Billionaire heiress Francesca Packer turned heads in Potts Point, Sydney over the weekend when she stepped out in an eye-catching black and white polka dot jumpsuit.
The one-piece featured flared trousers and a black tie at the waist.
Packer paired the all-in-one with $1690 Valentino black one stud patent heels and a pricey Chanel tweed handbag.
She also wore designer shades as she strutted down the street scrolling on her iPhone.
The brunette appeared to be makeup free and had her chocolate locks down in a straight style.
She did show off a set of freshly manicured nails in a deep red shade.
Francesca is the daughter of Australian investor Gretel and the granddaughter of the late media mogul Kerry Packer.
Her uncle, Australian billionaire James, is the former owner and chairperson of of the high-profile Crown Resorts.
Francesca recently offloaded her amazing Sydney apartment after first listing the luxury pad almost a year ago.
She reputedly pocketed $30million in the sale after purchasing the five-bedroom spread back in 2019 for $16.75million.
Located in Darlinghurst, 2km from the CBD, the penthouse covers an entire floor of the prestigious Horizon building and features spectacular views of the city skyline.
Francesca first listed the luxury flat in November 2023 for an eye-watering $32million.
But after languishing on the market for seven months, the beautifully appointed apartment was re-listed in June 2024 for $30million.
The agent involved in the sale would not confirm the purchase, reported the Wentworth Courier.
However, real estate insiders informed the publication that Francesca's apartment recently went under the hammer to a local buyer for 'close to' the asking price.
According to the report, the cashed-up heiress sold off the pad because she wanted to spend more time in her alternate home base of London.
Designed by famed Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, the apartment boasts five-bathrooms, Cote D'Azure marble.
A balcony that offers a 360-degree view of Sydney's famed harbour.

Huge fashion retailer with over 250 UK stores ‘drawing up radical rescue plan' with shops and jobs at risk

A HUGE fashion retailer with over 250 UK stores is reportedly drawing up a radical rescue plan which could see shops and jobs axed. The high street giant - which is being forced to restructure due to tough trading standards - employs around 5,500 people and was founded in London in 1948. 2 2 The chain's owners have brought in advisers from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to come up with money-saving solutions, reports Sky News. The proposals are expected to be finalised in a matter of weeks, though sources have reportedly claimed no decisions have been green lit on the retailer's future. Accounts for River Island Clothing Co for the year ending December 30 2023 showed the firm made a £33.2 million pre-tax loss. Then the turnover during the following 12 months fell by more than 19% to £578.1 million. The firm's latest accounts at Companies House, warned of growing financial and operational risks. "The market for retailing of fashion clothing is fast changing with customer preferences for more diverse, convenient and speedier shopping journeys and with increasing competition especially in the digital space," it said. "The key business risks for the group are the pressures of a highly competitive and changing retail environment combined with increased economic uncertainty. "A number of geopolitical events have resulted in continuing supply chain disruption as well as energy, labour and food price increases, driving inflation and interest rates higher and resulting in weaker disposable income and lower consumer confidence." In January, River Island hired consulting firm, AlixPartners, to undertake work on cost reductions and profit improvement. It's understood PwC has now taken over. Why are so many pubs and bars closing? In recent months, a number of River Island stores have been closing, including in Corby and Chesterfield. Originally named Lewis Separates and then Chelsea Girl, the chain was founded by Bernard Lewis in 1948 and became influential during the 1960s fashion scene, including the iconic mini-dress trend. It was re-branded as River Island in 1988 and throughout the next two decades expanded to become a leading high street force in the UK. It now has a presence in over 125 worldwide markets, in stores and online. Why are retailers closing shops? EMPTY shops have become an eyesore on many British high streets and are often symbolic of a town centre's decline. The Sun's business editor Ashley Armstrong explains why so many retailers are shutting their doors. In many cases, retailers are shutting stores because they are no longer the money-makers they once were because of the rise of online shopping. Falling store sales and rising staff costs have made it even more expensive for shops to stay open. The British Retail Consortium has predicted that the Treasury's hike to employer NICs from April 2025, will cost the retail sector £2.3billion. At the same time, the minimum wage will rise to £12.21 an hour from April, and the minimum wage for people aged 18-20 will rise to £10 an hour, an increase of £1.40. In some cases, retailers are shutting a store and reopening a new shop at the other end of a high street to reflect how a town has changed. The problem is that when a big shop closes, footfall falls across the local high street, which puts more shops at risk of closing. Retail parks are increasingly popular with shoppers, who want to be able to get easy, free parking at a time when local councils have hiked parking charges in towns. Many retailers including Next and Marks & Spencer have been shutting stores on the high street and taking bigger stores in better-performing retail parks instead. In some cases, stores have been shut when a retailer goes bust, as in the case of Carpetright, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Paperchase, Ted Baker, The Body Shop, Topshop and Wilko to name a few. What's increasingly common is when a chain goes bust a rival retailer or private equity firm snaps up the intellectual property rights so they can own the brand and sell it online. They may go on to open a handful of stores if there is customer demand, but there are rarely ever as many stores or in the same places. The Centre for Retail Research (CRR) has warned that around 17,350 retail sites are expected to shut down this year.

