Iran media reports ‘massive' blast in Bushehr province, home to nuclear reactor
Iranian media reported that a 'massive explosion was heard' Sunday in Bushehr province, home to Iran's only nuclear power plant, hours after the US bombed nuclear sites across the country.
Shargh news agency reported the blast, while the Fars agency said two locations in the city were attacked by Israel. Iranian news agencies also reported strikes in Yazd province. The UN's nuclear watchdog warned the day before that striking the Bushehr plant would trigger a 'a very high release of radioactivity.'

US officials said it 'obliterated' Iran's main nuclear sites using 14 bunker-buster bombs, more than two dozen Tomahawk missiles and over 125 military aircraft. The strikes mark an escalation in the ongoing Middle Eastern conflict. Tehran has vowed to defend itself. Rubio on Sunday warned against retaliation, saying such an action would be 'the worst mistake they've ever made.' He added that the US is prepared to talk with Iran.

Underground damage at Iran's Fordow site is unclear, IAEA's Grossi tells CNN
While it is clear that US airstrikes overnight hit Iran's enrichment site buried into a mountain at Fordow, it is not yet possible to assess the damage done underground there, UN nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi told CNN on Sunday. Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency that Grossi leads have not been able to inspect Iran's nuclear facilities since the first strikes on them by Israel on June 13, and Grossi said he hoped they would be able to return to Fordow and other sites as soon as possible.
