debris, and other unexplainable messes that have found their way into your home. Kick your feet up, put on a podcast, and let this lil' gadget do its thing.
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
This robo vac can easily move between hard floors and low- to medium-pile carpets/rugs and can pick up all the accumulated dust, dirt, and hair while you go about your day. It has an infrared sensor to avoid knocking into obstacles (like furniture and walls) and drop-sensing tech so it won't fall down stairs and off ledges. And if it starts to run low on battery, it'll just return to its base for a recharge! Reviewer do recommend keeping stray items like socks and cords off the floor before running this.
Promising review:"This robot vacuum is incredible! I have three dogs and a cat; this vacuum is a time saver. I run it each day and it has done an incredible job of keeping pet hair, dirt and debris picked up in my home. Works well on carpet, hardwood, and tile floors. Wish I had purchased it sooner!" — t. hampton

20. A bagless, touchless stationary vacuum that'll fantastically suck up all the dust and debris you sweep its way — Rosie from The Jetsons is shaking!!!
www.amazon.com, Amazon
Promising review:"This is my second EyeVac. I use it in my salon. It is very difficult to sweep up tiny fragments of hair with a regular dustpan and broom. The eyevac eliminates that problem- all the small particles are sucked into the machine. And it is quite easy to dump out when it is full!" — Christy Palmer

It was so worth it — even though the price may seem higher compared to other sellers, this is for sure a good investment piece. The quality is top notch, the strap that goes around your head is comfortable, and most importantly, the duration of each mode is long enough that it doesn't interrupt your rest. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable, travel pouch, keychain holder, quick-start guide, and a manual.
Twelve South is a small business that has been creating innovative tech accessories since 2009.
BuzzFeed editor Chelsea Stuart has this gadget and is a fan:
" Last year I splurged on some AirPod Maxes and for the amount of money I threw down on them, I was determined to get as much use out of them as possible and that included on plane rides. With the AirFly Pro, I can connect my headphones via Bluetooth and use the seat-back screen without having to fiddle with the free wired headphones they hand out that 1.) have horrible sound quality and 2.) don't fit my ears in the slightest (I swear my ear canals are tiny or something??)."
Get it from Amazon for $54.99+ (available in three models).
24. A sunrise alarm clock to wake you up so pleasantly you'll forget for a second that you're in your own room and likely running late for work instead of naturally rising with the sun at a beachside resort.
www.amazon.com
This lovely lil' gadget has seven different light settings, calming "wake up" noises, and can be set to gradually get brighter at 30, 20, or 10 minutes.
Promising review:"I got this recommendation from TikTok and it really has helped especially with Oregon winters where the sun is not out by the time the alarm rings. It has several peaceful alarm settings and even has night music to put you to sleep. The sunrise with the alarm piano is what I play to wake me up every morning and it is a way better way than to wake up to an annoying phone alarm." — Amazon Customer

26. A Samsung TV that'll disguise itself as an elegant picture frame when it's not in use so you can *finally* live out your dream of treating your home like a museum. Are we at the Louvre or your one-bedroom apartment? I can barely tell the difference!
Mallory Mower / BuzzFeed, Sally Elshorafa / BuzzFeed
I own this TV and absolutely adore it — it's really helped tie my living room together and I love swapping out the "picture" we display on it for each season.
BuzzFeed writer Mallory Mower has and loves her frame TV as well. She said:
"This is honest and truly the best splurge I have ever made. It has massively upgraded the look in my living room. My husband loves the photography options and I love all the classical paintings – as someone who loves changing up my decor, being able to update the display images has been so fun. The quality is fantastic while watching movies and TV...but I'm pretty sure I love it as a piece of art in my home even more."
BuzzFeed Home Editor Sally Elshorafa is a fan:
"This TV was such a splurge for me, but I got it on sale last Cyber Monday so I at least got a really good deal. I love, love, love that when it's not on it looks like a realistic piece of art. There's so many different pieces of art to choose from — from contemporary photography to classic works from the greats like Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh. You can pick the style and color of the mat, too. When it comes to watching TV, it's crystal clear. I should note that I got a custom brown bezel because I'm extremely extra when it comes to interior design."
27. An electric waterproof bubble massage mat complete with a built-in heater and an aroma clip for essential oil aromatherapy. Just imagine how wonderful this will feel after a long workout or a long day.
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising review:" This product provides a great massage technique for my back muscles. I experience a lot of pain and tension in my shoulders. And I have chronic pain in my lower back. I also like the aromatherapy pad. What a great, soothing, and relaxing experience for the low cost." — Octavia

