'For Deewaniyat , I had to put on around 6-7 kilos to bring authenticity to the character. Now I'm back on my fitness journey. I've been keeping a check on my diet and maintaining a consistent workout routine.' While she's not signed on to a new project just yet, Gouri is using this time to reconnect with her family. 'Till I take up a new show when I get something interesting. But meanwhile, I'm enjoying being at home with my kids and making time for myself.