Hana Cross is the epitome of chic in a white figure-hugging gown as she attends the Boodles Boxing Ball - amid ex Brooklyn Beckham's ongoing family feud

Hana Cross was the epitome of chic in a white gown as she attended the Boodles Boxing Ball 2025 in aid of Home and Homes for Children on Friday. The ex-girlfriend of Brooklyn Beckham, 26, showed off her model figure in the white cotton floor-length Ann Demeulemeester dress, which is worth £800. She added inches to her statuesque frame as the beauty slipped into a pair of white heeled sandals. To accessorise, Hana kept it simple and elegant with a set of silver earrings which featured an elegant diamond design. Hana completed her look with a classic middle-parted updo and opted for a soft glam makeup look. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Hana's ex Brooklyn has recently become estranged from father David Beckham, 50, and mother Victoria, 51, with his heiress wife Nicola Peltz being blamed for the rift in the once tight-knit family. The Beckhams have largely remained silent in public about the rift, but they are said to fear that Brooklyn is falling increasingly under the control of Nicola. Brooklyn recently said he is excited to build his own family with wife Nicola, as tensions continue to simmer between him and his parents. During a PDA-packed video shared released by Glamour Magazine , the eldest son of Victoria and David gushes multiple times that he can see kids in his future, and that Nicola will be an 'amazing' mother. Brooklyn appeared to nail his loyalties to the mast when he posted an image on Instagram of himself and Nicola riding a motorbike , writing: 'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person I know xx me and you forever baby.' Hana and Brooklyn split in August 2019 after eight months of dating, in the wake of a string of explosive public rows. He began dating Nicola two months later. The eldest Beckham child had also previously dated actress Chloe Moretz and TikToker-turned-singer Madison Beer before finding love with Nicola. Hana is currently single, but was linked to Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick and Brooklyn's brother in law, Bradley Peltz. After the split from Brooklyn, Hana went on to write a scathing song about an ex in 2020, which friends insisted was about Brooklyn. The lyrics include: 'You broke my heart and said let's be friends but I never heard from you again and that's kind of mean.' 'I saw us as meant to be and you saw me as temporary and that's kind of rough. 'I'm confused and I'm sad, I don't know what I did but you said it wasn't my fault but without reason how can I know?' But there seems to be no bad blood between Hana and Brooklyn as there appeared to be little said over Hana and Bradley's romantic evening. A source, who spotted the pair at the Beverly Hills Hotel's Cabana Cafe in February 2024, told The Sun on Sunday's Bizarre column that it looked 'intimate'. The source said: 'They looked very intimate and like they were deep in conversation. 'Brad didn't seem to mind that Hana had been in a serious relationship with his sister's husband, or who saw them together. 'He was obviously out to impress, taking her to the most famous spot in LA, where money is no object.'

River Island owners draw up rescue plan for high street chain

The family behind River Island, the high street fashion retailer, is drawing up a radical rescue plan which could put significant numbers of stores and jobs at risk. Sky News has learnt that the chain's owners have drafted in advisers from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to devise a formal restructuring plan. The proposals, which are expected to be finalised within weeks, are subject to sign-off, with sources insisting this weekend that any firm decisions about the future of the business have yet to be taken. River Island is one of Britain's best-known clothing chains, operating roughly 230 stores across the country, and employing approximately 5,500 people. Previously named Lewis and Chelsea Girl, the business was founded in 1948 by Bernard Lewis, finally adopting its current brand four decades later. Accounts for River Island Clothing Co for the 52 weeks ending 30 December, 2023 show the company made a £33.2m pre-tax loss. Turnover during the year fell by more than 19% to £578.1m. A restructuring plan is a court-supervised process which enables companies facing financial difficulties to compromise creditors such as landlords in order to avoid insolvency proceedings. In recent years, it has been used by companies including the casual dining chain Prezzo and, more recently, Hobbycraft, the retailer now owned by Modella Capital. One source said that if it proceeded a restructuring plan at River Island could emerge within weeks. This weekend, it was unclear how many stores and jobs might be under threat from a formal rescue deal. In its latest accounts at Companies House, River Island Holdings Limited warned of a multitude of financial and operational risks to its business. "A number of geopolitical events have resulted in continuing supply chain disruption as well as energy, labour and food price increases, driving inflation and interest rates higher and resulting in weaker disposable income and lower consumer confidence." In January, Sky News reported that River Island had hired AlixPartners, the consulting firm, to undertake work on cost reductions and profit improvement. AlixPartners' role is now understood to have been superseded by that of PwC. Retailers have complained bitterly about the impact of tax changes announced by Rachel Reeves, the chancellor, in last autumn's Budget. Since then, a cluster of well-known chains, including Lakeland and The Original Factory Shop, have been forced to seek new owners. Poundland, the discount retail giant, is in the latter stages of an auction process, with Hilco Capital and Gordon Brothers remaining interested in acquiring it.