28. A Nanit monitor and wall mount to help you keep a watchful eye on your babe while they sleep — you can also easily see stats on how long they've been asleep or if they're standing and not-so-patiently waiting for you to come scoop 'em up.
I switched to the Nanit monitoring system when my daughter was born because the app has an incredible split-screen option that lets me watch both kiddos at once — it's been a game changer. It's super easy to set up, and once you've done so, there's nothing more to do but the occasional software update. The app itself is simple: it shows you a view of your kiddo's crib, notes how long they've been asleep, if they're crying, or if they're standing. The audio and picture are so clear (including the night mode), and the camera itself is unobtrusive to my kids' rooms' decor. I also love that even if I'm out (rarely) I can check in on my sleeping babies for some peace of mind.
Promising review:"This baby monitor is an absolute parenting game-changer — a solid 10/10 in every possible way! The seamless synchronization with your phone, even when you're away from home, is revolutionary. The real-time alerts for sound and motion keep you informed about every move your little one makes. The standout feature is the ability to meticulously track your baby's sleep patterns, capturing every waking moment, putting down, and sweet falling asleep. Revisiting memories of your baby sleeping is an emotional treasure, and the expert advice on optimizing sleep for your child is a priceless addition. If you seek a baby monitor that seamlessly integrates advanced technology with practical parenting insights, look no further. This monitor has elevated my parenting journey, offering unparalleled peace of mind and heartwarming memories. A resounding 10/10!" — Savannah Wooden
Get it from Amazon for $299.99.
29. A Baby Shusher because even though it may seem silly to buy a gadget that literally makes a sound you can make on your own for free, you'll be happy to have it come 2 a.m. when you're exhausted and *really* not in the mood to continue 'shhh'ing repeatedly.
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
The Baby Shusher is safe to use in a crib, has adjustable volume, and it can be set to make noise for 15- or 30-minute intervals. Additionally, it comes from a small business.
Promising review:" I was so tired of 'shushing.' Literally, I shushed so hard and for so long, it made me light-headed. My baby has serious FOMO and fights naps like the plague. This helps so much! Even during the worst fits, this helps calm her, and she's out in minutes. Great for the car too!" — Jami
Get it from Amazon for $34.99.
30. And a Munchkin UV-sterilizing diaper pail you'll be SO happy you purchased. The UV light is said to kill staph, E. coli and klebsiella, and odor-causing bacteria.
Munchkin
I put this in my toddler's room and it has been SUCH a game changer. Our previous diaper pail got the job done but was very hard to clean and the yucky smell lingered FOREVER. This one from Munchkin has fully solved that issue for us. I was reluctant to try it out because I wasn't sure how I felt about not being able to use regular ol' garbage bags in it — but it's already proven itself to be worth it. I'm not a scientist or a doctor so I honestly don't know if the UV light kills bacteria, but I do have a very sensitive sense of smell and this pail has made it possible for me to toss out dirty diapers without gagging. It absolutely keeps the scent contained and for that reason alone it's worth the splurge. Naturally I also have one for my daughter's nursery as well — and double the amount of bag refills. 😅
Get it from Amazon for $129.99.
31. A splurge-worthy Dyson Airstrait that'll change the way you straighten your hair forever — it uses directional air flow (no metal plates!) to both dry and straighten your hair in minutes. Seriously, it only took me 10 minutes to do my hair directly from the shower!
Heather Braga / BuzzFeed
I've had the pleasure of testing out the Dyson Airstrait and, OMG, what an incredible piece of technology. Yes, I called this "tech" instead of a beauty tool. While it is both of these things, I was amazed by the gadget-ness of it right off the bat. I literally had to select on an LCD screen what language MY STRAIGHTENER should be set to...wild. Anyways! The Airstrait has the ability to straighten both wet or dry hair — and does without the use of damaging hot plates. It uses directional airflow to smooth and straighten hair and, honestly, it is a pretty magical experience. The biggest learning curve for me was realizing the copper pieces (where the fan lives) need to face outward so you're not blowing your hair all over the place. The fan increases when you clamp the Airstrait around your hair (HOW DOES IT KNOW!?) and pauses entirely when you set it down (seen in the GIF to the left). Additionally, I have a toddler and am very limited on time. With this gadget I was able to take my hair from directly-from-the-shower wet to natural-looking straight hair in only TEN MINUTES. This is going to be such a game changer for my life!!! It's definitely worth the splurge. Add this to your holiday wish list or, you know, get it now.
Get it from Amazon for $499 (available in four colors).
32. Or a rotating Beachwaver curling iron featuring the ability to basically curl your hair for you while you stand around watching YouTube videos. Technology these days, man.
Beachwaver
BuzzFeed editor Elizabeth Lilly loves hers! She said:
"I've used about every kind of hair styling tool on the planet and had given up on curling irons with clamps. I was fully a curling wand girlie because I'm adept at heat styling and it gave me covetable mermaid waves I wanted. Then I tried a Beachwaver and haven't looked back since. I have them in two barrel sizes and now can zone out while I do my hair. The directional buttons for the tool are easy to use and if I accidentally press the button for the opposite way of which I'd like the barrel to spin, it's a quick and easy correction. I try all sorts of products for my job but this has quickly become one that I talk about all the time."

33. A Philips compact pasta maker for anyone who is a pasta snob and prefers it freshly made but is simply sick and tired of going out for dinner. Toss your ingredients into the machine and let it prep Sunday dinner for ya. 🍝
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
It comes with shaping discs for spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, pappardelle, tagliatelle, angel hair, and lasagna. Plus, there's an included recipe book for meal inspiration.
Promising review:"I was just as skeptical as you are. I, too, have been doing the old school — make the dough, roll it out, run it through a pasta machine, etc. — method. It's a production, all for AMAZING pasta. With this, you put the ingredients in, push a button, and watch for AMAZING pasta to be extruded. I had hoped I'd be able to multitask a bit more, but it extrudes so fast there isn't much time for other tasks between cutting it. But I think that seems reasonable. The other thing to consider is that you have to be VERY exact with the measurements of the ingredients. I've found weighing them works best. The recipes in the included book work great." — Conversio

34. A Furbo camera that's an absolute must-have for pet parents — you'll be able to check on Fido at any time and will even receive push notifications when your pup is barking so you can talk to them through the app to calm them and even toss them a treat!
www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
It features real-time two-way audio, color night vision, and a 360-degree rotating 1080p camera.
Promising review: "Having cameras inside the house are nice for checking on the dogs. Having a feeder where you can watch your dogs eat is better. Having a camera that can swivel to check where your dogs went and feed them? Perfect. The setup was easy, and I was up and running in no time. I have no regrets making this purchase, and I've gotten my dogs used to the new camera, and they definitely enjoy all the treats being dispensed. It's also nice to be able to talk to the pups and stop them from doing stuff through the mic. Highly recommend for people who aren't at home a lot and worry about their pets and just want to give them some loving while you're busy." — Eugene

35. A stuffed waffle maker you can count on to make all of your brunch dreams come true — fill 'em with cream cheese, strawberries, chicken, or anything else your heart desires!

The sleek speaker features a high-fidelity stereo soundstage, aka incredible-sounding music, but without a clunky, overbearing footprint. I recently got one and can't wait for it to warm up to truly test it in The Great Outdoors. For now, the sound quality in my house has been a 10/10.
Promising review: " The Sonos Move 2 is an exceptional speaker that delivers amazing sound quality wherever you go. I recently used it at the tennis court and a campsite, and the Bluetooth audio performance was crystal clear and powerful, even in open spaces. I was pleasantly surprised by how light it felt — it's much easier to carry around than I expected. At home, it seamlessly connected to WiFi, offering the convenience of streaming music without interruptions. The versatility of this speaker makes it worth every penny. Whether indoors or outdoors, the Sonos Move 2 delivers outstanding sound with impressive portability. Highly recommended!" — Scott Wu

40. A seriously impressive xBloom coffee machine bundle that'll transform you into a barista seemingly overnight — this spectacular machine lets you use whole beans in a pod-like system to craft cafe-quality pour-over drinks from your home. xBloom

Promising review:"It had been the best coffee maker I've used it's a whole experience, I showed it to friends and family and everyone it's impress by its aesthetics and coffee making process. Also the taste it's just wow!" — Louis A

41. And a Dyson WashG1 wet cleaner — one of their latest innovations that'll be an investment worth making. It magically glides across hard floors and thoroughly removes debris, stains, hair (!!!) and other liquids with just water (though you can add detergent if you'd like). You'll be amazed to see how dirty the water becomes in the tank while you clean!
Dyson / Via www.instagram.com
I have this bad boy and lemme tell you — it is worth every single penny. Yes, it's pricey, but my home is primarily tile and wood floors and I have two little kids (who basically love on said floors). It uses microfiber rollers to clean and does so so well you'd think there was some sort of magic involved in the making of it. You don't need to do repeated passes to see results — the water in the bottom tank turned so dark my husband and I were horrified (as we mop and vacuum regularly!). After his first try my husband said, "Goodbye, mop!" It's lightweight, which is a huge perk, and the LCD screen lets you select various hydration levels and tells you how much battery time is left. Personally, my favorite highlight is that even though it is a functioning mop of sorts that uses water to clean my floors don't stay wet for very long at all. You can literally walk over the spots you cleaned moments later! It also cleans itself, which is fantastic. Definitely worth the splurge.
Get it from Dyson for $699.99.

42 Thoughtful Last-Minute Father's Day Gifts That'll Get To Dad On Time

Even gifts you shop in the eleventh hour can show the father figure in your life how much he means to you. From Amazon Prime-eligible presents to monthly subscription boxes, there are tons of unique (and thoughtful) gifts guaranteed to arrive by Father's Day, which is on Sunday, June 15. Our top speedy recommendations include a supportive pair of Brooks Glycerin 22 Running Shoes, Loop's versatile silicone earplugs to muffle unwanted sounds and our favorite noise-canceling wireless headphones from Bose. Crunched for time? We found the best last-minute Father's Day gifts that ship fast but are still ... More meaningful. When selecting a last-minute gift, consider your dad's interests and hobbies, as well as splurge-worthy items he wouldn't think to buy for himself. For example, foodies will appreciate Harry & David's Summer Grilling Gift Box, while avid birders will get plenty of use from Birdsnap's Smart Bird Feeder. Below, shop our editors' favorite last-minute Father's Day gifts that will arrive on time and show Dad how much you care. For more gifting inspiration, we also curated the best Father's Day gifts and the best subscription boxes for dads. Amazon Whether Dad prefers walking or running, this supportive sneaker will help propel him forward and keep his feet well-positioned as he moves. My brother and I gifted my dad a pair of supportive sneakers for Father's Day last year, and he uses them every day. (The Glycerin 22 shoes are also a top pick in our guide to the best men's running shoes.) Amazon Forbes Vetted supervising deals and coupons editor, Kara Cuzzone, recommends the Aura Digital Picture Frame, which displays photos and videos directly from your phone. 'It's really easy to set up, and the whole family can add pictures to it via an app, so you can share old memories and new pictures even if you're not together physically. Plus, the picture quality is super crisp,' says Cuzzone. Amazon This wireless meat thermometer ensures Dad's favorite BBQ won't be over- or undercooked and is incredibly easy to use. The set includes two color-coded probes with individual sensors (four different sensors total, including three internal and one ambient temperature sensor) and a 'booster' that displays the temperatures on a bright LCD screen, making it easy to monitor the cooking process. The device connects via Bluetooth, and the app sends alerts, estimated cooking times and more. Amazon Help Dad whip up delicious breakfast sandwiches with this fun device from Hamilton Beach. All he has to do is layer his favorite bread on the top and bottom with an egg (plus other ingredients and toppings) and wait for the countdown timer to alert him that it's ready. Amazon This digital watch by Casio has a cool, retro look, and the smooth resin band feels light and comfortable on the wrist. It's a stylish accessory for work, golf outings, lunch with friends and more. Plus, it has a 20-bar water resistance rating and can withstand sudden impacts (like being dropped) without damage. Amazon Whether Dad is a workout enthusiast or could benefit from a targeted massage to help him relax, the TheraGun Therabody Mini is a practical gift that he's sure to use often. It comes with three attachments, and its portable size makes it easy to throw in a gym bag or luggage. Amazon If he's a coffee (or tea) drinker, the Ember mug will ensure his cup of joe is never cold. It provides up to 80 minutes of heat—or all-day warmth when placed on the charging coaster—and has an auto sleep feature and handy LED indicator lights that alert you when your drink is at the desired temperature. Amazon If your father is a sports fan, chances are he'll love reading about the history of baseball and the legendary players that made the game what it is today. Written by Kevin Baker, The New York Game is intertwined with stories of American life in New York City, the birthplace of baseball, and the controversial moments that are still debated and discussed. Amazon Recommended by our home editors as one of the best fire pits on the market after several rounds of testing, the Breeo Smokeless 24-Inch Fire Pit is great if Dad loves entertaining or spending time outside. The smoke-free fire provides warmth without any lingering odors. Amazon I bought my dad a Yeti travel mug two years ago, and he talks about it every time I come home to visit. The mug's base fits perfectly into cupholders, so he can bring it with him when he's running errands, and the leak-resistant lid prevents the contents from sloshing out. My dad also loves that it's dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Goldbelly New York City has a vibrant food scene, and this creative gift box (it serves 8 to 12 people) contains some of the city's most iconic dishes. Highlights include a pastrami sandwich kit from Eli Zabar, a coal-fired pizza from John's of Bleecker Street, an assortment of pre-baked bagels from Zucker's and a cheesecake from Junior's. Harry & David This well-organized box of savory spices and sauces will help Dad whip up delicious meals throughout the summer. The bundle by Harry & David contains four different sauces and a bold Peppercorn spice rub, and it's available to ship now (last-minute gifters might want to bookmark this option). Amazon Add a little flavor to his food with this fiery trio of Hot Ones hot sauces and a heat guide so he can work his way up to more intense varieties. The varying flavors and heat levels—from the milder Classic to the intense The Last Dab XPerience—will keep things interesting. All that's missing are crispy chicken wings. Amazon Dad can use this collection of savory sauces in several different ways: drizzle them over dumplings, use them as a marinade, stir them into noodle dishes or use them as a dipping sauce for crispy fried chicken. The possibilities are endless, and there are three flavors to experiment with (spicy sweet soy, ginger soy and Sichuan sesame soy). Crowd Cow Updates writer Fran Sales gifted a Crowd Cow surf-and-turf bundle to her dad (a true carnivore who's been trying to eat more healthily), and she says the whole thing was a hit—not just with Dad, but with the entire family. The key to the brand's fresh, delicious offerings are its partners: ethical farms, fisheries and producers, which ensure you receive only the highest-quality products, whether that's pasture-raised beef or free-range organic chicken. Your dad can redeem this gift card on the Crowd Cow website. Amazon If he spends a lot of time in the backyard, this smart bird feeder by Birdsnap is packed with cool features to level up his birdwatching. It uses AI to identify bird species, and the high-definition, wide-angle camera captures birds in real time, even at night. Ticketmaster If your dad is hard to shop for, consider a Ticketmaster gift card so that he can choose from thousands of events ranging from concerts to sporting events to comedy shows. 'I got my dad US Open tickets last year, and they were a big hit,' says Cuzzone. 'He's a huge tennis fan but had never been to the Open, so I got tickets for us to go together, and he hasn't stopped talking about it since.' Amazon This traditional Japanese watercolor set is a winning gift if he's creative or just looking to pick up a new hobby. 'I bought this paint set for my dad last year, and he loved it,' says Thomas. 'The colors are rich, and come in a beautiful package, so you don't need extra wrapping if you're running out of time and have to send it directly.' Uncommon Goods 'One of my dad's favorite gifts I've ever gotten him is this custom viewfinder,' says Forbes Vetted updates writer Claire Epting. 'It's delightfully nostalgic, and the personalization process was straightforward and fun.' It comes with a unique code to redeem your customized photo reel online. Epting advises ordering it in advance to ensure the viewfinder and the photo reel arrive in time for Father's Day. fossil Our top bifold pick in our guide to the best wallets for men, this compact and well-organized wallet makes an excellent gift that Dad will use daily. 'The material is flexible and smooth to the touch, while the stitching around the edge of the wallet prevents loose strings from sticking out,' says our tester, Forbes Vetted content strategy analyst Luke Frangis. Minted A framed photo is a classic gift that any Dad is sure to appreciate. This option from Minted offers several customization options, including the size and type of frame (choose from six wood shades and specialty materials like brushed silver) as well as the matting. Universal Yums If Dad has an adventurous palate, this subscription box offers popular snacks from different countries, including South Korea, Greece, Pakistan and more. 'I got my stepdad a subscription to Universal Yums a few years back, and he still talks about some of the snacks he discovered. It's extremely last-minute friendly and just a fun way to try something new every month,' says Jordan Thomas, assistant deals editor at Forbes Vetted. Atlas Coffee If Dad starts each day with a cup of coffee, treat him to this customizable Atlas Coffee Club subscription. You can select the coffee type (ground, whole bean or pods), brew method, roast preference and number of bags per shipment. Bespoke Post If you're not sure what to get the father figure in your life, go for a subscription box from Bespoke Post, which caters to various interests and hobbies, from mixology to clothing. It earned the top spot in our guide to the best subscription boxes for men, and we like that it highlights goods from small businesses and lesser-known brands. MasterClass Whether interested in honing his writing skills or learning more about the business world, MasterClass offers a wide range of sessions to help the father figure in your life learn and grow. Classes from entrepreneurs and experts like Mark Cuban and Stephen Curry are added monthly, and he can watch on his TV or phone instantly. Amazon These multi-use earplugs are crafted from flexible silicone (they come with four ear tip sizes so Dad can find the best fit) to muffle unwanted noises and help him sleep, relax or focus on work. The portable case is also easy to slip into a backpack or pocket so he can bring these on the go. Amazon Whether he's trying to drown out sounds on his morning commute or zen out after a long day at the office, these wireless noise-cancelling headphones by Bose are an excellent gift. They have 24 hours of battery life, rich audio quality and plush ear cups that feel comfortable even after hours of wear. (After our extensive testing, they were rated the best wireless headphones overall.) Amazon Last year, I bought this Amazon Fire TV streaming stick for my dad (an avid movie watcher), and he absolutely loves it. It's easy to install and navigate between apps, and the picture quality is crisp and clear. Amazon I gave my Dad an earlier version of this portable speaker a few years ago, and he always talks about how much he loves it. (It's also a top pick in our guide to the best bluetooth speakers.) This speaker is incredibly durable, so Dad can use it outside or while camping without worrying about it getting damaged. Plus, it can go up to 24 hours on a single charge. Amazon Kiehl's is a top-rated skincare brand known for its gentle yet effective formulas, and we appreciate this giftable set that includes two essential products for all skin types. The gel face wash cleanses without stripping skin, and the moisturizer contains vitamin C, which can improve Dad's skin tone and texture over time. Amazon Help Dad unwind after a long day with these hydrating eye masks. Standout ingredients include caffeine, which increases circulation and can reduce puffiness, niacinamide and green tea. Amazon Shaving cream is an essential that Dad will use regularly. This 2-pack is formulated without fragrance and includes hydrating (and soothing!) ingredients such as colloidal oatmeal, shea butter and aloe leaf juice. Korchmar Upgrade Dad's grooming routine with this sleek leather toiletry bag that's packed with sunscreen, moisturizer, aluminum-free deodorant, Epsom salt bar soap and more. The bag features snap-down ends, allowing you to expand it as needed, and a secure zippered top closure. At checkout, you can select Next Day or Second Day Air shipping for an extra charge—orders are processed at 11 a.m. daily. Omnilux If Dad is all about low-maintenance self-care, this FDA-cleared light therapy device requires just 10 minutes per session and can be worn while he makes his morning coffee. It uses medical-grade technology to target fine lines, wrinkles, inflammation, redness, uneven skin tone and more. Two velcro straps keep it secure, and the flexible silicone molds to your face for a comfortable fit. Note that shipping takes two to three days (after processing), so make sure to snag this ASAP if you want it to get to Dad by Sunday. Amazon If Dad is big into self-care, he may have heard of hygge, the term for a unique aspect of Danish culture that means the feeling of contentment you get from absolute comfort. These slip-ons from Danish brand Glerups, which are made from 100% wool from both New Zealand and Denmark, embody this concept to the fullest, thanks to the comfy but breathable uppers, foot-shaped design and sturdy rubber soles. Updates writer Sales gifted this to a friend a few years ago, and he ended up wearing them both indoors and out (and she borrowed them frequently, too). Amazon If Dad is a fan of aviator-style sunglasses, there's no better gift than a pair from American Optical, the iconic brand that designed the first pair for the U.S. military 90 years ago. These durable, timeless specs are made to military specifications, which includes impact-resistance and 100% UVA/UVB protection. Faherty With warm weather on the horizon, gift Dad a stylish and lightweight shirt that he's sure to wear whether he's meeting friends for lunch, running errands or going to dinner. The open-weave linen is breathable and features a relaxed fit and shirttail hem. You can grab this as soon as tomorrow if you choose to pick it up from a nearby Nordstrom; otherwise, shipping takes between one and three days from both retailers. Fair Harbor Fair Harbor's ultra-popular Bayberry Swim Trunks are made from a water-repellent fabric that's quick to dry, resists odors and has 4-way stretch, so they won't feel tight or restricting. There are more than 20 fun colors and prints to choose from, and the hidden back pocket with a keyring is another helpful feature. You can grab this as soon as tomorrow if you pick up at a nearby Nordstrom; otherwise, shipping takes one to two days (after processing) from Fair Harbor. Amazon A favorite brand from our fashion team (they earned a top spot in our roundup of the best men's pajamas), this pajama set will keep Dad cool and comfortable whether he's sleeping or lounging. The fabric is silky-soft and non-pilling, and the pants have two side pockets. Sperry This iconic shoe is popular for a reason—it's constructed from durable, full-grain leather, features EVA cushioning for all-day support, and can be easily slipped on and off. The visible top-stitching and rawhide laces add an extra touch of pizzazz to this style as well. My brother and I gifted my Dad a pair of Sperry boat shoes a few years ago, and he wears them all the time. Cozy Earth My Dad is always looking for comfortable garments that he can wear to work and on the weekends, and I plan on gifting him these pants for Father's Day. The nylon-spandex blend is both stretchy and soft, and it comes in three lengths to ensure the best fit. If you're ordering from Amazon, the color Eclipse arrives before Father's Day, but Jet Black takes a bit longer to ship. Nordstrom Polo shirts are versatile and easy to wear, so Dad is sure to get a lot of use out of this option. We appreciate the slightly textured cotton fabric, which has plenty of stretch, and the ribbed detailing on both sleeves. Some of the most popular gifts on Father's Day are headphones (we recommend the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones), sneakers or apparel (our pick is the Brooks Glycerin 22 Running Shoe) and personalized gifts. Other popular categories include personal care products, gift cards and subscription boxes.

Jeff Bezos' Mom Enrolled Him in Football Because He Struggled With Other Kids — 'Barely Made the Weight Limit' But 2 Weeks Later, He Was Captain

You can only tell the "Bezos started Amazon in his garage" story so many times before it starts to feel like a corporate bedtime story. But long before the garage and the buff billionaire energy, Jeff Bezos was just a scrawny Texas kid who, according to his mom, "barely made the weight limit" to play youth football. That detail — along with most of what follows — comes from "The Inner Jeff Bezos," a 1999 Wired profile that dug into the early years of the now-spacefaring mogul. Don't Miss: Maker of the $60,000 foldable home has 3 factory buildings, 600+ houses built, and big plans to solve housing — Deloitte's fastest-growing software company partners with Amazon, Walmart & Target – Jackie Bezos said her son wasn't always the most socially comfortable kid. To help him fit in, she and her husband signed him up for the high-stakes world of Texas football — and expected the worst. "I thought he was going to get creamed out there," she admitted. But just two weeks later, her undersized son was named defensive captain. Why? He was the only kid who could remember all the plays — not just his own, but the entire squad's. Of course, he was. That same brainpower showed up in more geek-approved ways, too. In elementary school, Bezos enrolled in the Vanguard program at Houston's River Oaks Elementary, a magnet school for academically advanced students. The Wired profile also mentioned how Julie Ray's 1977 book "Turning on Bright Minds" followed 12-year-old Jeff — pseudonym "Tim" — through a typical school day, describing him as "friendly but serious," and "possessed of general intellectual excellence." He was, notably, "not particularly gifted in leadership," though that might come as a surprise to his future employees and rocket engineers. Trending: Maximize saving for your retirement and cut down on taxes: . But if he wasn't a born leader, he was a born sci-fi addict. Once his school got access to a mainframe computer, Bezos and friends would spend hours playing a primitive Star Trek game, hunting down cloaked Klingons on a three-by-three matrix. Forget flag football — this is what real future billionaires were doing in the '70s. By high school, Bezos had his eyes on the stars — literally. While other kids dreamed of becoming astronauts, he told people he planned to be a space entrepreneur. "He said the future of mankind is not on this planet, because we might be struck by something, and we better have a spaceship out there," recalled the father of his high school girlfriend, Rudolf Werner. That might've sounded like sci-fi-fueled delusion back then — the kind of thing a teenager says after too many NASA brochures and not enough sleep — but Bezos wasn't bluffing. He attended a high school space initiative at NASA's Huntsville facility in Alabama, where his plans for a future among the stars started taking shape. According to his science teacher Bill McCreary, "Oh, he had ideas about space promotion!"Those ideas weren't about being the next astronaut on a shuttle. Bezos wanted to build the shuttle. Run the launchpad. Own the orbital infrastructure. And if you've seen Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket or his statements about colonizing space, well — that wasn't just a passing teenage obsession. It was a business plan in beta. Even today, he hasn't let go of the big vision. When reminded in the Wired interview of his youthful warnings that Earth was vulnerable to extinction-level disasters, Bezos chuckled — but only for a second. "I wouldn't mind helping in some way," he said. "I do think we have all our eggs in one basket." Read Next: Here's what Americans think you need to be considered wealthy. Amazon Promising review: "I ran out of the Drunk Elephant bronzing drops, but I didn't want to spend another forty dollars, so I purchased this instead, and I am so glad I did. I like to mix it with my moisturizer or my tinted sunscreen to give me that bronzed, natural glow. This is exactly like the Drunk Elephant one and I will definitely be repurchasing." —Todd U. Get it from Amazon for $5.99. Promising review: "Better than Clinique! I bought this one on a whim but never liked the real Black Honey Almost Lipstick by Clinique, since it tends to run red on me. This shade, in my opinion, is exactly what Black Honey SHOULD be, as it looks more like Black Honey in pictures. For the price, it can't be beat, so I'm buying more." —HAC Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (also available in the pink honey version, and in a two-pack that mixes both)! Read more about nail care, including how nail strengtheners may help nails, at Mayo Clinic. Promising reviews: "My Dior nail glow ran out and I saw this brand had a [lookalike} for that. I liked this color even more... Excellent everyday, clean-looking polish. Seems stronger than Essie." —reviewer22 "Growing out my nails has always been a challenge for me; I'm guilty of biting and peeling/picking at my nails when I'm nervous. This product has completely changed my nail game. It gives my nails a hard protective coating, and the tint of pink makes even my stubby nails look professional and pretty." —Andi Get it from Amazon for $5.36. Promising reviews: "I looooove this so much. The smell is amazing, and it tends to stick around for a while, so I love getting whiffs of it throughout the day. My hair is softer and doesn't seem as frizzy as before. I put it on after washing my hair and then after it's dry. I tend to wash my hair two times a week, so I'll use it in between washes on my ends to make sure they still look nice and healthy. Great value, too; I've been using it pretty consistently since purchasing, and I've barely made a dent in it. Love it!" —Noley "Coming from someone with very coarse 4c hair.. this product is heaven-sent. Extremely satisfied. Sticking to this product and this product only from now on, lol." —Danielle Get it from Amazon for $18+ (available in two sizes, a mist style, and four other formulas). Amazon Check out a TikTok of the Magic Shaper Face Cream Palette in action. Promising review: "Best [alternative] for the Make Up For Ever HD Skin Face Essentials Longwear Full Face Cream palette that costs around $80. This one has less color options than the Make Up For Ever palette, but it's definitely the best [alternative], and for the price, it works amazingly. The blush and bronzer last hours on my skin — after setting spray, of course. I mix the two blushes on the back of my hand, and it's a good color for me. Also, I recommend warming the product on the back of your hand; that way, it's easier to blend and apply. Even without doing that, it is very easy to blend." —Lorraine Get it from Amazon for $8. The color-adaptive formula is designed so one of four shades will work on any skin tone. Promising review: "I used to use the Becca under-eye product, and this one is way better. You can sheer it out and warm it up on your hand. Don't need to use a lot, and it adds a lot of brightness under concealer." —Ariel O "Took years off my eyes! This product is so reasonably priced. I came across a TikTok promoting this and decided to take a chance since the price was super reasonable. My eyes looked brighter in a good way, and the concealer worked so well that I felt I looked younger. I got compliments from friends asking what I did differently with my makeup. I recommend it." —Monica T. Get it from Amazon for $6 (available in four shades). Promising review: "Since trying this product, I will never go back to anything else. For years, I've been using Better Than Sex by Too Faced, and I absolutely loved it. But as you know, it's at a higher price point. I was looking for a cheaper option that worked the same, if not better. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across this. For me... THIS WORKS BETTER! I've tried both the black and brown options as well as the waterproof options and [I'm] blown away by every one of them!! This is my new favorite mascara! Makes my lashes look like I had them professionally done." —chela1389 Get it from Amazon for $4.99 (available in black or brown and as a three-pack). Emma Lord / BuzzFeed Watch on TikTok as one user goes from skeptic to believer! BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord considers herself a fan: "I am not a new human to the tubing mascara game, and in fact, I readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn't even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the formula blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges. My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removals have felt rough on my lashes, but this comes off so fast that I'm like ??? was I even mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate even writing this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needed to know. I'm a big fan of the brown shade (which is what I'm wearing above!), but it also comes in black and soft black." Get it from Amazon for $7 (available in three shades). Promising review: "I bought this and my daughter immediately tried to steal it because she thought it was the real thing. Ha! This is so easy to use and a little goes a long way. This will last for a while. And was a fraction of the price of the brand name." —Amazon Customer Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (available in three shades). Promising review: "This stuff is no joke. I like to use one product for my full face for a quick makeup routine, as eyeshadow, blush, and highlight all at once. When I tell you I need exactly two dots for my whole face, I couldn't be more serious! It has a different, more glossy texture than a Rare Beauty blush, but the pigment is much stronger. Comes off very dewy and kind of glossy but can be made matte with powder. The only thing I will say is that if you overwork it, there can be small lifted spots, which happened to me when I first tried it because I used too much and then had to try to blend so much. Already purchased another color. Love E.l.f. makeup!" —oscar Julian zapotitla Get it from Amazon for $6.65+ (available in 12 shades). Promising review: "These are fantastic. I bought all four, and I hope they add more colors. They are giving Patrick Ta, but better, at a fraction of the cost. They really last all day individually, but if you want you can layer them for even more color saturation. The textures are great, easy application. The two pinks are very pigmented and vibrant, so go easy at first. Highly recommend." —Joan A. Get it from Amazon for $7 (available in four shades). Jenae Sitzes / BuzzFeed, Promising review: "This sunscreen is a gem. I was not expecting to love it as much as I do. I absolutely love E.l.f. products, but I rarely try their skincare. Something told me to try this. When I put it on, it gave a smooth silicone finish and feel. I was faithful to Supergoop but didn't want to spend as much as the product is listed for. I will continue to use this sunscreen; it has been one of the best I've ever tried. I've been into skincare since I was 15; I am 37, and for me to say that this product is a gold mine is rare." —Angelina S Get it from Amazon for $5+ (available in two sizes). Promising reviews: "I have used Moroccanoil for years and decided to give this a shot. This is better than Moroccanoil and I will be buying again. It keeps my hair soft and smooth even in summer humidity. Great product." —Caitlin K. "This product is a legit alternative to the Ouai hair oil. They smell identical, they feel exactly the same, and they left my hair shiny and soft. And most importantly it saved me some money for the future." —Brianna Reed Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (available in packs of two and four). Promising reviews: "Better than Starface!!! These stick extremely well and actually pull out and absorb the gunk. Plus, they come with soooooo many." —chey "I love these and wish they had them around when I was a teenager! I literally use them as facial decorations in addition to hiding blemishes and, my teenage son has no problem wearing them because they effectively minimize zits!!" —Monica LivaClean is a small business specializing in acne solutions and skincare. Get a pack of 240 from Amazon for $9.99+ (available in four shapes/colors and in multipacks). Promising review: "This stuff is absolutely fantastic! Don't let the low price throw you off because this can do better, in my opinion, than 'the elephant stuff'! I had those itty bitty bumps right under my bottom lip on my chin and four days after using this stuff with micro-needling, they were gone! I have always taken good care of my skin and now that I am 43, I am just now realizing that I did a better job than I thought I had. I want to KEEP doing doing good stuff for my skin but not pay a fortune. This formula has a fresh orange-like smell to it and goes on very easily with a dropper. It dries within a minute and soaks in completely. I haven't had any irritation from the product but I had been using 'the elephant stuff' with similar ingredients prior to this, so it could be my skin was used to it. Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased with this purchase." —AudibleAddicted And SeoulCeuticals is a small biz! Get it from Amazon for $19.98+ (available in two sizes). Promising review: "This is just like the Milk Makeup Cooling Water Stick — but I like it better. It's less than half the price, the packaging is cuter, the smaller applicator makes it easy to get under my eyes — and it smells like clean water and rose petals. It's hydrating, cooling, and non-greasy. It makes you instantly look and feel more awake. Love it." —Janelle Patricia Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (also available in a collagen formula). Promising review: "This stuff is amazing. It has light to medium coverage. It lasts all day. The oils in my skin usually breakdown foundation but this one stays in place and after a little blotting looks good as new... I just recently purchased the Fenty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint in 6 and like it, but I actually prefer the Wet N Wild Tinted Hydrator better. You can buy six of these for the same price as the Fenty. I'm so happy I tried this." —Nancy Get it from Amazon for $5.47+ (available in eight shades and also in packs of two). It's formulated with hyaluronic acid and squalene for a boost of hydration! Promising reviews: "This stuff is so legit I've gone through three bottles. Adds the perfect glow to your skin! Sometimes, I use it under foundation, and sometimes, I use it solo with a bit of concealer. I will never not repurchase it for the price and how beautifully it sits on the skin. This stuff is viral for a reason!!" —mapagill "If you like Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, this is leaps and bounds better! Just buy it. The coverage is better, [it] makes my skin have the most amazing natural glow! The colors run with a more warm/yellow undertone, which worked great for me! Spend a fraction of the price and just get it; you will be happy you did!" —Amazonreview Get it from Amazon for $11.20+ (available in 12 shades). Amazon Promising review: "Ok, so I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I tried it on a whim after hearing a few different people rave about it. I had tried a similar product from Rhode and was not really 'wowed' by it, but thought it was still a nice product. This milky toner, however, blew me away. I apply it after washing my face with my hands and gently pat it in, and it just leaves a moisturized, dewy finish. I also have recently started mixing it in with my foundation when I apply it to my makeup and it's been a game changer. Since it's winter and I live in the northeast, I have had issues with my foundation being really dry lately — this has solved it. It leaves a beautiful satin finish. For the price point, amount of product, and versatility, you just can't beat it. Will be repurchasing!" —talon12 Get it from Amazon for $14.99. Promising reviews: "I have the Dior lip oil, and I actually like this one better! It leaves my lips softer and leaves the perfect tint on my lips. Sometimes I combine with a lipstick for extra color." —Emily R. "I really like this and the applicator! It's so fun and cute. I like the texture and the feel of it on my lips. It feels thicker, and it doesn't come off too quickly. I got the color supermodel. It's not too pink like it looks and I wanted it to be natural, so it's perfect. Will be repurchasing." —Martha R. Get it from Amazon for $6.91+ (available in 14 shades). Promising review: "Okay so first nothing will make you 'poreless,' but this stuff is amazing. Will even out fine lines and help with super porous areas; my T-zone [has really visible] pores and this definitely gave me a boost in confidence. I would highly recommend. Especially to those not to familiar with makeup, this is a game changer. Honestly it works better than my $30 primer from Urban Decay and lasts all day. I am oily so I usually blot some powder on later in the day but if you have dry skin this could be the ultimate game changer!" —Olivia Get it from Amazon for $10. Promising review: "I have tried IGK, Living Proof, Not Your Mother's, Amika, and so many others but THIS LASTS THE LONGEST! I am impressed by this product. Don't listen to the haters because I have severely fine and oily hair and this product allows me to last for one week without washing and it gives me volume..." —473X Get it from Amazon for $12.59+ (available in the original six shades and various pack sizes). I use it after toner and before serum in the morning and then I spray it after the gym. It's better than the Tower 28 one." —Shay G. "Does the EXACT same as Tower28 for a fraction of the price! I love it, my face feels refreshed. Highly recommend, no shade to Tower28, they are great, but this is cheaper and if you're on a budget, use this alternative! This is far better and very affordable, and no problems with it. (Retired hairdresser)." —bamzee "Purchased this dryer to help dry my granddaughter's type 4C hair. Drys quickly and cuts down on her squirming. She hates having her hair done. Shortened the drying time significantly. Would recommend." —Jiggilypuff Get it from Amazon for $28.49+ (available in eight colors). Promising reviews: "This lip balm is as smooth as butta, and not to mention smells great. I apply it at night and wake up with soft, hydrated, plump lips. Bonus: if you apply hyaluronic acid on your lips beforehand — chef's kiss. As for the price, I wish it had way more product, but it is cheaper than the Laneige lip mask and way better, in my humble opinion." —María "This lip balm is a great alternative if you do not want to pay a ton of money for the Laneige and Summer Fridays lip balms. It is super moisturizing and left my lips super smooth and soft. One of the best e.l.f. products I have tried and it is a wonderful price. Even though it is pretty small, it lasts a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend." —Lance Z. Get it from Amazon for $4 (available in five styles). Promising reviews: "Love this! In my opinion, better than Laneige at a fraction of the price. A bit thicker, which I like. Even though it's a sleeping mask, I use it throughout the day to keep my lips moist and soft. Will keep ordering again and again." —Michaela "This is the most moisturizing lip treatment on the market. When my lips started getting dry due to the cold season, I was thinking of buying the Laneige lip mask, but it's soooo expensive. This is a fraction of the cost and feels just the same. Very good product." —Riya Get a set of three from Amazon for $9.90 (available in five scent combos). Amazon Promising reviews: "Love these better than my glow recipe! Better because it doesn't have the smell... Makes my skin feel amazing and so juicy! Great value for the money." —Tiffany T. "I've used Glow Recipe's Watermelon Dew Drops, and while I liked the product I wasn't too fond of the strong scent or the price point. The texture, finish, and feel of this product is pretty much identical, but without the fragrance and at a better value. Smooth, absorbs quickly, works well as a lightweight primer that doesnt pill with makeup, and subtly evens skin tone over time." —K.C. Get it from Amazon for $11.97. Promising reviews: "I was gifted the Hanacure masks and loved them, but they're just way too pricey. I heard SO many wonderful things about the Skin 1004 Zombie Mask... Let me tell you, this mask is just straight up magic. I didn't notice any changes to my skin immediately, but a few hours later when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked at how wonderful my skin looked. I've never noticed a difference like this. Hanacure who?!??... This Zombie mask is every bit as magical, with better results in my opinion... Bottom line, this is better than Hanacure, both price and results-wise." —Dana D. This is not only [an alternative] for Benefit's brow gel and Glossier Boy Brow, it's better! So much better and way cheaper." —Amazon Customer "OK, I was skeptical as I love my ABH Brow Freeze. But a friend did my makeup and used it and I was really impressed. So, I got some and played with it on my own. It is so much smoother to glide through my brows. I work it through back and front, then again with a clean spoolie. I LOVE the results. It also washes out really well (even if I don't use a makeup wipe)." —Miss Jordan Get it from Amazon for $9.90+ (available in five shades). Amazon, New to cleansing balms? Promising review: "I've loved the Farmacy Green Clean for many years, but at $30+ for a jar that lasts 1–2 months max, it was a pricey product to buy on a regular basis.
